I liked the accommodations, however there is no telephone / intercom in the room, it is necessary to have a whatsapp contact, provided by them, for everything you need, I found it quite uncomfortable. Towels very shabby (rough), they should be replaced. Good breakfast, but with few seats, you have to wait depending on the time you arrive. Good cleanliness, attentive and helpful maids. There is a fridge in the room, but without any products inside. You can bring it from outside or ask them via whatsapp.

The hotel needs urgently a retirement, the room in which I stayed had a moof and the bathroom too. The lifts also need a reform. Breakfast needs improvements, needs to be more diversified. The bed linen and towels need to be exchanged, they were very wearing.

The hotel has several negative aspects, given the privileged location: the receptionist has taken on our closed face; on the hostel site (Decolar) it was found that the parking was free, but when we arrived there, They said we should pay 20,00 more; I asked for an electric iron and the receptionist spoke (with a sticked face) that he had only 1 and was busy; he had a dead cheap in the corridor where our room was; the breakfast juice was artificial; instead of margarine butter!

You're going to get away from this place. You're treating the client with total disrespect and disrespect. I booked for Booking 20 days before the trip. When I arrived at the check-in, the hotel team reported that it had no rooms available, that the rooms were not in a position to receive guests and therefore were blocked, and that Booking was making the rooms available for an error of the hotel. Booking systems and they had no way to change that. They said it was not possible to contact who booked because Booking does not provide any form of contact, which is a lie because I received a confirmation email with a message from the ”Team Oyo” a few days after booking. It was so lie that the next day the No-Show fee was still collected and they sent a message saying I didn't appear after confirming the reservation. the lack of communication between the network managers and the hotel team, and I am thinking of the state of conservation of the rooms to have such treatment. we were not the only, during the time we tried to solve had other 3 guests who arrived and had the I had to look for another hotel at 21:00, after hours of travel and rainfall, with travel costs.

This hotel is simple but it has everything you need. The pool is great and the internet connection by the pool works better than the rooms. It is located near restaurants, bars, groceries stores, and pharmacies. Breakfast could improve. I wish they had more local tropical fruits. However, breakfast is simple but well served. Located just steps from the beach, which is calm and not lots of waves. Good for kids.

The hotel has a beach outlet, is very wide, with beautiful spaces, such as the pad and the gardens. The environment is wonderful, from the pool you see the blue sea (a little brave sea!!). The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and is very comfortable. The room is quite simple and it would be good to re-model it, but the truth that you spend a little time in the room and that was not important for us. The attention is good and the capirinha excellent!! We would certainly return.

My family and I stayed at the Wish with interconnecting rooms in August 2022. This worked really well for us. Lobby area is large and airy with lovely decor. Pool area looked really nice but was not warm enough for us to use. The gym was modern with plenty of choice in equipment. Had some lovely evenings at the bar drinking cocktails made by Mauro. We were allocated rooms on level 11 so we had the perfect view over the city. Just wish the windows had been cleaned. Our view was a little cloudy! On one occasion we had music outside the park for us to listen to! Plus we watched some lads playing soccer. Room sizes were good. Beds were supercosy with good selection of pillows. The decor was a little tired and could do with freshening up. There was a musty damp scent in the room on arrival which we resolved by opening the window. This must be due to the climate where its warm and wet in Winter. Breakfast was lovely each morning with lots of choice. Just wish they had some plant based alternatives. E.g soya milk, margarine etc. Outside the Wish hotel is a park which a huge monument and fountain, if you wish to take a morning stroll/jog. There are council exercise machines next to the childrens playground. We were fortunate to see Capoeira training going on. Other than that there is nothing else. A short cab ride away will take you to Bahia shopping mall - Really good food court on ground floor here - Oriental, Italian and Brazilian. Plus a good place to do a money exchange. Cash is king here guys! The tourist spots like praca da sa, Pelourinho, Rio Vermelho etc are 1.5 miles away. Hotel taxis accept card payments. Which is really convenient. Be prepared to hold on to dear life when taking a random taxi from the street. Some drive like lunatics. Our taxi from airport to hotel was like this. Maybe its worth booking a hotel transfer with Wish. Overall if I could afford the Fasano I would stay there for the luxury plus location,but if you require something more easy on the pocket and away from the madness of the tourist areas, I would choose Wish de Bahia. My husband and I were in Morro de São Paulo to celebrate our honeymoon. As it was important for us to celebrate this occasion we decided not to look too much for money, so we decided to stay at Minha Louca Paixão. At arrivals we were given two glass bottles as the property has a sustainable approach and we liked it! The receptionist that checked us in was a bit unmotivated, not sure is her usual approach or she’s just like that. Anyway, she told us that the water in the mini bar in the room (in cans, specifying they were blue and orange - still and sparkling) were included in the price. Unfortunately at check-out we have been charged for them even though we explained we were told they were free. We booked one of the basic rooms as they were too expensive. Despite being the “cheapest” option the rate is overpriced or, at least, for what we got. The room was not very comfortable, one socket close to the bed (and when we asked at reception for an extension lead we were told to enjoy our stay. Even if it was a joke, in my opinion must be avoided as it is our business what we do during our holidays. All the other sockets were occupied for the devices in the room (fridge, television, etc) The lady that was close to the reception (from the housekeeping team I guess) heard our request and went to check if they had one, no luck. For the money we paid we were expecting them to try to find one. In the room we found a welcome card (not sure was just specific for us as it wasn’t mentioning anything about our honeymoon and a voucher for 2 free drinks). The glasses of the windows were dirty. In the balcony there was no hammock (on their website there is written that all the rooms have one). When asked to reception we were told that some rooms might not have it and then told us that somebody would have brought one. No one came. We had to ask again the following morning. The bathroom smelled as damp. The wire of the hairdryer was completely full of mould. The drain of the sink was very slow and the bathroom got blocked more than once. The breakfast was great, all the people working in the restaurant/bar were amazing. We only had an inconvenient with a meal as we asked for a moqueca de camarão and we were charged something else instead. This happened as the online menu was not the same as the one in the restaurant. Luckily this has been sorted at check-out as it was not our mistake. We specifically ordered the mentioned dish and we were not told that was no longer in their menu. The pools are beautiful, however they must have regular maintenance - they were damaged by the passing time. Should the price get lower (we spent over 8,000 R$ for one week) it might be worth going back, otherwise, we won’t recommend it .

This is basically a convention hotel surrounded by medical practices not far from a dirty beach and away from ALL major attractions in the city - in theory and in practice, not the best choice for tourists in Salvador or those visiting it for the first time, it's a fact. No wonder it is often busy with congress members, groups from other states or patients from the hospitals and clinics nearby. That being said, it is not a bad hotel at all, though some update and renovation is urgently needed. Staff is most kind and friendly, be it reception, housekeeping or restaurant. Rooms are large and comfortable, breakfast is assorted, parking is available at a (high) fee. TV has tons of channels, internet works really great, the pool is not to be missed. This was my third time in the hotel and each had a fulfilled purpose. Just make sure it is the right choice to meet your purpose.

The reception is kind of disorganized and the people of the check in/ out not so friendly. The room and bathroom were not so good and had a bad smell. The food is Ok. The breakfast is good. The pool area was kind of dirty. Many people at the gym place at the same time and some of them not wearing masks. We expected more.

This hotel does what it does well for the low cost. It is in a good location in a safe area of town. A rocky beach (not for swimming) is right outside, and although the rooms don't directly look out to sea, it was nice to be able to hear the ocean. The staff are friendly and helpful and although many speak some English, it is useful to be able to speak a little Portuguese . Breakfast was good, but dinner less so - on the night I ate in the restaurant the buffet wasn't on, and I suspect this would be better than ordering off the menu. The rooms are basic but clean and functional. Overall no complaints for the cost.

Hotel super confortável, aconchegante, e com cordialidade fora do padrão dos funcionários! Quarto limpo, cama confortável, travesseiros macios e cheirosos! A estrutura do hotel é ótima! As piscinas são limpas, ambientes ao ar livre, foi uma delicia passear de carrinho com meu bebê pelas dependências do hotel… todos funcionários muito educados prestativos e bem humorados… Gostaria de ressaltar que já nossa entrada fomos muito bem recepcionados pelo funcionário Iaco, nos recebeu com muito carinho e nos acomodou super rapido. O pessoal do bar a Luciene e o Raico, super gentis, prestativos e sorridentes. A recreação, com o Júnior super divertida, que alegrava todas idades, tanto crianças quanto os adultos! Sem dúvidas uma delícia os dias que passamos aqui é claro que queremos voltar.

Hotel Maravilhoso, quartos excelentes com uma grande área de piscina e um exclusivo parque aquático kids. Recepcionista Rafael muito atencioso e educado, sempre nos orientando e nos ajudando para podermos aproveitar melhor os nossos passeios.Serviço de quarto muito caprichoso. Café da manhã muito farto com muita opção. Voltarei a me hospedar novamente e indicarei o hotel para meus amigos.

Amei minha estada , atendimento bom e ágil ! Quarto muito bom arrumadinho a limpeza é impecável . Hotel silêncioso durante a noite proporcionando uma noite de sono tranquila . Café da manhã pouca variedade mas muito gostoso e bem feito ! Voltaria várias vezes se tiver mais oportunidade de ir a Porto !

This place is truely unbelievable and without a doubt the best in Brazil and among the best in the world for whom values comfort & luxury but also contact with nature like me. The beach of the hotel is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen and the hotel sits among a fantastic lush garden were the villas integrate perfectly. A true garden of eden by the sea full of maritacas, the little brazilian parrots, flying around ! Service is unbelievable everywhere . Professional with Bahianese soul ! What I particularly love is space. Even if the hotel is full, one is never bothered by other people as the place is huge. The main pool is gigantic and there are two or three others ( I am not sure) . The main restaurant is pure Fasano style elegance with the perfect discreet chic light at night whilst the beach restaurant by the beach is simply awsome : bare feet to eat a grilled fish looking at Itapororoca beach whilst listening to an amazing dj ( Monika the last time I was there ). Pure bliss and unique !!!

Hotel simplex, we were well received soon we were in the room, our well aired room, clean, we spent great days in this place, well-boomed old hotel, the only complaint was from the shower, and the pia too, both out little water. Fresh fridge a little red. Breakfast well served, fresh fruit. I had good experience! For a 3☆. I recommend that hotel.

Wonderful place! Came with family, 8 adults and 3 toddlers, all enjoyed it! Despite fully occupied over New Year, Management and staff were simply great, to the smallest detail, and we must have known by name and appreciated at least a dozen of them, too many to mention them all. Yes, the rooms and amenities are getting aged, but they do a great job keeping it all clean, and perfectly working. Location is the best you could think of, on the beach, but only a short (partly steep, but only for 100 m or so) walk to myriad of restaurants, cafes and shops. We’ll be back!

Lugar ideal para descansar e aproveitar a praia com a família. Viemos com os nossos filhos pequenos e tudo funcionou muito bem para nós. A maior parte dos hóspedes são famílias com filhos e casais; muita tranquilidade e nenhuma badalação. Acesso: Viemos pela via aérea, foi um voo muito rápido e tranquilo, a aeronave em que voamos foi um Cessna Caravan e estava muito bem conservado, com um preco razoável pela comodidade. Infraestrutura: O lugar foi muito bem pensado para o que se propõe e em geral a propriedade está muito bem cuidada, existem alguns pontos a melhorar e algumas reformas pontualmente necessárias, mas em geral atende realmente muito bem; celular quase nao pega, o que considerei uma qualidade, tem wifi, mas o melhor é nem usar para nao atrapalhar a experiência. Atendimento: Todos os funcionários foram muito cordiais, mas há muitos pontos disfuncionais que geram pequenas frustrações, por exemplo o sistema de cobrança é cômico, com certeza gera mais perda de receita para o hotel do que perdas na experiência dos hóspedes; você recebe um cartão de consumo na entrada, se você esquecer o cartão no quarto ou ele estiver com outro membro da sua família você poderá não ser atendido; pior, alguns produtos só podem ser pedidos a determinados garçons, nem pense em conseguir um sorvete na praia, por exemplo; como eu disse, são pequenas frustrações que não chegam a atrapalhar, mas poderiam ser resolvidas para melhorar a experiência do cliente (e com sorte, as receitas do hotel). Poderiam continuar a usar o cartão, mas anotar em uma comanda fisica ou eletrônica quando necessário, nada que não seja feito em outros hotéis. Os funcionários poderiam ser mais solícitos com pedidos ”de outros departamentos”, afinal o hotel não deveria lembrar (apenas nesses deslizes) uma repartição pública. Alimentação: o café da manhã é bom, mas não impressiona, já o menu a la carte foi um sucesso, os preços são um pouquinho altos e não estão incluidos na diária, mas nada demais, especialmente pela qualidade do que é servido. Localização: muito longe da cidade e do agito, há um transfer gratuito e táxis para os demais horários; mas para quem quer descanso, a distância não é problema, mas atributo. A praia é perfeita para crianças, na mare baixa fica extremamente rasa e morna, ja na maré alta fica perfeita para o banho e muito calma. Conclusão: os pontos positivos são imensamente superiores, aproveite a tranquilidade do lugar e do povo para relevar qualquer pormenor e vá logo para o Patachocas!

Quartos com espaço bom, cama boa, banheiro limpo e funcional. Bom custo benefício. Os recepcionistas são muito prestativos e dão várias dicas de lugares bons para comer e dicas dos passeios. Caso vc queira ficar próximo aos restaurantes, da pracinha e do atracadouro (carregar por menos tempo as malas), indico de olhos fechados. Mas não espere vista do mar dos sonhos. Alguns pontos acabaram incomodando um pouco a estadia: a porta do quarto ficava rangendo toda vez que alguém abria a porta de algum outro quarto do mesmo hall; as camareiras ficam gritando pelos corredores de manhã (caso vc queira dormir até mais tarde eh praticamente impossível); o horário do encerramento da piscina eh as 19h (o que não da pra aproveitar nada praticamente). Café da manhã fraco, sem opções básicas de suco de laranja e pão de queijo. A tapioca não é feita com goma fresca, o que deixa a mesma dura e ressecada.

This hotel was a frustrating place to stay. On the positive side, it is beautiful, the beach is right in front and the location is quiet, yet close enough to walk to town when you want to. Room is spacious and comfortable. However, they have so many rules to follow and the service is very poor. Despite being the most 'luxurious' hotel on the island, they make you wear a wristband on arrival (like a cheap Spanish party hotel) and also make you sign an inventory list saying you'll pay if you break something (never come across this in my life, felt like a backpackers hostel). Wifi is abysmal, you have to log in about 30 times every day and even then the signal is very poor, despite other properties on the island managing decent service. We asked them to make a dinner reservation for us and they said ”we don't do that” despite 4 staff members standing in reception chatting and doing nothing. We asked for a 1 hour later checkout and they refused despite not being full that day and told us ”that's the rules”. Further, the swimming pool was very dirty and totally cloudy. Despite breakfast offering being decent, it was ruined by hundreds of flies swarming everywhere and them serving every dish on a tiny side plate, seemingly to stop guests from putting too much on the plate. Overall it feels like a missed opportunity. I suggest management visit other hotels and get a clue how to run a hotel that caters to guest needs rather than making up their own stupid rules & low standards.

We went to this Pousada 3 times now. The staff is always helpful and friendly. It is has been continuously renovated over the years. The breakfast room is now very new, specious and modern. Breakfast has a good variety and is tasty. There is a new part that is being built. The pousada is clean, is very nicely located centrally, but quiet at night. The rooms do need some upgrade, therefore one star less, but this should not keep you from booking there.

This place is excellent they looked after us from the moment we arrived. Our room wasn’t ready so we got sent up to the bar had a few drinks until it was ready. There are two buildings one is at the sea front the other is street view but we had a spa bath and the view wasn’t bad at all. Good hearty breakfast really nice staff all greeted us and when the boat had no tickets left the receptionist NETE did everything she could to help us and to make sure we got home to the point of offering to go to the docks and messaging to make sure we were ok.
