Hotel Sky Gramado

We arrived and were super well-served. All staff were quite charismatic and performing. The only thing that did not make the stay perfect is the bed of the room. They were two single beds together, making sleep a little uncomfortable. And all the things are perfect

By history, and famous for the hotel leaves to desire a little in the facilities, some old rooms, and with things that don't work, after we complained we re-allocated to a newly pensioned room, they should keep the standard for all rooms. Restaurant Forneria magnificent!! All good!! Understood for Amanda!! Near the center, all near, great for a night walk, because the city security allows us, one of the rare places of the country where we can walk unoccupied by the streets. Payment parking the part (third-party company), we know at the arrival, could give more emphasis on sales platforms, however the service is worth every cent, agility and responsibility with the vehicle, all manoeuvres with education and good the first impression was the best possible! Receptionists and concierge (Albano) very requested and careful. Smsgs and sympathetic. Ulisses spent a job with our kkkk baggage but it was exceptional!! We will certainly come back (I hope to stay in the pensioned rooms rsrsrs).
Hotel Laghetto Stilo Higienópolis

I was not bad, just overpriced. Rooms were small like an IBIS, they did have a minibar in the room. Bathroom was bigger than an IBIS. Staff nice pleasant and efficient. Breakfast included was ok nothing to rave about. Bed was really high and too firm with sheets that did not fit the bed and crumpled under you as you slept. I only ate dinner here the lat night at the hotel. I waited 40+ minutes for a Mixto (hot ham & cheese sandwich) and french fries and the restaurant was mostly empty. Would I stay here again, probably not. Probably stay at the IBIS Styles on Plinio Milano Street. Better value and nearby restaurants and shops to the IBIS, while nothing much around the Laghetto but a supermarket.

A few days of rest and relaxation....well, the rooms were large anyway. My wife and I have no words to describe the garbage served for meals at usery prices. But let's start at check in because management should be thrown in the pools then ushered out without towels! Arriving exhausted, a little girl Bruna stood behind the beautiful front desk with the impressive water fall behind her. ”This is going to be impressive, I thought.” Oi...which means hi in Portuguese. Oi, I replied. ”Your name?” Were the next two syllables that came out. (No welcome, great to see you. is this your first visit with us? Just what's your name. But what came next beats any check in I've ever seen or read about. Bruna begins staring at the computer screen while at the same time smelling her wet hair through her nose. I wasn't sure what to say or do. It seemed like a personal moment so I just waited. After what seemed like 10 minutes, she said our room wasn't ready. I told her we actually paid for the night before but were not able to arrive so our room should be ready. She then asked me to see my cell phone reservation. After some time, she called over a colleague who spoke with her for some time then asked if he could take my cell phone to show the manager. ”No,” I said. Be right back, he said. After he came back, saying nothing to me, he spoke to the girl. Shortly after she asked for our documents. No explanation, still no welcome. So that's what being processed feels like. Hungry, we went to the dining room that closes at 3pm. It was 10 past three. I stood at reception for at least 20 minutes, enough time for us to have made lunch. Back to our closed dining room, Sergio was excellent. He escorted us up to the coffee bar (FYI, it opens at noon. Perhaps another name might be in order.) Order anything you want from the menu, he said. We were delighted. Once at the coffee bar a man finally took our order. A few minutes later Sergio was back to take our order. ”We've ordered already, we said.””I know, I need to take your order again, Sergio said.” OK, we thought, whatever. After what seemed like about 30 minutes, our drinks arrived WRONG. The drink order was such a mess we settled for soft drinks. Still waiting for food now some 40 minutes later, it arrived finally. WRONG. They had double ordered our ticket but what arrived first was two orders of my plate. My wife, starving by now, ate what they brought. About 5 minutes later, her order arrived. That's 2 and a half orders of food for those keeping track. Things would have been bad enough if the story ended here but it doesn't. Think of pasta that has the consistency of hard gummy bears and sauce that tastes like warm water with ketchup. Then imagine grease filled French fries and tiny pieces of terrible tasting fish like substance served with tarter sauce. My only possible guess is the people who park cars and the chef decided to switch places for the day. Ah well, there's always breakfast, right? WRONG!

I stayed in apartment 301. We arrived midnight after a long 9-hour trip from PR. We have been in this hotel several times, and until then we had only praises to do ... but this night from 08 to day 09/07/2022 was a real nightmare ... when we were lying in bed around 00:00: 30 I realized that you connected a noisy engine with a bulb bulb hitting ... that stayed for 2 or 3 minutes .... impossible to sleep with it ... I turned off the air conditioning think it could be our air ... I slept again ... 15 or 20 minutes after more 2 or 3 infernale minutes ... 15 or 20 minutes of silence and ... 2 or 3 minutes of very noise again ...e so happened hours on wire ... if you had been stepped up the car in a fuel station and sleeping ... would have been better.
Hotel Dan Inn Express Porto Alegre - 200 Metros do Complexo Hospitalar Santa Casa e Ufrgs

The hotel is located in the historic centre of Porto Alegre, and it is the best I found to have stayed in it, because from the beach to several places walking. The hotel is old, along with a strong smell of cigarette in the corridors and rooms ( guests do not respect and smoke inside). Breakfast is very simple/ the basic of a coffee to start the day. The hotel is located in the building ( 20 floors) well in the centre of POA,in a quite well-being avenue near the municipal market. The hotel has 2 elevators. The rooms are of paper, so you can listen to everything next door. The air is in the entrance, well above the door, and when used, it forms a water pool well in the entrance of the room. Some rooms do not have a fridge. It serves only for 1 / 2 nights ...for who is short” passing in POA! for the value charged there are certainly more positive accommodation.

We were looking for a place to rest and a good night to rest, we didn't expect that surprise we would find; if you want a place to enjoy with your love, that's where you have to stay. You have a sparkling relaxation, afternoon tea and kitchens for talks to go long and in the upper floor if you want to stay there can play billiards, TV, reading and even a wine in front of all that beauty and when at the end of the And when you come back to your room, be careful, for you will be glad with so much kindness, so much caprival and so much mimicry.
