Arrived early and saw that there were elderly people with me, so the front desk staff proactively checked me in. They were very welcoming, helped me with my luggage, and gave detailed information about nearby attractions and transportation. The high-floor room offered an unobstructed view of the Songhua River. They even provided a foot bath, which made me feel right at home. The restaurant staff was also very friendly, and the 3D printed yogurt was a unique highlight. It's very convenient for getting around; the hotel is directly opposite the subway station, and just a short walk further is the Songhua River Cableway station. Turning right out of the hotel and walking for five minutes brings you to the Hongzhuan Morning Market, which is bustling with people and influencers. Central Street is also within walking distance. Staying here was an excellent choice.

Five stars, absolutely! **Location:** Situated right on Central Street, it's a pleasant 20-minute walk to the Flood Control Memorial Tower and the Songhua River. The area is brimming with diverse dining options, making it super convenient to find a bite to eat. **Room:** The room was spacious and well-laid out, spotlessly clean, even in the corners. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, with instant hot water, and the view was expansive. **Service:** Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the staff patiently explained the facilities and local tips. Daily service was attentive and responsive, making me feel right at home. **Amenities:** The laundry room was well-equipped and well-maintained. The breakfast offered a rich variety of authentic local dishes. Overall, a perfect experience – I'll definitely be back!

The hotel service was truly exceptional. On my first day, I used a toilet seat cover, and from the next day onwards, disposable toilet seat covers were provided daily. Housekeeping was always prompt, and fresh fruit and mineral water were replenished regularly. The bedding was changed every two days. What was even more incredible was that on my last day, while packing, I noticed that all the black scuff marks from baggage handling on my suitcase had been wiped clean! The location is also superb. A left turn leads to the Hongzhuan Street morning market, and a short walk to the right takes you to Central Street. I never had breakfast at the hotel because there were so many great food options nearby. I'd go out in the morning, come back for a rest at noon, and then head out again in the afternoon, feeling completely refreshed. Wandering around the old streets near the hotel, you can find beautiful small churches and old buildings – absolutely fantastic! If it's your first time visiting, I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

If you're driving, I'd recommend taking the exit at Songbei (unless you want to photograph the start of G1), even though it's further, it avoids most of the city traffic, reducing the chance of getting stuck. The hotel environment is top-notch, and parking isn't an issue. You check in at the South Gate reception, and the North Gate leads directly to the south entrance/exit of the Harbin Ice and Snow World, about a 10-minute walk depending on your pace. It's very close to the Ferris wheel and the big stage, and I believe it's not far from the subway station either. Cleanliness is a given and was excellent. The room facilities are comprehensive. When ordering takeout, be aware of potential delays; in my case, there were no delivery riders available. I'm not sure if this was an isolated incident or a common problem. During the Ice and Snow Festival, room prices double, but for convenience, it's an excellent choice. Harbin Ice and Snow World Adult Ticket - Standard Price: I booked the tickets with my room, and it was significantly cheaper than buying them separately. Important: remember to select your time slot when booking!

The hotel facilities are new, complete, and exceptionally well-maintained. The room is spotless, the bedding is comfortable, and the bathroom has excellent water pressure. The soundproofing is also fantastic. Public areas are spacious and bright, with thoughtful touches throughout. Overall, the value for money is outstanding, making for a comfortable and peaceful stay. It's my top choice for accommodation when traveling, highly recommended!

First off, the location is incredibly convenient! It's right next to Central Street and also close to the Lao Chujia flagship restaurant, yet it's surprisingly quiet despite being in a bustling area. Getting around by taxi is also very easy. The hotel isn't large but the decor is really unique; I took so many photos for my mom. The service is great too. They provide thoughtful fruit and pastries in the room, the staff helped with luggage, and even food deliveries can be brought to your room by a robot. One evening, I had some takeout I didn't want to waste, and the restaurant staff kindly warmed it up for me. Breakfast wasn't perfect but still decent, though the peaches weren't very good and could probably be removed. Just for the location and service, it's definitely worth coming back! Oh, and the row of cat hotels by the entrance is super heartwarming too! 🥰

This time, a friend recommended the Qiantong Hotel in Zhonghua Baroque, and it was a very comfortable stay. They offer a convenient airport pick-up/drop-off service that you can book in advance via WeChat. The driver was very friendly. When we arrived nearby, a staff member came out to meet us, making it easy to find the hotel. They also have a parcel service, so they can even receive deliveries for you beforehand. They offer breakfast too, which I didn't get to try this time but definitely will on my next visit. The hotel's location is great and it's very quiet. All the staff members are incredibly enthusiastic; if they see you with luggage, no matter who it is, they'll come over to help. They even bring up food deliveries to your room. While we were out exploring, staff also came in to clean. We stayed for 4-5 days and felt very secure. Zhonghua Baroque itself is a tourist hotspot, with plenty of good food, shops, and souvenirs nearby. It feels quite expansive, and Daowai Old Town is already a food paradise, so all the nearby eateries are delicious. Plus, it's close to everything, not far at all, making it very convenient for getting around. I'll definitely be recommending this place to my friends next time! ^ui

The location is about 200 metre walk to the Central Street , ZhongYang Street. Very convenient to have foods at around with McDonald, KFC,etc.   The teams are very very services provider offering assistance to us on transport, luggages, etc for our needs.   Breakfast is simple but serves with 3 course meals beside the starters and fruits etc.

This was my first stay at Manxin Hotel, and the location is absolutely fantastic, right next to Saint Sophia Cathedral, making sightseeing incredibly convenient. I spoke with the front desk about changing to a room facing the cathedral, but due to the room type, it wasn't possible. However, the overall service was excellent, and all my requests were promptly addressed. The only drawback was that during the heating season, the room temperature was too high. Even with the heater turned off, it remained stuffy, and staying in it for too long made me feel lightheaded. Fortunately, I discussed this with the front desk, and they provided some ice for the humidifier, which helped alleviate the issue.

This stay far exceeded my expectations, and the service was the highlight! From the moment I checked in until I left, every staff member was smiling, enthusiastic, and attentive. The front desk handled check-in efficiently and thoughtfully, proactively upgrading my room. Room service was incredibly responsive, delivering items within minutes. What really touched me was how readily the front desk helped when I encountered a small issue; they truly made me feel like family.
