The hotel is outdated, needs refurbishing, the personel is really nice and helpful, They look after your needs and they seem to be happy to help. The location is excellent, really close to some of the best atractions in Cordoba City, I'd definitely will stay there in my next visit

a fabulous hotel in a great location. The staff were also very helpful. Our spacious and comfortable room had a great view over the Franciscan square. The restaurant is also a destination in its own right- well worth a visit. We loved our room, the rooftop pool and the breakfasts. We hope to come back one day and will recommend to friends

Pros: Good location. Professional check in. Comfy beds. Cons: Air con makes a squealing noise when on. They said it was a whole system issue so same for every room. 2) shower takes FOREVER to get hot. Like, 10 minutes! 3) breakfast was terrible. Had the breakfast sent to the room and it was 2 slices of stale white bread, a biscuit, a green banana, and a warm bottle of sugary lemonade. No coffee. Nothing fresh. Everything wrapped in plastic wrap. Inedible.

Muy agradable mi estadía, el personal muy amable y atentos. El bufet variado para todos los gustos, la vista espectacular, las habitaciones muy cómodas. Un punto a mejorar es que el wifi se perdía en mi habitación de rato en rato, no había intercomunicador y en el baño que me tocó la puerta muy trasparente se podía ver la silueta de la persona que estaba adentro ocupando el inodoro. Por lo demás todo ok

Nice business hotel in an excellent location by La Canada river- this makes the hotel very easy to find when wandering the city. Ideal location close to the old town and the hipster Guemes district Enthusiastic welcome (with city maps). Decent sized room with good quiet air con. The small pool area was pleasant to use- perhaps not quite as nice as in the web pictures- but quite good enough In a country where hotel breakfasts seem identical this was just a touch nicer Buzz about the hotel as a football team checked in- no problems at all & it was nice that the hotel let a fan stay in the lobby for ages to get his footie shirt signed. Wasn't sure that there was always someone with brilliant English on the desk at all times but they were kind with my poor Spanish. Excelente hotel. Habitación muy espaciosa y súper confortable. A pasos de la manzana jesuítica, catedral y Cabildo. Excelente desayuno buffet, muy variado y delicioso. Tiene cochera. Volvería sin dudarlo. Me gusto todo. El personal es súper amable y el restaurante muy bueno.

Muchas cosas por nombrar. El estado general del hotel: mucha falta de mantenimiento (ví fotos de hace un año atrás para comparar, y está igual); en muchas habitaciones han pintado los pisos, se están desgastando y se pegan a las zapatillas; tema baños: el que está ubicado en el comedor es lamentable su estado, el de la habitación que nos tocó estaba un poquito mejor, pero con humedad, la puerta que no cerraba bien, un lluvia con buena agua caliente; el colchón era incómodo y muy fino, sin contar que el cubrecama parecía un mantel; no tiene buena ventilación cruzada en las habitaciones, por lo que hay olor a humedad; los toallones estaba todos resecos de los viejos que son; los muebles no están en buen estado, todos flojos y/o destartalados. Las chicas de la recepción atienden bien, lo que agregaría es que atiendan al teléfono. Por ahí suelen estar en el comedor y he visto que inquilinos han tenido que esperar para que les habrán las puertas. La limpieza de la habitación estuvo bien. Lo que destaco del servicio, es el desayuno. A pesar de las otras cuestiones que posee el hotel, el desayuno es variado al precio que uno paga. Pero en síntesis, el hotel es horrible. Si arreglaran las cosas, podrían subir más el precio, aumentando la calidad y mejores comodidades y servicios. Llegué aquí porque no encontré lugar en otros lados.

Nos hospedamos por 7 noches para pasar nuestras vacaciones en pareja. El edificio y los parques del hotel son muy lindos y, en general, la atención fue amable. Pero definitivamente no estuvo a la altura de las 4 estrellas que se atribuyen. Porqué: Para empezar, nuestra habitación era muy justa de espacio y bastante oscura. El ropero no lo usamos porque tenía un olor a humedad muy desagradable. Dejamos abiertas las valijas (carry on) en el piso y quedaba apenas espacio para caminar. De haber tenido valijas grandes, no sé cómo lo hubieramos resuelto. La habitación tampoco contaba con frigobar! Eso restó mucho a nuestra comodidad. En el ala donde se encontraba nuestra habitación, en general estaba desierta de personal (salvo en el horario que hacían la limpieza). Hay una recepción secundaria pero nunca hay nadie. Nos pasó lo mismo en la zona de piletas. La climatizada está pegada al restaurante, por lo que eventualmente uno se calza una toalla y va y pide. Pero en las del parque, un poco más alejadas, no había personal fijo disponible para pedir algo. Podían pasar horas hasta que aparecía alguien a preguntar si se deseaba ordenar algo. Al mismo tiempo, los platos con restos de otros huéspedes quedaban abandonados en alguna mesa por horas. Dos veces tuve la suerte de dar con el mozo. La primera le pedí un café, y su respuesta fue ”yo se lo traigo pero no sé si llega caliente... por la distancia” (obviamente desistí). La segunda pedí una bebida fresca (ya advertida de que el hotel no cuenta con bandejas con tapa para trasladar 100 metros un café) y tuve que esperarla por lo menos media hora. Se ve que el mozo quiso aprovechar el único viaje que pensaba hacer a la pileta y tuve que esperar que arme más pedidos. Tampoco pudimos hacer uso de la cancha de paddle más que una vez. Hay una única cancha, con llave y en la recepción entregan paletas y demás sin identificar la habitación. La falta de control generaba que alguien retuviera las cosas. En la cancha no había nadie, y nadie podía jugar... Lo que sí nos gustó: El hotel está muy bien ubicado, en una zona muy tranquila y residencial, a pasos de la costanera y del polo gastronómico. A media cuadra de su ingreso tiene una cochera con media sombra. No es muy grande y es a disponibilidad. Con hotel lleno no es suficiente, pero nosotros no tuvimos problema para encontrar cada vez un espacio. Tiene dos piletas en su parque trasero, muy lindas, rodeadas de verde (pasamos muchas horas allí, leyendo, disfrutando del agua y las aves), y una más grande y climatizada en el frente, junto al restaurante (que viene excelente para seguir pileteando cuando empieza a caer el sol). Los desayunos los disfrutamos mucho también. Era un buffet bien variado, con muchas opciones. Los mozos allí eran especialmente amables. Diego Sorba se dedicó a entretener a los huéspedes con la mejor de las ondas. Tocó la guitarra en los desayunos, organizó bingo en el restaurante y presentó dos obras en su auditorio. Excelente localização, rua tranquila com movimento na medida. Conta com estacionamento, mas deixei o carro várias vezes na rua por conveniência, super seguro. Atendimento bem atencioso, custo-benefício excelente. Fiquei hospedado em uma ala onde os quartos e banheiros são menores, mas para o tempo em que ficamos, nos atenderam com o conforto necessário. A parte interna é bem agradável e garanto que toda a permanência poderá ser agradável também. Há uma entrada para o restaurante ao lado, então algumas refeições a noite podem ser pedidas ali ou simplesmente passar do saguão para o bar. O café da manhã é simples, servido em um salão amplo e bem iluminado pela manhã. Em outras ocasiões, voltarei a me hospedar ali.
