The service is attentive and personalized, and the management is thoughtful and meticulous. The environment is great, and getting a taxi is very convenient. The room is spacious, and it's close to popular attractions like Beijing Road and Canton Tower, making it easy to get around. There's also parking available. This will be my top choice next time I visit Guangzhou.

Mandarin Oriental Shenzhen truly lives up to its reputation as a service supreme hotel. Not only is it the highest Mandarin Oriental in Shenzhen, but the service throughout my stay was impeccable. I was thrilled to find out on this business trip that I was staying at the same hotel as my idol, Mr. Andy Lau! Enjoying breakfast on the soaring 78th floor felt like being in a fairyland. The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating, and the turndown service was as thoughtful as ever. Room service was very responsive. The welcome fruit was fresh and seasonal, and knowing my child enjoyed it, they sent another portion early the next morning. The family-friendly setup was warm and appropriate, and the kids' activities were a lot of fun. Finally, the checkout staff were very polite, escorted me all the way downstairs, and had a record of all my previous requests. I'm sorry I didn't catch their name, but I want to give them a big thumbs up here! It truly is my favorite hotel. While there are many luxury hotels, I particularly adore this one with its oriental charm. Mandarin Oriental will always be my first choice from now on! My only regret this time was that due to limited availability, I couldn't get an upgrade, and also, the welcome music was no longer ”Kangding Love Song.”

I stayed here for a business trip, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and airy, with large floor-to-ceiling windows offering an expansive view. The facilities were well-maintained. The bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom amenities were excellent. The service was prompt, and the location was convenient for getting around. It's highly recommended for business travelers.

I came to Guangzhou for a trip and saw that this hotel had pretty high ratings, and I was also drawn to its location. First, the location is excellent; it's near Tianhuan and Zhengjia, right next to the subway station – you exit the subway and there's the hotel. The hygiene was also quite good, the soundproofing was decent, and the shower had strong water pressure. The front desk gave me two room cards during check-in, one of which could be used as an electricity card, which was a nice touch. Downsides: Most of the drawbacks are related to the facilities, which I'd consider 'major flaws.' First, the elevators. The building is 30 stories high (shared by two hotels), and I'd estimate there are about 20 rooms per floor, but there are only three elevators: one for all floors, and one for odd floors and one for even floors respectively. Waiting times for the elevators are very long, and the elevator linkage isn't well-done. Pressing the down button on one elevator doesn't link to the others, so almost everyone ends up pressing both the all-floor elevator and the odd/even floor elevator buttons, which wastes elevator resources. Second, in the Deluxe King Room, there were no power outlets on the side of the bed next to the window, which is very impractical. Looking at the decor, it seems like it was renovated in recent years, so this lack of basic infrastructure makes for a poor experience. Third, during my stay in room 1210, the cover of the filter self-rescue respirator by the bed was open. I checked it, and fortunately, the vacuum seal inside was intact; otherwise, I would have definitely asked housekeeping to replace it. This really needs to be checked more carefully, as it's a life-saving device. Fourth, if you're driving to the hotel, you'd better be an excellent driver. The underground parking spot is first not easy to find, and then the garage itself is quite narrow, making it very difficult to park large, long vehicles. Fifth, very little breakfast was prepared. For popular items like steamed dumplings and char siu bao, I went at around 9 am, and the kitchen said they were out. It felt like they just didn't want to steam another batch, even though there were still many people in the restaurant at that time. Sixth, the hairdryer in the room had very weak airflow. It takes a long time to dry long hair, and the hotel didn't provide any alternatives. The airflow is genuinely too weak.

It’s a great hotel in in a very good location hotel lobby and facilities were great, including free laundry service on the second floor rooms itself was fine however, I did notice that the walls were not clean and had gray and dark patches throughout the room. But overall, I would still look again service was great and front desk was friendly

This hotel is located right front of the famous temple大佛寺。A lot famous restaurants are surrounding the hotel including 大鸽饭，陶陶居，东园，小炳胜，银记，民记，莲香楼 and so on. The hotel is at 14th floor, the lobby was in renovated so look messy but the hotel is very clean and new. The lift is quite crowded but about 5 min wait for each time we taken. Room is very clean, no stain, no bad smell and bright. Aircon is well functioned and the highlight point is the bath room. The water pressure from rain shower is very powerful which released my tiredness after bath. The front desk staff is very helpful and provides me a lot travel information. His comment is very truthful and modesty. Her name is 李琳，wish everyone who choose this hotel able to meet her. Breakfast of the hotel are quite choice limited but fresh and delicious. They also provide tea time and supper. I will definitely back to this hotel if I come to Guangzhou again. Recommend this hotel to who come with families.

This stay was exceptionally good! The location is excellent, making travel very convenient. The room was newly renovated, and the staff were all very welcoming, creating a great living experience. I especially want to thank Erick Lu, Mandy Li, and Cindy Long from the Executive Lounge for their attentive hospitality. The concierge also provided excellent assistance. The hotel is well-staffed, so even with a high volume of guests, they managed to serve everyone well, and service responses were very prompt. Overall, the service was meticulous and thoughtful, and the environment was comfortable and relaxing. I had a truly pleasant stay and sincerely appreciate everyone's dedication. I look forward to my next visit!

The room was clean and newly renovated. There's a shopping mall nearby with an underground parking lot. It's right next to the Conrad, making it very convenient for business in the area. Great value for money, I'd definitely stay here again! - Milk Tea

Guest rooms are clean and tidy, with thorough housekeeping. Bathrooms feature wet and dry separation, and towels and bathrobes are clean, ensuring peace of mind. Toiletries are comprehensive, and slippers are non-slip and durable. Hot water supply is stable, and shower products feel gentle. In-room internet signal is stable, and air conditioning is easy to control, making it simple to manage room temperature. The hotel's buffet offers a rich variety of dishes, catering to different tastes, and food quality is consistent. The pool has lifeguards on duty to ensure safety, and the water quality is clean. Gym equipment is regularly maintained, meeting basic fitness needs. Staff members are patient and helpful, always ready to answer questions. The resort's landscape design is thoughtful, making strolls around the grounds very relaxing. Overall, the stay experience is highly commendable.

Upon learning it was my birthday, they proactively upgraded my room for free and even surprised me with a delicate birthday cake. It was full of pleasant surprises. The service throughout was impeccable, with attention to every detail, making it a truly unforgettable birthday. The room was comfortable, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was fantastic.
