This is a designer hotel, definitely from the master's pen. I don't know if the Achilles and Achilles are a design team. The hotel is good everywhere. This service is difficult to say. Maybe the northerners have a strong personality. Such a luxurious hotel has no service. It's a pity for this store. The design is so good, the room is big enough, the park is very exquisite, and the porridge at night is also very good. It can be said that the boss is very attentive and the team is very pulling. Following in the footsteps of a popular online influencer, I visited Dandong to see the Memorial Hall of the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea, and also explored Andong Old Street for some delicious snacks – it was so lively! In the evening, I checked into what I heard was the best hotel in Dandong. The service was incredibly thoughtful; Miss Jackie at the front desk even helped me get a thermometer and lent me her personal charger. Truly outstanding! P.S. The room was huge and very clean.

Hilton Garden Inn and DoubleTree Hotel are in the same building. The hotel facilities are very good. It is worth mentioning that the service staff are of high quality. They helped us upgrade the room type for free, and the room was a little bigger. Dinner was eaten in the restaurant on the second floor. The ingredients were very fresh, the dishes were served quickly, the portions were large, and the price was reasonable. Breakfast was also a buffet on the second floor and it was also very rich. Facilities: Robots deliver takeout, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, there is a small refrigerator, and it is very clean overall.

I have to give a huge shout-out to Alisa, the Guest Relations Manager at Hilton Shenyang Shimao! During my recent stay, I wasn't feeling well and had limited mobility, so I reached out to her just to see if she could help. Alisa was incredibly patient, gentle, and attentive throughout. Without a moment's hesitation, she proactively offered to pick up my takeout from the hotel entrance and even delivered it right to my room. Her attention to detail was exceptional! She not only solved my immediate problem but also made me feel incredibly welcome and cared for. Her professionalism and genuine care were truly touching, and I feel so lucky to have experienced such amazing service during the Chinese New Year of the Horse. Next time I'm in Shenyang, I'll definitely choose Hilton Shimao again, and I'll be looking for Alisa!

1. The front desk upgraded my room for free. 2. The environment and hygiene were both good; I was quite satisfied. 3. The bathtub was big enough and filled up quickly, which was great for a relaxing soak after a day of hiking. 4. In the hot summer, the mini-fridge should really come with some cold drinks; just mineral water isn't thoughtful enough. 5. The faucet in the room was loose. 6. The air conditioning was a bit noisy, affecting my sleep. 7. The toiletries were of poor quality. Overall, it was still pretty good. The service was a bit stiff, and some of the facilities and amenities should be upgraded, otherwise, they don't quite match the hotel's caliber.

Facilities: The hotel's facilities are quite old, and the rooms aren't very spacious, but overall, they are well-maintained, especially considering it's a nearly 30-year-old hotel. Cleanliness: Initially, I found some minor cleanliness issues in the room. I contacted Manager Ning from the front desk, and she promptly arranged a room change and offered appropriate compensation. Overall, I was very satisfied with my two-day stay. Service: Throughout my stay, Manager Ning was always very friendly and greeted me warmly, whether in the lounge, lobby, or elevator. In short, she provided a very welcoming experience for guests. I would definitely come back again! Dining: The breakfast was very rich and varied, and there was also an à la carte menu available in the lounge. This menu featured many local specialties, such as kidney bean and clam noodles, oyster omelets, sea cucumber noodles, and so on. The overall quality of the food, whether for breakfast or happy hour, was very high.

The hotel is located a few hundred meters from Zhongshan Square, about a 10-minute walk, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. During Golden Week, it was hard to get a taxi, often waiting over half an hour, but the subway is also within a 10-minute walk. The pool is advertised as the largest in Dalian, but in reality, half of it is very shallow and only suitable for young children to play in, not for actual swimming. So, effectively, only half of the pool is usable. The extra-large 2.4-meter bed turned out to be two 1.2-meter beds pushed together (as shown in image 4). The room window can be opened, and through the French windows, you can glimpse the sea in the distance between the buildings of the Shangri-La across the street. The room also came with complimentary premium bottled water and local Dalian snacks. The breakfast was quite rich.

We stayed with our child, and the location was convenient. The service was excellent, truly reflecting 5-star hotel standards: they contacted us before check-in, inquired about our needs, prepared the room in advance, and arranged children's amenities. The room was spotlessly clean. It's truly rare to find a hotel that maintains genuine 5-star cleaning standards, especially when many other star-rated hotels are cutting corners to save on housekeeping costs. The bedding quality was excellent, with all pillows being down — no synthetic or memory foam options in sight. A swimming pool was available. The only drawback was noise from the elevator shafts. With six elevators operating simultaneously, the noise was significant on higher floors, disrupting sleep. We even had to change rooms in the middle of the night, but we could still hear the sound. This hotel is not suitable for light sleepers. It was apparent that the staff were very accustomed to handling noise complaints, suggesting they are quite frequent. Additionally, breakfast was expensive and not included in the room rate, which was a minor drawback.

Lovely experience. The staff were helpful, I arrived early and they managed to give me a room. The breakfast spread is amazing! It’s right in front of the subway station and I could walk to the theatre opposite, which worked out really well as I was there to attend a concert. There was even a little rooftop garden at the restaurant level. Didn’t have time to use the amazing fitness facilities. Would love to stay again.
