The Habsburg Hotel is conveniently located. The front desk staff who checked us in noticed we were sensitive to the cold and thoughtfully provided heated knee pads and hand warmers, which instantly made us feel cozy. The hotel heating was excellent; wearing short sleeves in the room was perfectly fine. The room also had two humidifiers to increase moisture. The hotel isn't far from the Red Brick Morning Market, so we could visit the market and still come back to the hotel to rest. Overall, a great hotel with a comfortable stay.

The hotel's afternoon tea was a highlight; the milk tea was delicious, and the Western-style pastries, yogurt, and desserts were all commendable. The room was a bit small but clean, with a Russian architectural style. The faucet was incredibly high (I'm 168cm, which is quite tall for a southerner, but I still couldn't reach the drying line in the bathroom – surprising for a Russian-style building with not-so-large rooms). The indoor heating definitely made you forget the outdoor cold. Recommended: It's very close to Metro Line 2 (3 stops to Harbin Ice and Snow World, Central Street, and Hongzhuan Morning Market are just a short walk away). There are plenty of BBQ joints and traditional pork stew restaurants nearby. It would be helpful to have two room cards for guests returning late at night. The service felt a bit robotic, understandable given the high foot traffic in the commercial area, which can lead to service fatigue. I'd still recommend this hotel for first-time visitors to Harbin, but the service needs to catch up with the room rates.

I don't know how much I can thank the staff of this hotel for giving me the best treat for my birthday, especially by upgrading my room with a window-view and a bath-tub, thank you so much, because you put me gave me a window-view, I saw snow falling, on the day of my birthday! Everything about the hotel is very commendable for me: location (near Central Street), cleanliness, service, and facilities! Their services are even over the top for giving me snacks for my overnight flight! Thank you so much for the very nice experience on my first visit in Harbin! ^_^

Facilities: The hotel facilities are comprehensive, quite new, and of good quality. The showerhead was a bit fancy; I didn't quite figure it out at first, but then I realized it was actually quite convenient. Hygiene: It was very clean; I didn't find any stains or anything. Environment: Conveniently located. A short walk downstairs brings you to Central Street at the intersection, close to the Flood Control Monument. The intersection is also where the Pegasus lanterns are hung. It's on a street accessible to vehicles, so it's easy to get a taxi right to the entrance. It's also close to Harbin Station, just a quick taxi ride away. Service: The service was very warm and enthusiastic. They offered to help plan itineraries, and the front desk staff had that friendly, chatty Northeastern characteristic. They were very helpful in answering all sorts of questions about morning markets, frozen pears, and more. I even got a room upgrade when my flight arrived late at night, which felt very lucky.

Harbin Ocean Ritz Hotel was such a pleasant surprise! The location is absolutely fantastic, right next to Central Street, just a few minutes' walk to Saint Sophia Cathedral and the riverside. It's incredibly convenient for dining, entertainment, and sightseeing. The room decor was luxurious and grand, with complete facilities and impeccable cleanliness. The comfortable bedding ensured a great night's sleep. The service was warm and attentive, with the front desk responding promptly, and we even received a thoughtful welcome gift upon check-in. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, a delicious blend of Chinese and Western dishes. It offers exceptional value for money and is definitely my top choice for a trip to Harbin. I'll be back again!

Junyi Hotel is exceptional! Greeted by all staffs present during our check-in. Throughout the stay, there were so many incredible moments. Easy contact concierge via WeChat. One day we accidentally left our windows open when we left the room, they WeChat us to check if we wanted the room cooler, and that allowed them to help close the windows or we will be returning to a -20deg room after a long day, so thankful. Used the self-service laundry (Free of charge) at the 7th floor. Forgot to collect my laundry and they actually helped to collect and send to our room and even helped to hang dry some not totally dried laundry. There was a day that my slightly late collection of laundry, when I went to the laundry room, it was already taken out and folded nicely in my laundry bag. We did not opt for breakfast, however the hotel have free coffee/tea machine and light snacks daily from 11am. Our rooms were always well made-up. They even gave lighters, warm sticky patch to me for free when I asked them where I could buy them from. There was a day I chance upon the housekeeping staffs cleaning even the walk way display to the most meticulous detail. Junyi hotel really impressed me even though they were my last hotel throughout my 2weeks trip in China. So grateful! Thank you so much!

This hotel is the top choice if you're visiting the Harbin Ice and Snow World. The location is absolutely perfect; no more enduring the pain of being exhausted after a full day of fun and still having to take a taxi back to the hotel. The hotel itself is really big, with a vintage decor and dim lighting. To be honest, walking around alone in the hotel felt a bit spooky 😨. Another thing is, because the hotel is so huge, and you're utterly drained after a day at Ice and Snow World, the next morning, dragging your tired, aching body across the carpet just to get breakfast feels like an impossible task. Plus, the restaurant is genuinely quite a trek from the guest rooms. It's utterly exhausting! 😩

The room was very clean and the hygiene was excellent. The staff were incredibly thoughtful. The view outside while eating breakfast in the morning was truly beautiful. I came with a friend and genuinely recommend this hotel. It's very comfortable, clean, and the environment is great! 👍👍👍 Thumbs up to the owner. The breakfast was quite good, with a wide variety of options, a buffet breakfast. I highly recommend everyone to come here!

The hotel's location is incredible, right in the center of St. Sophia Cathedral. You can step out and take photos immediately. The staff here are so gentle and soft-spoken, completely unlike the loud voices typical of Northeasterners. Did they not want to startle us? Overall, the experience was excellent, and I'll definitely book this hotel again if I have the chance! Highly recommended to everyone.

Arrived at the hotel with a mix of excitement and apprehension for winter in Harbin. As soon as we stepped out of the car, a handsome bellboy at the entrance, upon learning we were checking in, immediately helped with our luggage and escorted us to the front desk. The young lady at the front desk was warm and efficient with the check-in process, and the manager proactively upgraded our room. During our stay, a friendly host came to introduce the hotel's history and available services, then led us to our room, explaining how to use the facilities. We instantly felt at home. The century-old Russian-style aristocratic elevator is still operational, and the antique gramophone still plays music. The lobby is grand and opulent, with old artworks adorning the walls, truly showcasing the ceremonial charm of an historic hotel. Breakfast was also good, with specialties like pan-fried steak. While having coffee in the room, I accidentally broke a saucer, and the manager promptly assisted with the issue and waived the fee. Upon departure, they even gave us thoughtful little snacks. It was a very pleasant stay. My fondness for Harbin now comes from the warm people we encountered. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.
