Hotel well located, suitable structure, clean and comfortable swab, tasteful food, good service. The values of the restaurant attached to the hotel are high, outside the reality of the region, the room is small, there is no pool in the hotel.

Staff was plain rude and aggressive. Same staff members deliberately made me feel uncomfortable every single day of my stay. Twin beds (two single beds) were ridiculously small (narrow) despite the huge size of the room which could easily accommodate four double beds. Staff never seems to clean the roof top swimming pool, as the water is just disgusting. I have found it particularly hypocrite taking so many Covid precautions at the breakfast room and then eveybody is coughing and spitting and cleaning their noses in the same tiny pool and nobody seems to care. They have built in a gigantic closet in the room but did not leave any cloth hangers. Housekeeping starts cleaning activities very early, and they make a lot of noise, don’t expect to sleep until late. There is no noise isolation. Literally constantly you will hear door-banging and furniture-dragging noises. Breakfast is OK but too many guests and way too much noise. Resuming: this hotel is NOT a good choice if you are looking to relax. Actually you may happen leave more nervous and tense than when you arrived.

We had to leave the hotel due to mold in my room... My son is extremely allergic to any type of mold or dust and as soon as he entered the room he just started sneezing non stop... The hotel is very old and run down. Room was clean and had strong mold smell... Everything just need a strong upkeep and maintenance... The water park seemed ok... We didn't enter as we got a refund and left the hotel..iam thankful that the hotel reimbursed us as we couldn't stay there...

É um desserviço que mancha a reputação de toda uma rede, não indico e nunca voltarei a nenhum hotel dessa rede por subentender que a rede INTERCITY é conivente com essa tratativa!

Ficamos nesse hotel apenas uma diária pela sua localização, próximo a Ponta Verde, Pajussara, cadeira gigante, etc... O hotel é bom, quarto confortável, banho muito bom, próximo a praia (uma quadra), pensando em custo - benefício, realmente é uma boa pedida, vale a pena. Só achei o local do café da manhã um pouco pequeno, mas nada que atrapalhe

O melhor do hotel são os funcionários, principalmente Michel e Vitor, para vcs meus sinceros agradecimentos por toda atenção, cordialidade, simpatia e profissionalismo. A localização do hotel é excelente, tem algumas coisas para melhorar como as tomadas nem todas estavam pegando, mas, você ser bem atendida e estar no lugar limpo vale a pena

Pelo tamanho do hotel e da estrutura voltada para receber um bom número de hóspedes, o café da manhã é decepcionante. Se reduz a pão, ovo e cuscuz, sem variedade, mesmo com um espaço imenso para diversificar. Já ficamos em hospedagens menores com anos luz de variedade. Além de tudo, embora seja uma hospedagem bem isolada, fora do fervo de Maceió e aparentemente tranquila, deixa a desejar no quesito segurança onde motos de aplicativo de delivery passam tranquilamente pela recepção e vai bater na porta do quarto do hóspede sem comunicação prévia e sem qualquer interferência da recepção ou portaria. Outro destaque é pra localidade ser bem afastada do centro de Maceió, com um atendimento atendimento é sofrível. Os atendentes trabalham com cara de quem estão fazendo favores para os hóspedes, a exemplo do checkout que chegamos e encontramos a recepção fechada, quando sinalizamos que era um checkout a recepcionista gritou falando “tá devendo alguma coisa? Então é só largar a chave aí” totalmente desatenciosa e sem profissionalismo, parecendo uma quitanda. Destaco também outro ponto de atenção para quem deseja se hospedar por lá, eles possuem uma parceria com a Wyndham Club Brasil, onde fica uma promotora da Wyndham na área da piscina abordando os hóspedes e oferecendo um day use a preço promocional em um resort próximo dali. Quando você vai para esse Day Use, acreditando ser apenas um passeio, é uma tentativa de te empurrar um de club de férias de procedência duvidosa (basta checar o nome da empresa no reclame aqui) que você vai ter que pagar por anos, sem muitas informações contratuais e ainda quando você se opõe a contratar, te tratam com arrogância, grosseria e só faltam te xingar. Por pouco não estragaram nossas férias e no dia seguinte estava a mesma promotora na área da piscina, se esquivando da gente. Fiquem atentos, acredito que tenham hotéis melhores e mais centrais!

The staff who take care of this part are very careful and charismatic. Some reception staff are not even a little sympathetic and receptive, they need to learn to pay more attention and be more carismatic with the guests/tourists hosting the hotel. At the reception they could have at least one coffee for customers, but the only available coffee is paid and cost of +-R$3,50. They have a legal space and a jacuzzi on the terrace, but it costs us R$50 per hour for our surprise.

Reservation of 3 bedrooms done through a hotel booking site: when travelers of 3rd room arrived, reception could not find the 3rd room and was not very friendly when guests arrived without me (while name of one guest was indicated in the booking). Overall, hotel standards do not meet classification and price; it is decent, but not corresponding to the category and luxury displayed on official pictures (done by a very good photographer and most probably retouched). We booked rooms with seaview and I must admit view was stunning - only issue is that at night there are many powerful public lights in front of the hotel (to allow late beach volley, tennis, walking and caring for safety), while curtains are not wide enough (and in one room, one was even partially torn, while in another room a handle was missing). Bedding was very good and cleaning service as well. Shower is Italian style (which is good), but taps are outdated, water temperature was not always the same, and pipes hardly can swallow shower water. Rooms are confortable, but would also require refreshing decoration. Wardrobe has no door: only option not to expose something is to rent the safe, though it is not very big. Rooftop area is not as beautiful as it looks on official pictures: tinted windows at sea front probably reduce the warmth in the summer, but they definitely reduce the view impact (on top of not being super clean). ”Continental” breakfast is very decent and mostly regional, with quite a large selection of products including bread, sweet (fresh fruits and juices, bread, cereals, jam, regional pastries and yogourts) and salty (croque-monsieur, ham, cheese, mixed eggs, local dishes including sausages and cassava), with some changes from one day to the next. Beware when checking out: they tempt to add some snacks you would have taken from the minibar and request local tax even when you have paid them with your booking. Fortunately, they did not insist when we identified errors.

From the moment I arrived I was amazed by the everyone’s sympathy at my reception, there are plenty of space for parking. I got a standard bedroom and it was quite spacious. The cleaning was spotless and it’s worth to mention that hey have a nice towel, toiletries and which is very important in Brazil: a pretty good ar-conditioner. Internet connection seemed very stable for those looking for some remote work. Definitely a place that I’d come back in the future. (I must add a special note to the hotel attention to people with food allergies or intolerance. Thanks to Gabriel for the good reception. Well done!)

I'm sure I'm going back and I'm sure I'm going back. I like the simple and soft way that is the hotel's offer. you have no pool, and what's missing? for me zero. It is not a foot in the sand, about 800 meters, the sea is a swimming pool, it is noted that the region appears to have difficulty to catch qualified workforce, but I believe that this is possible in the near future, an upward region, the staff was aware that the staff was very helpful to revisit the value of the staff (I noted that the wage question is low) .
