GGuest UserOverall the hotel is good. It's very clean. The breakfast buffet is good. However, i do have a problem with them only offering 1 bottle of free water in the room. We booked a 3 person room and there is still one bottle water that's free. And when i asked if this is the hotel policy that one bottle per room despite the number of people, the lady at the front desk gave a really irritating response. If it is the hotel policy, you could just tell me because that's all I want to know. You don't have to give me a face. That just seems very unprofessional. At the end they didn't charge me the extra water i asked but i am willing to pay for it if you tell me that's the hotel policy though to me unreasonable.
NNataliya2512Incredible, atmospheric place. Restaurant 10 out of 10. Breakfasts are very delicious! There are bicycles. The room cleans every day, puts cute candy, pours clean mineral delicious water.
Everything was perfect . We'll be there again
TTsDariaGood value for money. Great location! Just the bathroom was very tiny (almost impossible to open the door), water is leaking from the shower. Simple breakfast. Good option for few nights during exploring the area near
IIrina ButaevaThe host liked himself: rooms with their saunas, map entrance, sitting yard, kitchen with a cooking area and sofa. All clean, tidy, nice to watch. There is not enough cooler with water/filters/other drinking water source.
What confused: as a deposit, the full data of my bank card, together with the cvv code. I didn't believe my ears. Then it turned out that you could leave the deposit with money.
And when I had a departure early in the morning, as I had to go on a tour (good that came with a reserve), the staff member before giving up the deposit, went to my room and very carefully, from all sides examined the bed linen, apparently looking for spots. Immediately remembered all the stories about hotels where for the shed juice were put crazy accounts. And here I wouldn't have time to disassemble if anything had been found. +I never encountered such checks and I was a lot where I was, and it was strange to me.
But the rest of the place liked it.
GGuest UserThis hotel was sublime. The ambience was peaceful and friendly. The decor was unique and very tasteful. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area.
GGuest UserPushing open the wrought iron gate of the hotel, is it a century ago that the colonial era was brilliant! ? Half of the hotel with less than 20 rooms faces the green square in front of the door. Through the large wooden windows, you can see the distant mountains and towering palm trees.
The hotel facilities have a crumbling old feeling, but they are still easy to use, full of nostalgic texture, and the simple smile of each waiter left me with a warm and leisurely three days of memories.
