The hotel's location, service, and cleanliness are all excellent! The most important thing is that the front desk staff are all very kind and provide great service. It's very friendly for foreign travelers! For my friend's birthday, the front desk helped us order a cake which was super delicious and beautiful. The 'Xiao Du' smart assistant in the room is quite good; it's convenient for playing music and opening/closing curtains. I didn't get a chance to take pictures of the lobby, but the spiral staircase is absolutely gorgeous. Getting a Didi (ride-sharing) is also very convenient. The hotel entrance has a big smiley face, making it super easy to spot. The front desk truly deserves 10,000 stars 🌟. There's a pedestrian street right downstairs, which is super convenient, and the location is also very close to Hefei Station. The lobby offers health tea and popcorn. Foreign travelers, you should definitely go for this hotel, it's really great ❤️

Environment: The location is excellent, perfect for sunrise and sunset. There's even staff who lead morning tours for the sunrise. Service: I felt right at home. During the off-peak winter season, they even upgraded my room, and I could see pine trees from the window. The staff were proactive in opening doors and provided thoughtful tips via WeChat. Cleanliness: Although it's an older hotel, the cleanliness was surprisingly excellent, especially in Building A where I stayed. Facilities: It was incredibly warm indoors during winter. After watching the sunrise and sunset, it was so comfortable to return to the room to relax. They even thoughtfully provided a drying rack for clothes, super thick down jackets (very clean and safe to wear), and a flashlight for watching the sunrise. The 180 RMB dinner buffet included small river shrimp, shrimp with peas, steamed fish, grain hot drinks, cantaloupe, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and more. Seeing the porters carrying goods up the mountain makes me feel it's absolutely worth it.

Come to participate in the marathon, the hotel is great, originally wanted to book a box to taste the food, but the box is gone. Then I went to other hotels with my friends to eat. The view from the room was fantastic, being right by the river and offering a great panorama of the Yangtze River. The staff were extremely attentive; we received complimentary cookies upon check-in, and in the evening, a large platter of welcome fruit was delivered to our room, which was so generous we couldn't finish it all. The hotel breakfast was of excellent quality, with a wide variety of options, and the coffee was delicious. I would definitely consider staying here again. My only minor complaint was that the air conditioning couldn't be adjusted below 26 degrees Celsius, which was a bit uncomfortable for someone sensitive to heat.

This trip to Huangshan, the hotel really scored big. Although it wasn't expensive or luxurious, this hotel was truly incredibly comfortable. It's on the mountaintop, very warm, convenient, and the restaurant serves delicious food. The scenery is absolutely stunning. You can book it on Ctrip. It's the Huangshan Beihai Hotel, renovated in 2025. The hotel's afternoon incense-sealing activity got my little one, Qingjiao, hooked on it; she's already planning to get her own incense-sealing tools as soon as we get home. The hotel staff mentioned that they spent six years preparing for this reopening after the renovation, and the management took it extremely seriously, with daily stress keeping them from sleeping. The result is that all the service staff here are wonderful – enthusiastic and genuine. Everything on the mountaintop is carried up by porters, which is incredibly hard work and makes everything feel precious. Every time we ate, I'd tell Qingjiao to eat well and not waste food. I'm usually someone who prefers to go from point A to point B and just relax at the hotel when I travel. But this time, I walked many mountain paths to enjoy the scenery. Huangshan is so beautiful! It also made me feel that for magnificent scenery, it has to be China's scenery. Time to go, I'll be back next time.

The hotel environment is excellent, and the owner is very welcoming. They even offer a ride to the South Gate transfer center. Booked the InterContinental for a concert in Hefei. It's about a 30-minute walk to the Sports Center, which was great for a leisurely stroll back after the show. The room was clean and spacious enough. The front desk even upgraded me to a room with a view, overlooking Swan Lake – very open and scenic. Before arrival, the hotel proactively contacted me to assign a butler. During my stay, the butler was incredibly helpful and quick to resolve any issues. The breakfast selection was extensive, with plenty of freshly made pastries and noodles. Overall, I was very satisfied with the hotel's service.

A hidden, ancient courtyard tucked away in Tunxi Old Street, featuring a stargazing loft where you can gaze at the starry sky and bright moon directly from your bed. On the Mid-Autumn Festival, I was able to lie in bed and watch the moon without stepping outside—it was truly dreamlike. The common areas are incredibly spacious; my child spent time practicing calligraphy and playing the guzheng, completely captivated. It was wonderfully relaxing, washing away all the fatigue from yesterday's hike up Huangshan.
