JJane10219We had a twin room, and it was quite small, but the 1.35m beds were decent. The shower water pressure, however, was absolutely unacceptable – it was so low that a woman washing her hair would easily take 40 minutes to rinse it properly. You can just imagine how weak it was!
The hotel's location is excellent. We didn't use public transport, but there's a station right outside the hotel, which is super convenient. You can walk to all the city's attractions, which was great fun. The only downside is being in the city center; there's constant noise from police sirens, ambulances, or fire trucks.
Initially, the price was 3.5K per night, but then it suddenly dropped to 1.5K. I'm not sure why, but it worked out well for us.

GGuest UserThis was our first time staying at Americana and we are very pleased with the experience. We drove 3 hours from northern Ontario and it was worth it! We went with another family for New Year's Eve and our children had such a wonderful time. We ordered room service, went to the waterpark several times, played in the arcade and our kids had so much fun. We are planning to come back next year!

HHanfordPros: a parking lot with sufficient space (no need to book in advance). A shopping mall St Laurent is nearby. The breakfast is ok. There are 2 sockets and 2 USB-A outlet on each side of the bed. The staff are friendly in general.
Cons: A bit far away from the tourist attractions downtown (around 10 minutes drive). The coffee from the in-room coffee machine was so-so. The air-conditioner was quite noisy. The TV in my room couldn't be turned off (It went off automatically after no-signal for a while anyway). There were some paper cups for coffee but no other glass / cups in the whole room even for brushing teeth so I had to use paper cups for brushing teeth (Is it considered environmental friendly?)

FFfhassaaFantastic staff and very close to the airport with. Free shuttle to and from. Such a breeze to chekc in after a delayed flight fast queue and upgraded room for free. Breakfast was 6am to 9:30 or 10am on weekends and was fantastic good variety and very good staff especially Sylvia - thank you for a wonderful dining experience.
Rooms are huge all with AC and fans if needed and very well stocked and clean no issues and rebooked to stay again at the end of my trip and wood definitely recommend.

GGuest UserThe location was fantastic. The bath quickly warmed up, allowing me to thaw out from the cold. It was easy to get to Table Rock, Rainbow Bridge, and the fireworks display area.

AAnonymous UserI enjoy a lot for 2 days ,The Hotel is very clean and big, The receptionist are very accomodating and the breakfast is yummy! The most i admired in this hotel is every 15 min there a shuttle bus to drop you in the airport.

Mmary ann mislanRoom is big, clean and has a nice view. Great swimming experience and sauna, there’s a gym too. The room is near the elevator as I requested and the receptionist is very accommodating. Bring your own slippers specially if you are planning to use the swimming pool.

The shuttle bus is fast and efficient, but since it also picks up guests from the Hyatt, it often gets too crowded and there aren't enough seats. The breakfast is better than Holiday Inn, but it can't compare to Crowne Plaza in China. The front desk staff are very friendly.

AAnonymous UserStayed here on my layover in Toronto. Very nice. I didn’t eat or order anything unfortunately I was too tired and chose to sleep in the incredibly comfortable bed the whole time. I always like to choose Marriott brand hotels when possible and this experience just continues to reinforce that decision. I will say the hotel is a bit of a trek coming from terminal 3 with bags, as the hotel is in terminal 1. All in all it was good tho. Staff was very polite and helpful as well. I didn’t take a photo so please enjoy this child’s artwork of a beloved paper airplane.

GGuest UserHorrible room #210. View was a window washing stage right at window. Compressor or machine of some kind ran all night. Hotel was booked solid with competitions and other Wyndham hotel guests were there due to water problems at hotel. I booked early so should have gat a decent room. Booked for 3 nights, left after 2. Felt like the worst room in the basement!! Have been numerous time with no issues at all. Ruined my birthday weekend. Maybe because we booked through you…is that possible??
