A perfect stay! Choosing this elegant hotel was absolutely the best decision for my trip to Xi'an. The location is truly unbeatable – just a 3-minute walk to Yongning Gate to climb the city wall, and a 10-minute walk straight to the Bell Tower. The subway entrance is right outside the door, making it super convenient for getting around and exploring without any detours. At night, I could even enjoy the illuminated Yongning Gate city wall from the hotel – the vibrant lights created an incredible atmosphere. The room itself had a modern and elegant design that blended perfectly with the ancient city's charm. It was spacious and well-lit, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, ensuring a truly restorative night's sleep. The bathroom had excellent wet and dry separation, and the toiletries had a subtle, pleasant fragrance that was very comfortable to use. The facilities were comprehensive, and the hygiene was impeccable. I highly recommend this hotel!

Xi'an Hesu Hotel is absolutely divine! A hidden gem with incredible attention to detail for an amazing stay. The location is truly superb, just a 10-minute walk to the Bell and Drum Towers, and super close to Muslim Street and Yongning Gate City Wall. You won't have to go out of your way at all to visit attractions or enjoy delicious food. Downstairs, there are lively snack stalls everywhere, making getting around incredibly convenient. But I especially want to rave about the room experience! The King Koil mattress paired with a zero-pressure pillow was just the right firmness. And the service? Absolutely impeccable! After booking, I received a call from the staff who proactively helped me reserve a parking spot. Upon arrival, everyone greeted me with a warm smile throughout my stay. The front desk staff, both the guys and girls, were incredibly patient and helpful~

The hotel is very good, the ceiling is very high, I haven't had a good sleep for a long time, it's very quiet, the scenery outside is super good, the hotel is a big building, and the swimming pool is also very good! Everything is good, but it is recommended that the hotel can write a small description of the hotel facilities and restaurants and various services in a more obvious place in the room, such as the breakfast time, the swimming pool location opening hours, so that we don't have to call the front desk all the time.

During my stay at Crowne Plaza, I found the accommodation very satisfactory. The room was a good size, featuring a comfortable, super large bed, mini fridge, kettle but no milk, this had to be requested. Also, the slow drainage in the shower was messy and inconvenient. Overall the room was very nice. The hotel’s lobby was spacious and attractively designed, setting a welcoming tone upon arrival. The lounge and the 40th-floor bar were definite highlights, offering a cool and inviting ambiance. The breakfast provided met standard expectations and was enjoyable. I’d like to extend a special acknowledgment to Tony, whose help during check-in and arranging breakfast in my room when I wasn’t feeling well was exceptional, demonstrating outstanding service. Crowne Plaza’s prime location adjacent to a mall and the bridge offered numerous options for leisurely walks and sightseeing, adding to the overall convenience. Although I didn’t personally utilize the gym or pool, they appeared to be well-maintained. Best hotel in the city for sure.

Service: Upon arrival, the staff were very welcoming and proactively upgraded our room. Seeing that we had a child, they even gave us a small snack. Facilities: The room was very spacious and was a children's room. All the room's facilities were relatively new, and the TV was large. The curtains were also smart. Hygiene: Very clean. Every day after we went out, someone tidied up the room. Location: Inside the ancient city. It's very close to the Bell Tower and Kaiyuan Mall. Taking a taxi to Shaanxi History Museum, Big Wild Goose Pagoda, the Ancient City Wall, etc., isn't far at all.

Stepping into the Xi'an Huaqing Yutang Hotel felt like being instantly transported back to the glorious Tang Dynasty. The hotel is built into the hillside, seamlessly blending with the Huaqing Palace ruins. Its black bricks, grey tiles, and upturned eaves everywhere exude a rich Tang-dynasty charm. Upon check-in, staff dressed in traditional Tang attire offered warm welcoming tea, and their meticulous service made us feel truly valued. The guest rooms perfectly combine Tang culture with modern comfort. The antique-style furniture is elegant and exquisite, and the bedding is soft and skin-friendly. The most delightful surprise, however, was the private natural hot spring bath right in the room. Sourced from the ancient springs at the foot of Mount Li, the water is smooth and rich in various minerals. Enjoying this luxury in a private setting instantly washed away all travel fatigue. At night, gazing at the starry sky from the balcony and listening to the wind in the mountains, it felt as though I could hear echoes of history. The hotel's exclusive 'Jinghong Travel Photography' service was undoubtedly the highlight of this stay. From hair and makeup to clothing, a professional team meticulously created full Tang-style looks for us. The makeup artist's techniques were delicate, and both the hair accessories and makeup aimed to authentically recreate the splendor of the Tang Dynasty. Donning the gorgeous Tang-era Hanfu, we instantly transformed into characters from a painting. Our photographer was not only highly skilled but also deeply knowledgeable about the history and culture of Huaqing Palace. He guided us through pavilions, terraces, and hot spring pools, choosing the best lighting and angles to perfectly blend the beauty of Mount Li with our poses. Whether it was the languid charm of a concubine bathing or the classic elegance of gazing into the distance from a railing, each photo was like a beautiful ancient-style scroll, immortalizing our Tang Dynasty memories. The entire photoshoot was relaxed and enjoyable, and the results far exceeded our expectations. Summary: A dual feast for body, mind, and culture. The Xi'an Huaqing Yutang Hotel is not just a place to stay; it's an immersive cultural experience. It nourishes the body and mind with ancient hot springs, infuses the soul with the splendor of the Tang Dynasty, and then uses the 'Jinghong Travel Photography' to eternally capture these unique memories. Whether you're a history enthusiast, a hot spring lover, or a traveler seeking a unique experience, this is an unmissable and perfect choice for your Xi'an trip. I highly recommend it to anyone who yearns for the elegance of the Tang Dynasty!

Our stay this time exceeded all expectations! First and foremost, a huge thank you to the Guest Relations Officer, Oliver! Check-in was super efficient and thoughtful. He patiently introduced us to nearby attractions and local delicacies, maintaining a warm and attentive attitude throughout. The room was wonderfully warm, very clean, and well-equipped. Our beds were made daily, and used items like shower caps and disposable slippers were replenished. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety too. Plus, they have robots that deliver food, which is incredibly convenient! We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we're in Xi'an! The location is also excellent, making our few days in Xi'an very comfortable. Regarding the complimentary items: two freshly ground coffees and desserts at the lobby bar (for the first day), and two cocktails (for the first day): We returned to the hotel quite late on the first day and were worried we wouldn't have time to use them, but Oliver kindly helped us by packing them up. We're very grateful for his assistance!

This is my third visit to Mount Hua, and I once again decisively chose the Shaanxi Geo-building Nanshan Huashan Hot Spring Hotel. The experience was even better than before! It's a direct 1.5-hour drive from Xi'an, and the hotel is surrounded by lush greenery, with air so fresh it's incredibly relaxing. The hot spring room I booked was a wonderful surprise – the private hot spring courtyard was secluded and quiet. Soaking in the hot spring while gazing at the distant mountains made my fatigue vanish instantly. The room facilities were complete, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the toiletries had a subtle, pleasant fragrance, showing quality in every detail. The staff were particularly enthusiastic; they actively helped us with our luggage and even recommended a less-traveled hiking route for Mount Hua, helping us avoid the crowds. For dinner, we ate Shaanxi cuisine at the hotel restaurant. The Gourd Chicken was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the Mount Hua wild vegetables were refreshing and delicious. The value for money was excellent. The hotel's location is convenient, and there are also local orchards nearby where you can pick fruit, making it perfect for a leisurely vacation. I've already recommended it to my friends, and it will definitely be my go-to place whenever I visit Mount Hua in the future!

This is an excellent hotel. The location is good, but since the city is large, you still need to travel by taxi. The main attractions in the city are close to the hotel. We booked a standard room, but received an upgraded option – a two-room suite on the 5th floor, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was very clean and well-equipped. The room had a comfortable bed and high-quality bedding. A major drawback was the terrible view from the window. The view was of a dilapidated inner courtyard and a neighboring building, so it was impossible to open the curtains. The service was excellent. Despite the staff having some difficulties with English, it didn't hinder communication. The breakfast was excellent, everything was delicious and varied – mainly Chinese cuisine, but also European options. We were very satisfied with our choice of hotel.

The room was quite spacious, but the sliding door separating the bathroom from the main room felt a bit unusual. The lighting in the room was also a bit dim. On the positive side, it's incredibly close to Longshouyuan Station on Metro Line 2, just about 10 meters from Exit B. This makes getting around super convenient for sightseeing, as most attractions are accessible by metro. Taking a taxi to the snack street usually costs around 10+ RMB, to the Terracotta Warriors it's about 60+ RMB, and to Datang Everbright City, it's around 30 RMB. There's also a steak restaurant on the second floor of the hotel.

GGuest UserFantastic! This hotel is bright, grand, and impeccably clean with a charming retro vibe. The space is great, very aesthetically pleasing, and perfect for some amazing photos. The service is excellent, not overly intrusive, creating a very comfortable experience. The room is spacious and clean, equipped with a Bluetooth speaker, and the heating works wonderfully. The soundproofing is also excellent, ensuring a very comfortable sleep. It’s located in a bustling area but remains a quiet haven. Definitely my top choice for a trip to Xi'an. Loved it! 🌹

MMangguo1119Three families, including mine, stayed for four nights. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with Metro Line 2 right at the entrance. We could easily walk to the Muslim Quarter, Bell Tower, and Drum Tower. The service exceeded our expectations; they proactively added us on WeChat before check-in and communicated with us daily, even upgrading all three of our rooms for free. I have to specifically mention the hotel's breakfast—it was excellent, especially the various noodle dishes! Their homemade 'zenggao' (steamed glutinous rice cake) also received unanimous praise from all of us! Overall, it was a stay with great value for money!

GGuest UserFacilities: Well-equipped, with high-quality bedding and amenities. Cleanliness: Spotless. Environment: Directly opposite the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' square, just a crosswalk away. The B&B is on the top floor of a building that also houses a BBQ restaurant, Haidilao Hot Pot, and a mall. Downstairs, there are also food stalls. For parking, just follow the Haidilao signs; guests share an elevator with Haidilao and even get a discount there. From the top floor, you can see the lights of 'The Song of Everlasting Sorrow' performance in the distance. Service: The owner runs the B&B personally, so any requests can be communicated face-to-face. This place is like a five-star hotel disguised as a B&B – it has the high standards of a hotel combined with the laid-back charm of a guesthouse. When we arrived, an adorable, welcoming cat happily weaved between our legs and even sneaked into our room, begging for pets, which our child absolutely loved. After watching 'The Song of Everlasting Sorrow,' the owner bought a watermelon and brought us a slice, which was wonderfully refreshing. Knowing we wanted to visit the Terracotta Warriors the next day, the owner also recommended a tour guide. Owner, please convey our gratitude to Guide Ren again on behalf of our family.

GGuest UserThis stay was a wonderful surprise, definitely five stars! The front desk staff were enthusiastic and efficient during check-in. The room itself was cozy and spotless, with every detail making us feel incredibly comfortable. It was spacious and bright, and the bedding was soft and comfy, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel's location is also very convenient, with plenty of dining options nearby, as well as easy access to transportation and shopping. During check-out, the staff thoughtfully asked about our stay, making us feel right at home. This pleasant experience truly enhanced our trip. Next time we visit this city, Atour will definitely be our top choice! Highly recommend it to everyone! It's a chain brand, and I even found one in my city, highly recommended! Especially the breakfast, it was excellent with local specialties like Roujiamo and Liangpi. The facilities are all well-maintained and new.

BBeatingUpwindThis is a difficult review to write. There’s a lot I like about Joke Inn - it’s in a cool location, the room was nice, and the staff are friendly. And I should mention - I don’t have experience with the inner, courtyard facing rooms - this is just about street-facing rooms…. I saw the reviews talking about noise and figured it was just normal street noise - which as a New Yorker I’m fine with. But what we experienced was FAR beyond regular street noise. We had a room facing the street (and the Xi’an city wall) and the issue is that there are two live music venues on the ground floor that compete by blasting the music - which bounces off the city wall into the room. The music goes until 2am every night (not just weekends). The earplugs they give you don’t even begin to be enough. After getting just 4 hours of sleep the first night I managed the next 3 nights by taking a sleeping pill and wearing huge uncomfortable noise canceling headphones. That should never be necessary in a hotel. So the bottom line in my opinion is the owners need to figure out if they’re in the entertainment business or the hotel business because the two don’t mix - at least not for the street-facing rooms.

You’ll get slippers and locker to leave your shoes. I’ve stayed in shared 4 bedroom, pod was huge, I’m 6,2 and I could sit up without hitting my head. You get locker in the room but you can’t store large items , only underseat size bag or small backpack. WiFi is descent, toilets and showers clean, as entire hostel in general, laundry and dryer available , nice communal space. I would definitely stay here again .

BBridgetteT. Man Xin Changanli Hotel Xi'an Bell tower was a gorgeous and modern hotel. The room was beautifully designed in warm colors and there was plenty of seating area--including a cute little tatami sitting area. The windows were floor-to-ceiling, with automatic curtains that move with a slight tug. The staff were very friendly. The view outside the window is an interesting picture of the city wall, but it wasn't very pretty--just the brick wall and little bit of the events on the top. The beds were too firm for me, but I'm used to softer beds. My friend said it was fine for her though. Despite how beautiful the room is, I would not stay there again. The temperature in the room would not go below 29c, even with the air conditioner turned on. When asked if they could come fix the A/C, the staff said this room was more ”natural” and people don't really use it, so there wasn't anything they could do. We had to open the windows to keep cool. Additionally, the air conditioner was so loud that when I first heard it, I thought someone was rolling a cart down the cobblestones outside the hotel window. It was almost as loud as the construction happening directly outside our window. Speaking of the construction, it didn't start until 7 or 8 pm at night and went through until 3-4am. Couldn’t close the window without turning the room into a hotbox, so it was extremely noisy between the sounds of the machinery and the workers shouting over it. I'm a light sleeper, so it was nearly impossible to sleep. Between the heat, the noise from the air conditioner, and the noise from the construction, I got almost no sleep during my three day stay. So it's a lovely hotel, but it's too noisy and uncomfortable.
