Did not know spect this hotel to be this nice in the City of Handan! Squeaky clean and classy from inside out. Very courteous and helpful staff members from concierge to housekeepers, not to speak of the front desk angels . Love to come back and check in here next time !

Everything was great, room is clean, stuff is friendly. During winter time the location is not great coz all the shops around are closed even KFC and Starbucks but this not hotel’s fault. The breakfast is a bit Chinese but foreigners also can find a lot of options to eat. The only thing I didn’t like is that during the breakfast there was a jar of Nutella but in fact that wasn’t Nutella just some cheap chocolate spread - just use another jar so people won’t be confused.

This hotel offers incredible value for money! We stayed for four days with our kids, and every day was a joy. The dining options were convenient, and the accommodations were very comfortable. We were satisfied with every aspect. We'll definitely be back next winter season. I love the Genting Grand Hotel. The staff at the Blue Lake Restaurant were exceptional, always smiling and ready to answer any questions. The front desk service was also great, resolving issues quickly. The cleaning staff were very diligent and polite. My only unpleasant experience, and why I can't give a perfect score, was at the ski resort's ticket exchange counter. The first time, I accidentally handed over my driver's license instead of the correct ID, and the staff member immediately looked annoyed and unhappy. Then, on the morning of January 20th, I went to exchange tickets again. I wasn't sure if I should use the same card or get a new one, so I simply asked. The woman at the first window suddenly started shouting, ”I'll give you two new cards!” It startled me so much that I was speechless for a while. I've never experienced such service at a five-star hotel. After that, I discovered a lovely and kind young lady with a bob haircut at window 3, and I made sure to go to her every time. She always had a sweet smile and chatted with me a bit.

The hotel was excellent, truly a ski-in/ski-out experience. Its proximity to the ski resort was very convenient, and having a McDonald's right at the entrance was a nice bonus. Breakfast was decent, which was a plus. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. My only minor complaint is that my room at the very end of Zone A was a bit chilly, and the underfloor heating wasn't very effective. While I reported it, there was no follow-up, which I hope they'll improve upon. Otherwise, everything else was great.

The Orange Hotel is truly the pinnacle. We stayed in Xiongxian specifically for this hotel, and we weren't disappointed. The rooms are all first-rate, with thoughtful decor and a grand sightseeing elevator. The self-service coffee on the first floor is excellent, and they also make cappuccinos and iced Americanos. The breakfast is plentiful and beautifully presented. The service is friendly, especially at the first-floor reception desk. They even offered souvenirs and even provided medicated oil to keep mosquitoes away. While the surrounding area is relatively undeveloped and mostly consists of resettlement housing, the scenery around the hotel is beautiful and dining options are convenient. The handsome guy who picked us up at the station was a part-time university intern. We were picked up and taken to and from the station by a business car with massage seats—truly excellent service.

Overall a great hotel, and we loved our room and the swimming pool (the changing rooms and showers are amazing!) but there were some issues. Our door cards constantly stopped working even though we told the staff every time we extended our booking. The gym was much too hot, almost too hot to work out in. The shower in the room was not hot enough and the water temperature fluctuated a lot. Breakfast was very disappointing; the breakfast room so freezing that a lot of people had to wear their coats to breakfast and a lot of the food was cold even at 7.30am. The service at breakfast was poor and there was little good western food. Undeniably the view is absolutely stunning though. The worst thing was the internet, which even for Chinese websites was extremely slow, and that more than anything else spoiled our stay.

We only stayed for 1 night but really enjoyed the experience. Due to the centralized heating system, our room was extremely hot and reached 29 degrees celsius even with the window open. We ended up calling the front desk at 4:30 a.m., and within 10 minutes, someone arrived with a large fan. She helped us set it up and adjust the temperature, and it quickly became comfortable enough for us to fall back asleep. Thank you for the quick assistance!

I originally booked an executive room, but upon checking in, I was upgraded to a suite. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the check-in process was quick and easy. While we waited for our room to be cleaned, they proactively offered us drinks and even delivered welcome fruit to our room. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped. Although a few areas showed a bit of age, overall, I was very satisfied. The hotel also offers free parking. Right downstairs from the hotel are Dazhao Park and the Anti-seismic Memorial Hall (currently closed for renovation), making them convenient to visit. It's about a 15-minute drive from the hotel to Tangshan Feast and Nanhu Park. The hotel's first-floor restaurant offers all-day dining, and the breakfast selection is extensive. The executive lounge has been moved to the first floor, providing happy hour drinks and fruit in the afternoon, and a light dinner in the evening. The light dinner was surprisingly good! 👍 It included six hot dishes, with noodles, wontons, and rice as main courses, along with several cold dishes and various alcoholic beverages. The only downside was a layer of dust on the headboard in the room, which was a bit off-putting. I hope they can improve their hygiene management.

The hotel is very good and new.comfortable room, good signal internet, note bathroom 10 and a well-equipped and free laundry.Breakfast has a mix of Chinese and Western.The reception team is very careful. We arrived late and they helped us to ask a pizza. The reception bar offers a wide variety of imported beers.

This downtown hotel was such a pleasant surprise! Our high-floor room offered amazing views, and the dedicated elevator meant no waiting. Just downstairs was a pedestrian street, with direct metro and bus access within a 5-minute walk. Plus, there's free parking for those driving – incredibly convenient for getting around. The bedding was just the right firmness, and breakfast offered a wide variety of options, both Chinese and Western. They even had afternoon tea with exquisite desserts and drinks. The robot food delivery was fast and adorable, saving us the hassle of running errands and making our stay completely stress-free. The amenities were incredibly comprehensive: a 24-hour gym with equipment, and a laundry room equipped with dryers and detergent – super practical for long trips. From check-in at the front desk to responding to our requests, the staff were consistently warm, enthusiastic, and efficient, making the entire experience truly exceptional. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit!
