GGuest UserLocation is excellent, and the self check-in process was seamless and easy. The Master Mirabell team responded to every text message very quickly, which was especially reassuring since there was no staff on-site during check-in. Their prompt replies gave us confidence and peace of mind throughout our stay.
A big bonus was the complimentary tourist mobility ticket provided during our stay. It made getting around Salzburg extremely convenient and helped us save on transportation costs.
The property provides three washers and dryers, along with complimentary washing pods. I would recommend doing laundry before 5 PM or during off-peak hours to avoid the crowd.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The only minor drawback was that the dining area had no dedicated lighting and relied on light from the pantry area.
Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay and would happily rate this apartment 5 stars. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Salzburg.
JjedbasaNuma Salzburg Vogelweider is a great place to stay. The location is very accessible, making it easy to get around the city. The hotel is new, modern, and well-maintained, and the amenities are excellent—comfortable rooms, thoughtful design, and everything you need for a pleasant stay. Overall, it offers great value and a convenient, comfortable experience.
GGuest UserLimehome is conveniently located near Salzburg Hauptbahnhof, with the tram station just a short walk away. The room was well-equipped with all the essentials as described, and the cleanliness was excellent. However, one drawback we experienced was the lack of proper kitchen facilities. There was only an electric kettle, a coffee machine, two glasses, two mugs, and two spoons. I had requested a microwave, but unfortunately, it was not provided. Thankfully, there is a McDonald's nearby, which was helpful for meals. Overall, considering the price, the hotel offers great value for money.
GGuest UserI used 3 nights for family trip. Trip.com recommended accommodation, I was worried about not a hotel, but it was good.
It was nice to be able to buy kebab from a kebab shop near a sandwich at the mart and eat it comfortably, so it was nice to be able to eat food that was simply heated. The accommodation was clean and the location was perfect for transportation. However, it was a bit unfortunate that the road was under construction while I was there, and the alarm sound was loud on the day I ate without heating the food, so it was uncomfortable, but the staff came and told me how to deal with it, so I was uncomfortable for a while.
SSpencerDDAll aspects are 100 points brand new, the decoration is very tasteful, everything is of high quality, kitchen supplies, dishwashers, toilets, showers and bedding are of high quality. There is also a supermarket downstairs. Let me tell you, add some salt and black pepper to the pork belly in the supermarket. It’s delicious. I love Salzburg so much.
AAlvin ChooiGood location. Rooms is ok only and sadly without air conditioning. We have to open the balcony door to cool down the room. We are unlucky because our room located at the hotel entrance and the car stop in front and all the car exhaust came in our room and noisy.
LLenny LiuOverall is a good place to stay for skiing. We had the 2bedroom and 2bathroom apartment. Spacious. It says free parking but I’ve been charged parking when I checked in, it’s not much under $10euro so I didn’t say anything.
MMaoyingbingOverall recommended, but the room did not have air conditioning, we just happened to be hot when we checked in, the cockroach can sleep with the window open, but there will be a lot of flying insects, so pay attention to staying in hot weather
AAnonymous UserAlthough we need to take a bus from the railway station which takes around 15 mins, we love the apartment. Clean, neat and rather new place. Check in procedure was clear. Good place as a base to move around.
GGuest UserThe location is absolutely fantastic, and the cleanliness and facilities are excellent. However, please note that the amenities are limited to a bar of soap and a bottle of shampoo, with no other amenities. The staff are also very friendly!
