Decided to bring my kids to Harbin on a whim, and unexpectedly, the hotel turned out to be the highlight of our trip. Every staff member was incredibly warm and helpful. Whether it was the front desk, the parking attendant, the concierge, or a lovely lady from the dining department, they all proactively offered assistance when they saw me with two kids and elderly parents. The housekeeping staff was also fantastic; when my child spilled water on the bed, they immediately came to help change the sheets. This made our trip, which was otherwise dampened by rain and snow, much less frustrating.

The room was spacious and bright, with comfortable bedding and excellent soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The front desk staff were patient, attentive, and incredibly helpful, making our stay great value for money. The location is superb, right on Central Street, making it easy to get around. The room facilities were complete, and the hygiene was impeccable.

This hotel's service was fantastic! My check-in was scheduled for 2 PM, but they called me at 10 AM to pick up my room card. They let me store my luggage and even had it delivered to my room. They also gave me a free room upgrade to room 206, which had great natural light and a smart toilet. Besides bottled water, they provided a fruit platter, a coffee machine, and capsule coffee. They offered two tickets to the Fairy Tale Museum (worth 40 yuan each), and I could choose outfits from the first floor to take photos in the room or lobby, with no time limit or restrictions on the number of outfits. They also included four travel photoshoots (appointments needed in advance). The hundred-year-old elevator was free to use, and upon departure, they even gave me a small gift bag of chocolates. The location is superb – just two subway stops from Harbin Station and a 10-minute walk. It's right next to Central Street, a 5-minute walk to St. Sophia Church, Red Brick Morning Market, and Zhaolin Park. The Baroque street, Flood Control Monument, and Stalin Park are all less than 2 km away. Taxis can pick you up and drop you off right at the entrance. I'll definitely be back!

If you're driving, I'd recommend taking the exit at Songbei (unless you want to photograph the start of G1), even though it's further, it avoids most of the city traffic, reducing the chance of getting stuck. The hotel environment is top-notch, and parking isn't an issue. You check in at the South Gate reception, and the North Gate leads directly to the south entrance/exit of the Harbin Ice and Snow World, about a 10-minute walk depending on your pace. It's very close to the Ferris wheel and the big stage, and I believe it's not far from the subway station either. Cleanliness is a given and was excellent. The room facilities are comprehensive. When ordering takeout, be aware of potential delays; in my case, there were no delivery riders available. I'm not sure if this was an isolated incident or a common problem. During the Ice and Snow Festival, room prices double, but for convenience, it's an excellent choice. Harbin Ice and Snow World Adult Ticket - Standard Price: I booked the tickets with my room, and it was significantly cheaper than buying them separately. Important: remember to select your time slot when booking!

We stayed at HarbinXi Er Man Hotel (Harbin Central Street Pedestrian Street Store) and had a good experience. The rooms were clean, and the location is excellent, right along Zhongyang Street, making it very convenient for walking around the city. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, which was great. A minor point: we were a bit confused at first because we received a message stating that “Harbin Sherman Hotel has now been fully upgraded to Harbin Central Street Keston Hotel (Sophia Church Branch),” so we weren’t sure if the location had changed. We contacted the staff, requested a recent photo of the hotel front, and confirmed that the Trip.com details were correct before proceeding. The staff were helpful and responsive, which made everything smooth.

Before coming here, I'd seen mixed reviews on Xiaohongshu and felt a bit unsure, but the photos looked so unique. I thought, I've stayed in too many chain hotels, this time I *have* to try something with character. To my surprise, every little corner was exactly like the pictures – absolutely no faking! It's incredibly atmospheric and super photogenic. I arrived early, and since the king room I booked wasn't available, the front desk immediately upgraded me to a different room type, and I was able to check in right away. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, right on Xisandao Street, yet it's surprisingly quiet. Turn right out the door and you're at Central Street in one minute. Turn left and it's a two-minute walk to Zhaolin Park bus station. Zhaolin Park subway station is a five-minute walk if you cut through the park. They even have several small cat shelters outside the entrance, which the doorman said are specifically for stray cats. The cleanliness is on par with a five-star hotel, and the amenities are complete, including a fully automatic toilet, a huge shower, an air purifier, and more. The staff are incredibly enthusiastic and respond immediately to any request. Doormen warmly open the door every time you enter or leave. When we checked out, a staff member proactively helped me load my luggage into the ride-share car's trunk. The whole experience was top-notch; what more can I say? I've already strongly recommended this hotel to friends, and also urged them to visit Harbin. I'll definitely be back in Harbin, and I'll definitely stay at this hotel again. Absolutely fantastic!

My stay at Qian Tong Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The moment I walked in, I was amazed by the unique room design and attention to detail – perfect for photos. The front desk staff were quick and incredibly kind during check-in, and they were super responsive to all my needs throughout my stay, providing truly thoughtful service. Breakfast was another pleasant surprise, with both Chinese and Western options, and the coffee was delicious. The hotel's location is unbeatable, right next to a bustling commercial area and tourist attractions, making getting around incredibly convenient. The overall atmosphere was warm yet stylish, completely exceeding my expectations. I've already added it to my 'must-stay' list and will definitely choose it again next time I visit! I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who appreciates uniqueness and quality.

The staff is wonderful and they took care of us. We checked in at 2 o’clock in the morning and there were still waiting eagerly waiting to take care of us and we got in the room we had to sleep. The breakfast was great. They were able to translate and the breakfast is laid out nicely. We were given different options for the breakfast as well so we chose the buffet breakfast and it’s wonderful. I would recommend anyone to come here and stay and it is a fantastic place to stay at staff is friendly kind and the place is comfortable.

Hotel location and facilities : excellent I praised one of the male staff who greeted me and arranged my check in on Jan 1st in the evening, he also helped me to bring our laundry to our room, very polite and helpful person . We also get 2 bags of welcome gifts I defiinetely will stay there again if I ever visited Harbin in the future

The service at Junyi Hotel is a standout feature. The biggest surprise was the à la carte breakfast, offering both Chinese and Western options like steak, millet porridge, pangasius fish, and vermicelli soup – and it all tasted pretty good. Every evening, they delivered pastries and milk or fruit to the room, and upon checkout, there was a small souvenir. This really made a positive impression on my child. The room decor and color scheme were quite cozy. One thing that could be improved, though, is the mattress. It was a bit uncomfortable – too thick and hot. It's probably time to replace it. Also, the room temperature couldn't be maintained at a steady 26 degrees Celsius; it stayed at 28 degrees, which was too hot to sleep at night. I ended up having to open the window a bit to finally fall asleep.
