Hotels With Bar in Hainan, China

The room facilities were decent, I quite liked them. It's very close to the airport and the outlets, which is convenient. However, there's not much to browse at the outlets. The service was terrible!!! I stayed here for the convenience of catching a flight. I was supposed to be able to check-in and check my luggage directly at the hotel. I even specifically asked about this when I checked in, but the staff couldn't give me clear information. They didn't tell me that you have to check in from the hotel three hours in advance!!!!! As a result, I couldn't check in at the hotel and still had to go to the airport. And the staff had absolutely no attitude about it, it was truly frustrating.

This hotel is conveniently located near the airport and offers a shuttle service. When checking in, the front desk proactively asked if I needed the service and helped with the booking, which was really helpful. The bookstore design in the ground floor lobby is a real highlight; I personally loved it. The room and bedding were also very clean. My only minor complaint is that the breakfast selection was a bit limited. Though that might be because I arrived a bit late, around 9 AM.

My stay was very pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, and all the facilities were complete and worked well. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of dishes and was well-balanced, a true delight for the taste buds. Our housekeeper, Julia, was friendly and responded to our requests quickly and efficiently. Consumables and any other items we needed in the room were replenished as requested. Her service was truly professional.

From checking-in to the end of our trip, this hotel was an absolute dream. All along, the staff has been very accommodating and responsive. The room was clean and refurnished everyday. The hotel features a coffee shop and a restaurant with sea views, both offering delicious options. Overall, the price-quality ratio is off the top, it is one of the best hotels I've stayed in in China and would never hesitate to stay here again !

Waking up to the ocean view right outside my window instantly lifted my spirits. This place is truly perfect for a vacation! The room was very clean and comfortable, and you could tell a lot of thought went into the bedding. They even provided pillows of different heights to choose from. The common area on the first floor and the rooftop are both super photogenic. It's so relaxing just sitting here and enjoying the scenery. Plus, it's super close to the beach, just a short walk away!

Hygiene: A terrible experience. There was urine on the toilet, which made me seriously question the overall hygiene of the hotel. Service: My feedback about the hygiene issue was addressed promptly, and I was moved to a different room. They have a robot for room service and late-night noodle snacks. Facilities: The elevators are incredibly slow, with very long waiting times. Coupled with the room service robots using them, all three elevators had long queues during the holiday. There's a pool and a small bar on the top floor, but that's about it. Location: The surrounding area is very well-equipped with plenty of shops, large and small restaurants. I recommend trying the 'Lao Ba Cha' (Dad's Tea) and 'Hou'an Fen' (Hou'an Noodles) nearby.

Our stay at the Atlantis Sanya was nothing short of extraordinary. From the breathtaking ocean views to the luxurious amenities and world-class hospitality, every moment felt unforgettable. A special thank you to Dyana, our butler, whose professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made our experience truly seamless. Dyana went above and beyond to ensure every need was met, making us feel valued and exceptionally cared for throughout our stay. They showered us with gifts.  We would also like to recognize Helen at the signature restaurant, Ossiano. Her exceptional service, welcoming attitude, and deep knowledge of the menu elevated our dining experience to another level. She made every meal memorable with her kindness and attentiveness. The combination of luxury, outstanding service, and unforgettable dining makes Atlantis Sanya a destination we would highly recommend to anyone seeking a premium resort experience. We look forward to returning again soon.

Our first family room had a damp smell, but the front desk manager kindly helped us switch to another family room facing the sea. The service was attentive, and the room was clean. Breakfast had a decent variety, and the environment was pleasant. The water park wasn't open yet, and the ocean park didn't have much to do besides taking photos. It was off-season, so there weren't many people. The kids' world is still under construction. There's a food street near the hotel, making dining quite convenient. The hotel also offers a paid mini-train ride that takes you around the hotel for 40 minutes at 15 yuan per ride, which is worth it. There's Twin Beach near the Hilton, which is great for watching the sunset. If the island's facilities improve further, I would definitely visit again.

An amazing guesthouse with stunning sea views, a truly fulfilling and enjoyable stay! The common areas have books and tea. The service was prompt and attentive, the hygiene impeccable, and the environment offered direct views of the ocean. The facilities are new and highly functional. Excellent value for money! I came with my girlfriends, and we kept saying ”Wow...” the moment we opened the door. We'll definitely be back! 😊

DIY Handcraft Activities: Fun and engaging, the kids absolutely loved it! 🥳 Cute Baby Baking (Sushi/Cookies/Chocolate Sticks/Cupcake Making): We participated in the cupcake 🧁 making, and my child felt a great sense of accomplishment. They loved it so much and said they want to come back again! 😄 Cleanliness: The room was clean, and the cleaning staff were very polite. Our 'Nai Long' themed room was on the 8th floor, and honestly, the view from the corridor was an unexpected bonus – absolutely stunning! When the weather is good ☁️, the sea looks so beautiful 😻 and incredibly therapeutic~ Facilities: For the price, the facilities are incredibly comprehensive. The pool, gym, kids' club, indoor and outdoor activities are all available, plus a beach lounge area, shuttle bus, aquarium 🐟, and restaurant. The mermaid 🧜‍♀️ performance during dinner already far exceeds the value of the price itself. Environment: It's conveniently located near three major commercial streets, making it super easy to get around. There are also many dining options nearby. Service: Gina from Guest Services was wonderful ❤️. She made my entire vacation delightful. No matter what issues arose, she resolved them immediately, which was beyond expectations! 👍 Sanya has been in the public eye recently, but my family and I love it here as always. Only those who have visited will understand. We've returned countless times and I will definitely be back. I just wanted to relax at the hotel and on the beach 🏖️.
