The service here has always been excellent, and my extended stay has left me with warm and lasting memories. Bailey went above and beyond, preparing a handwritten welcome card (with a beautiful butterfly!) and steam eye masks, along with an abundant fruit platter – it was a truly amazing and warm welcome from the start. When I switched rooms the next day, more fruit was discreetly added, a testament to their continuous care. Housekeeping would neatly fold my clothes and place them on the sofa, wash my used coffee cups, and even organize the cosmetics and my Switch console on the dressing table. I had several long stays last year, and each visit brought new surprises; the service level is undoubtedly improving. The breakfast offers a wide variety of high-quality dishes, especially the pastries, and I always enjoy the meat options. The hotel's dinner buffet is reasonably priced and enjoyable. In the afternoons, evenings, and during the 'blue hour' in my room, I'd peacefully watch the clouds drift by outside my window, a patchwork of light. Towards the end of my stay, I even began to look forward to that transition from daylight to dusk – as the view outside changed, my mind quieted down. You truly see the passage of time here.

The lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful; she registered my license plate over the phone before I even arrived. The room was very clean, and the view outside our window was directly of Baotu Spring's White Dragon Spring – truly like sleeping by the water's edge. It's also really close to major attractions like Quancheng Square, Furong Street, and Daming Lake. Plus, the room even had purified spring water! The Majia Spring Water Buns across from the hotel are delicious. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit.

This hotel is right next to Quancheng Square, and the scenic view room offers expansive views, allowing you to watch the musical fountain from your room at night. The room facilities are clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and all the complimentary welcome fruits were delicious, showing the hotel's thoughtful service. I didn't get a chance to use the gym or indoor pool due to time constraints, but I imagine they would be excellent too. I especially recommend staying here if you're doing business at Xiangheng Square; the two buildings are connected, so you can go back and forth without stepping outside, which is super convenient. It's also within walking distance of key attractions like Baotu Spring, Black Tiger Spring, Daming Lake, and Wulongtan, and it's easy to get to Kuanhouli and Furong Street for food and shopping. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Jinan.

The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to the Confucius Temple and Mansion. The ambiance is wonderful, with ancient-style Chinese architecture throughout. Both the rooms and public areas are very well-designed. The courtyard room has a large private courtyard, perfect for relaxing. The hotel service is outstanding. They contacted us a day in advance and even prepared children's toiletries and a step stool. Any issues we had were immediately addressed. On our last day, they even allowed us a late check-out because our child was asleep – so thoughtful! We ordered a few signature dishes at the hotel's Chinese restaurant, and the taste was great. Although it's a bit pricey, there's really nothing else to fault. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

We brought our child to Rizhao for a vacation this time, and choosing the Sheraton Rizhao was absolutely the right decision! The hotel is right next to Wanpingkou, just a few minutes' walk to the beach to catch the sunrise. The lobby is grand and impressive, and our sea-view room was spacious and bright. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows and viewing balcony allowed us to overlook the entire bay from the comfort of our bed. The room was spotless, the mattress was soft and comfortable, and the large bathtub with a sea view created a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. The heated swimming pool had clean water, and the KAI Kids' Club was well-equipped, keeping our child happily entertained. The breakfast offered a rich variety, including local Rizhao specialties. The staff were consistently warm and attentive, proactively providing us with a tide chart and offering detailed travel guidance. With its comprehensive leisure facilities, it's a one-stop shop for dining, accommodation, and entertainment. We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit to Rizhao!

I really loved the vibe of this hotel. The staff were professional yet warm and friendly. I accidentally left something behind when checking out, and the front desk proactively called me and even helped mail it back. That was incredibly touching! Given this level of service, this will be my top choice for future business trips.

I stayed for three consecutive nights, and the environment was excellent, the service was great, and the food was delicious. It was especially easy and stress-free for those traveling with children during the holidays. This hotel truly surprised me! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I could feel its high quality and professional service. The room was spacious and bright, the bed was super comfortable, and all the amenities were well-equipped. The staff were warm and polite, always meeting my needs promptly. The stay experience here was absolutely superb, I highly, highly recommend it! I must give this hotel a big thumbs up! The hotel has an elegant environment and exquisite decor. The rooms are clean and tidy, with attention to detail evident everywhere. The dining was also very delicious and varied. The service was impeccable, making me feel a warm, home-like sensation. The rooms were clean and hygienic, and the front desk staff provided thoughtful and meticulous service. The location is also very convenient, with two large shopping malls nearby, making it a great place to visit. I will choose to stay here again next time.

Seeing it was ranked No.1 on the platform for luxury hotels in Weifang, I didn't hesitate to choose this hotel for my first visit to the city. My two-night stay was an excellent experience. The value for money is outstanding. The hotel boasts a prime location right in the city center and is close to Weifang Station. With Wanda Plaza next door, dining, entertainment, and shopping are incredibly convenient. I was pleasantly surprised and touched to receive a free upgrade to a suite upon check-in! Thank you! The suite was very spacious with a well-thought-out layout, and the facilities were complete, high-quality, and luxurious. The room had floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides, making it bright, airy, beautiful, and comfortable. It featured a living room, a vanity, two TVs, two bathrooms, and a walk-in closet. The double-faucet vanity, a standard in five-star hotels, was fantastic. The bathtub was large and pristine. The hotel service was excellent, and we received complimentary welcome fruit. The front desk and housekeeping staff were polite, friendly, attentive, and diligent – highly commendable! Breakfast offered a rich variety, with delicious Chinese and Western dishes. The coffee was excellent and offered for takeaway, which is a nice touch! The Pinzhen Chinese Restaurant on the second floor had exquisite dishes that tasted great. The Executive Lounge on the first floor provided a quiet and comfortable environment for happy hour light dinners, with a good selection of hot and cold dishes, main courses, snacks, beverages, desserts, and fruits. The male and female staff were very polite, well-mannered, and professional. My stay completely exceeded expectations. I highly recommend the Pullman Weifang to anyone visiting Weifang.

I stumbled upon this hotel with a floor-to-ceiling sea-view window room online and immediately fell in love with it. So, I took advantage of the three-day Qingming Festival holiday to visit Weihai. I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, and the actual experience was fantastic!
From the hotel's **exterior**, it felt like an older four-star, but once I entered the lobby, the overall impression was very neat, clean, and bright. You could tell that the hotel put effort into maintaining its facilities. The staff were also very enthusiastic, even calling a day in advance to confirm my itinerary and preferences. The **service** was excellent.
Since I arrived quite late on the first night, after 10:00 PM in Weihai, I booked a **standard king room** for the first night. It offered a street view, not the sea. The room was quiet and very clean, perfect for a good night's rest.
On the second day, around 9:00 AM, we moved to the sea-view room I had been looking forward to. I booked the **Deluxe Sea View Terrace King Room**. The room was still very clean and quiet. The interior decoration was on par with a five-star hotel (though the walls were a bit patchy and could use a repaint). Upon entering, there was a bathtub, and then the super large floor-to-ceiling window and terrace came into view. In front of the window, there was a soft sofa, which was incredibly comfortable and relaxing for drinking tea or coffee – it just made me so happy. The view from the terrace was also stunning; the sea was very clear on sunny days. In the evening, you could watch the sunset from the room. What could be more romantic than that?
The **breakfast** restaurant was a sea-view restaurant with a huge floor-to-ceiling window. Outside, there was a trestle bridge, the sea, and seagulls – the scenery was absolutely breathtaking. The breakfast selection wasn't super extensive, but it covered most Chinese breakfast essentials, and the taste was good. For a four-star hotel, it was really impressive.
The **location** is in Huancui District, not far from attractions like Torch 8th Street. There are also many good restaurants nearby. Downstairs are Jinshatan Beach and the Jinhaiwan Trestle Bridge, where many seagulls hover.
The hotel has an elevator that goes directly to the beach, and guests are given an exclusive wristband. For families with children who want to play in the water during summer, it's very convenient – you can go straight back to your room via the elevator to wash up after playing.
Overall, the accommodation experience was excellent! Full marks, highly recommended!

GGuest UserOn my recent trip to Qingdao, I stayed at this hotel. I arrived during peak check-in time and expected a long wait, but Aris greeted me with a warm smile throughout and efficiently processed everything in just a few minutes. She proactively and thoroughly informed me about breakfast hours, pool and gym opening times, and even thoughtfully recommended a scenic seaside walking route downstairs. She patiently answered all my questions regarding parking and local attractions.
Her communication was gentle and well-mannered, and her professionalism was outstanding. There wasn't a hint of perfunctory service; every detail reflected the high standard of Marriott's premium service. The hotel room offered expansive views and was spotlessly clean, and the Heavenly Bed was incredibly comfortable. However, what truly impressed me most was Aris's thoughtful and attentive service, which made me feel incredibly welcome and comfortable away from home.
I will definitely choose The Westin again on my next visit to Qingdao, and I specifically wanted to leave this review to commend the excellent staff member, Aris. She is truly trustworthy and highly recommended!

JJuujuuHuThis is what the meaning of you get what you pay for. As little as the price can be, cannot have such high expectations on reason why you want the greatest of the great.
After reading reviews, many said location was convenient, assuming it would be on the main road but not, i didn't meant as in I felt unsafe, just wasn't what I was expecting (not a big deal). It's inside a building with other hotels. Waiting for the elevator was a nightmare, there was only 1 that goes up and then down, felt like 5min passed, but that's just an exaggeration. If you're in a hurry, make sure to set some time for the elevator run.
I came a bit early, and they accepted my early check in, which was lovely. The employees are very friendly, even giving tours to each new customers checking in. It's a small hostel, place was cleaned often, security was good. It's a bit funny to see the gym room right in the open of the entrance after check in. They had a shoe cabinet, so indoor was slipper only, I like that idea so the room doesn't smell like feet.
Bed was nice, love the shelving unit that can fit lots of stuff too. The lockers are nice, each installed with a rack, convenient to store lots of hangers, space is really big too, enough to fit a backpack in.
The issue I didn't like were the bathroom. I was very amazed yet confused on where do I store my clothes in the shower room, the only privacy being in tact was a curtain, it remains me of those Japanese onsen. Had to makeshift a space for my clothes and towel to be in the shower cubicle. Toilets reminds me of public toilets yet much cleaner and smells better. The sink to brush your teeth is very limited.
Being 4/5 for everything, meant that it wasn't an issue.
Everything was clean, service was great, you have everything you need, doesn't have to be top-tier. It was an experience for me and very budget friendly hotel.
GGuest UserMy stay at the Qingdao Guoxin Haitian Grand Hotel truly exceeded my expectations, so I absolutely have to give it a five-star review! 💟💟💟💟💟
The hotel's location is superb, right in the heart of Shinan District, adjacent to the Third Bathing Beach. You can step right out onto the seaside boardwalk – strolling and enjoying the ocean views was incredibly pleasant. The room views were unbeatable; the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered direct sea views, allowing me to watch the sunrise, sunset, and Fushan Bay light show right from my bed.
I must particularly praise the service! From check-in to check-out, every staff member was warm, attentive, and meticulous. The genuine butler-style service made me feel truly at home. A special thank you to Lora ☀️ for her thoughtful arrangements and continuous follow-up throughout my stay. She was super nice and made this Qingdao trip even more perfect~
The hotel facilities are also excellent, with a 25-meter panoramic sea-view indoor heated swimming pool and a well-equipped gym. Breakfast at the 1988 All-Day Dining restaurant offered a wide variety of choices, and the sea view was absolutely stunning.

GGuest UserThe hotel is extremely luxurious and designed beautifully. But the service is TERRİBLE. No one speaks english… there is no food available for room service. İ wanted to drink a beer and they told me to go to the supermarket.
İ wanted to order room service after 20.30 they told me no english and hung up on my face. After 10 mins 2 people came to my room telling me they dont have room service, after 20.30 even though the menu said 24 hours.
The next day i tried to order at 16.00 and they told me it starts at 18.30…
the design and the quality of the hotel is maybe the best ive seen in my life but the service is 0/10 … no cola to drink no food to eat .. i would not reccomend if you want to spend a lot of time in it.
GGuest UserTo truly experience the tipsy romance of the seaside at Qingdao Beer Time Coast, you simply have to stay in one of their unique beer-themed suites.
The entire suite is a hidden gem for beer lovers, with a living room bar and two fresh beer taps next to the scenic bathtub, providing continuous pours of frothy, malty beer that mingle with the sea breeze. You don't need to head to a pub; you can enjoy freshly brewed beer right in your room. The panoramic floor-toceiling windows frame the entire Golden Sand Beach seascape. Imagine soaking in a bathtub filled with hoppy aromas, a fresh brew in hand, as the sunset paints the sea, completely shutting out the city's hustle and bustle. The beach is just a few steps away, perfect for capturing stunning sunset photos.
The staff are gentle and patient with foreign guests, and you receive complimentary fresh beer upon check-in – the service is thoughtful and attentive. This room type is perfectly designed for those who appreciate romance and love beer. It's a secluded vacation haven for couples. Next time I visit Qingdao, I'll definitely return to this room filled with the scent of beer and the sea.

GGuest UserThe hotel has a quiet and elegant environment, and it's very clean. Our room faced the sea, and we fell asleep peacefully listening to the sound of the waves. The front desk staff was incredibly warm and attentive; they even added an extra mattress on the floor for our child and gave us an extra breakfast. They also promptly contacted us when we left something behind at checkout. The hotel's quality is definitely worth the price.
GGuest UserCame to Qingdao on the 13th and stayed at the Hyatt Regency Shandong Port. Andy, the handsome front desk staff, was warm and thoughtful. He met our booking needs and even gave the kids beach toys. When we got to the room, feeling parched, he promptly brought us welcome fruits. The housekeeping staff left a sweet little note, and the full pitcher of water made us feel so cozy. After a short rest, we went down to the beach, and the dinner we had when we came back was also very good. All in all, we'll definitely come back to the Hyatt Regency Shandong Port next time we're in Qingdao!
