Rude, not clean, no phone service/internet. Would not recommend that anyone stay here! The manager on down to the employee that checked us in had HORRIBLE customer service. I was booked for a Deluxe King which entailed that I would have a ”sofa bed” along with the King bed in the room. The manager Karina stated that I had two options, to stay or to leave. Later on I learned after placing my complaint that KARINA lied and stated that she offered me a roll away bed, Which never happened! Her role as a manager is a joke which explains why the employee that was working the night shift was just as BAD! The phones did not work, the employee had to call her manager from her personal cell phone, the shower curtains were disgusting, there was hair on the pillows, the closet door was broken and wouldn't close, the siding to the walls was coming detached! I would not refer anyone to this hotel ever! This was by far my worst experience when staying at a hotel. I wasn't able to go anywhere else, it was at night and I had my two children with me. The level of service was degrading!

I have stayed here several times over the past several years and it has varied. The first time I stayed here (5 years ago) it was a fairly new place but it has become a bit dated. First, the pluses. The location is good, it's close to several eateries and that makes it convenient. It's also place to Southwestern Assemblies of God University, the home campus of the university I work for (our campus is in another state.) I have always found the desk staff to be friendly and helpful. They have a decent breakfast in the morning and the room is large and comfortable. Unfortunately, it sometimes is a bit noisier at night than I'd like, but that could just have been the night I was there. Sometimes the public areas aren't as well maintained as I'd like either Nevertheless, the price is decent and I'll probably go back.

We arrived a little before official check-in time, but we could check in anyway. The front desk staff was amicable and helpful. Upon making our way to our room, it had not been cleaned well before our arrival. My wife called the front desk, and they were very nice about it. We were given another room, clean, and the air conditioning was set to a comfortable temperature. The breakfast was good, but the juice machine was not functioning correctly. The temperature in the breakfast area was hot and not very comfortable while eating.
