Excellent stay, great location, and fantastic service. The price was reasonable, and the hotel was well-managed. The food tasted delicious. Overall, I think this is a pretty good hotel, and I'll definitely be back.

This downtown hotel was such a pleasant surprise! Our high-floor room offered amazing views, and the dedicated elevator meant no waiting. Just downstairs was a pedestrian street, with direct metro and bus access within a 5-minute walk. Plus, there's free parking for those driving – incredibly convenient for getting around. The bedding was just the right firmness, and breakfast offered a wide variety of options, both Chinese and Western. They even had afternoon tea with exquisite desserts and drinks. The robot food delivery was fast and adorable, saving us the hassle of running errands and making our stay completely stress-free. The amenities were incredibly comprehensive: a 24-hour gym with equipment, and a laundry room equipped with dryers and detergent – super practical for long trips. From check-in at the front desk to responding to our requests, the staff were consistently warm, enthusiastic, and efficient, making the entire experience truly exceptional. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit!

Our butler, Cindy, provided excellent service. She was incredibly responsive to all our requests and even proactively offered help, paying attention to every detail. Her service was definitely the most pleasant part of my business trip. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. As a thoughtful gesture, she even gave me some of the hotel's homemade cookies when I checked out. Next time I'm in Shijiazhuang, I'm definitely staying at the InterContinental Shijiazhuang Fuli again!

The room is absolutely large, with a private space design, not completely open. Brand new, good. The hotel is very good, but the guests are average, and you can see people smoking in the lobby. Xiao Yang from the hotel visited again and showed an attitude of finding problems. I don't agree with the design of the barbecue garden next to it.

This is a premium hotel in Shijiazhuang, located in Chang'an District, a strong economic area of the city. It really stands out near the Provincial Museum! The decor inside is luxurious and high-end, the service is excellent, and the underground parking is very convenient. It's truly a hotel with top-notch service! A special shout-out to the front desk, especially Manager Liu Zhanggen who was on duty in the lobby!

It's very cost-effective. I took out some medicine for a cold, and the hotel robot delivered it to the door of the room. Some privacy and embarrassment are avoided.

This was my first time staying at the Lansy Hotel, and the sea-view room completely exceeded my expectations! Opening the curtains revealed a stunning ocean view right in front of me; it was so relaxing to lie in bed and watch the sea. The hotel also has its own private beach, which was uncrowded and clean – a must-visit spot! Our butler, Carson, was not only handsome but also incredibly proactive and enthusiastic with his service, always ready to help. He definitely deserves a thumbs up! The hotel's 'Sea Canteen' restaurant offers a variety of cuisines, all delicious and great value for money. The cocktails and coffee on the ground floor of the lobby were also surprisingly good – a strong recommendation!

I had a truly wonderful stay at the InterContinental. The hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, elegance, and thoughtful attention to detail. My room was beautifully maintained and created a calm, relaxing atmosphere throughout my trip. What made my experience exceptional was the outstanding service from Petrus. He was attentive, kind, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. His genuine care for guests and warm professionalism made me feel truly valued. Thanks to Petrus, my stay became even more memorable. I would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very close to the high-speed rail station. The front desk is on the 32nd floor. The elevator in the room is very private, safe, novel, and there are new fan facilities. The front desk lady gives a free upgrade to the room type. The room is very spacious, the bathtub is very new, and the bedding is very comfortable. Welcome fruit plate. The gym facilities are very new and complete. I can't help but pass as soon as I have time. The project is complete. Breakfast is in a high-rise restaurant with a complete variety. Very pleasant and comfortable accommodation experience, the service is also very thoughtful, especially named Huo Ziyi's little sister, very warm and thoughtful, will choose to stay next time.

Bad check in service at front counter lady. Seems more occupied with her task than guest service. I have to call and request for our sofa bed to be open. Given we book and indicated a family of 4, unlike other hotels whom immediately arrange all additional required items such as toothbrushs, slippers, towels, water, etc. Here I have to call to request for each items. The wifi doesn't work. I have to physically bring my laptop to the front desk for assistance.. and even that was not able to connect. Breakfast, average as the food are abit hard - hard noodles, hotdogs, breads.. Only cons is location near to ski and restaurants but so are a few hotels nearby. Free scheduled public bus shuttle to/fro train station, have to walk about 7 mins to the bus stop. As a Hyatt member, this is the worse Hyatt Place hotels I stayed. I believe surrounding hotels will have better guest services and competitive price too.
