Dongying Wanda Realm hotel is very comfortable and the best I have stayed in Dongying. Spacious, quality rooms, very clean with excellent facilities, particularly the pool and gym, and with very attentive, pleasant and helpful staff, especially Andrew who has provided excellent assistance over my many stays. The breakfast at Hilton Garden Inn Liaocheng was incredibly rich and diverse, offering a wide array of both Chinese and Western options. They even had braised beef noodles and various types of omelets, not to mention a fantastic selection of stir-fried dishes. The room was exceptionally clean, and the staff were all very attentive. Plus, bathrobes were provided in the room. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay.

Overall, it was okay. However, there were two things I wasn't too happy about. First, on the day of check-in, I arrived at the hotel at 2:40 PM. The front desk told me that a room had just become available and they would clean it immediately. They said they would call me once it was ready and suggested I go to the lounge for afternoon tea in the meantime. I waited until 3:00 PM, and no one called me. I called the front desk again, and they said the room was still being cleaned and asked me to continue waiting. I said, ”No, the check-in time is listed as 3:00 PM. Why isn't the room ready?” The front desk asked me to wait a moment, waited about twenty seconds, and then said the room was ready for check-in. I was like, ”Huh??” In the end, I did manage to check in smoothly. Second, the soundproofing in the room was very poor. I could hear people talking in the hallway and the opening and closing of doors in the next room very clearly.

Version 1: Heartwarming Family Trip (for Moments) Embarked on a ceremonial family trip with my parents and child, and the experience was a perfect 100%! The hotel's architecture, gardens, and layout are full of thoughtful details, with every step revealing an elegant oriental charm. What surprised us most were the parent-child activities – inspired by Confucius's Six Arts, we made tofu, used an abacus, learned tea art, played 'Touhu' (pitch-pot) and archery, along with a solemn 'Kaibali' (commencement ceremony) and fun plant exploration. Since there were fewer people during the week, we had an exclusive experience just for our group. The teachers were professional and patient, meticulously preparing everything from costumes and background music to teaching aids, allowing the children to understand traditional culture through play. It's especially suitable for preschoolers to have an immersive experience. The dining was also exceptionally thoughtful: after breakfast, they would proactively pack sugar-free bread and children's snacks. Each dish in the Chinese restaurant came with a little story, turning dining into an interesting science popularization. The connecting room design truly understands family travel, providing both independent space for elders and children while allowing easy oversight at any time, making us feel completely secure. This slow-paced cultural journey allowed adults to relax and children to grow. It's a treasure destination worth revisiting again and again ✨ Version 2: Concise Recommendation (for Xiaohongshu/Dianping) ✨ The perfect family trip template for traveling with seniors + kids ✨ • Environment: The hotel's architecture + garden design is super thoughtful, full of Chinese aesthetics, and great for photos 📸 • Parent-child activities: Centered around 'Confucius's Six Arts,' including tofu making/abacus practice/tea art/Touhu/Kaibali/plant exploration. The teachers are professional and patient, and the exclusive weekday experience was absolutely amazing! Both cultural enlightenment and fun games are online, super suitable for preschoolers 👶 • Dining: The breakfast restaurant proactively packs sugar-free bread + children's snacks, they truly understand the needs of elders and children; each dish in the Chinese restaurant has a little story, so dining can also be educational 🍽️ • Room Type: Connecting rooms are a lifesaver for families with kids and seniors, providing independent space while still allowing care and oversight. So much peace of mind! • Service: Front desk and restaurant staff are super friendly and thoughtful, always anticipating needs. Five-star service, highly recommended! ⭐

The hotel is great, with a good location and facilities, very close to Baotu Spring. Across the street is Henglong Plaza. However, the service has its own unique style. Shangri-La requires a deposit for guests, and for breakfast, you need to show your room card and state your name. What I disliked the most was the constant knocking on the door by staff. I didn't want to use the 'do not disturb' sign, but then there was knocking for laundry, water refills, and various other reasons. If they need something, they should call. I've never seen staff carrying water bottles around, knocking on every door to ask if guests need water – that's a bit odd. The room had already been cleaned and tidied, so why do they keep doing this?

An absolutely amazing stay that exceeded all expectations! The location is superb, and the breakfast restaurant offers incredible, unobstructed sea views – it was wonderful to enjoy breakfast while gazing at the ocean. We were upgraded to a city view king room, which was a generous 50 square meters and even had a partial sea view as an added bonus. The room itself was fully equipped with smart electric curtains, a smart toilet, and a shower with great water pressure – very comfortable. I especially appreciated the ample seating: in addition to a chaise lounge, there was a desk chair, a regular armchair, and a stool. Many hotels only provide one chair, so this was a thoughtful touch. Even the small details were great, like tissues by the elevators. The staff were all incredibly attentive and proactive in offering assistance. A special shout-out to Daisy Ding Xiaoqing, who helped with our check-in and upgrade. She even followed up with us via WeChat to ensure all our needs were met, provided valuable feedback, and gave us fantastic recommendations for Qingdao attractions and restaurants. The weather in Qingdao was perfect during our stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I'll definitely choose the Hyatt Regency again next time I'm in Qingdao. Five stars!

This time we brought our 14-month-old baby to Qingdao for a relaxing trip, and choosing the Hyatt was absolutely the right decision! Even before we arrived, they communicated with me online to arrange a crib and bed rail, which was very thoughtful. The hotel's café has direct access to the beach, so every morning we could take the little one down to play for a bit before coming back for breakfast! This was so convenient for low-energy parents like us! Overall, the service was excellent, with no real shortcomings!

My overall experience at the Hilton Yantai Shimao was fantastic. The room was very clean, and the bed was just the right firmness. The breakfast offered a great variety of both Chinese and Western options, and the ingredients were fresh. 🎂 The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, making both check-in and check-out a smooth process. 🎂 The hotel's location is super convenient; the beach is just a short walk away, perfect for a pleasant stroll. DDadadajingAn unexpectedly great stay! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Qingdao. This stay was incredibly satisfying! (The first 4 photos are of a corner room, the last 3 are a standard king room). 💰 Value for money: We booked a deluxe king room for ¥2033 for two nights. For this quality, right next to May Fourth Square, I truly think it's excellent value for money, especially with the high-floor sea view. 🛏️ Room experience: Initially, we were assigned room 1607, a standard king room. When we went upstairs, we happened to see the adjacent room 1608 (a corner room) being cleaned. It was noticeably larger and also had a sea view. I tried asking the front desk if we could upgrade for an extra fee, but to my surprise, they said it was actually the same room type. However, they acknowledged the corner room was indeed larger with a better view. They ended up coordinating for us to switch to it the next day. (A friendly tip for those wanting a corner room: prioritize room 08 on each floor.) 🙏 Warm service: The most touching moment was on our way back home. We were catching the high-speed train and were in such a rush that we didn't have time to go back to the hotel for our luggage. We had to call the hotel from the train station. The staff were incredibly cooperative, helping us hand our luggage over to a taxi driver, and it was successfully delivered to us in the end. This kind of crucial help really made a huge difference. 📍 Location: Vientiane City and May Fourth Square are nearby, within a 10-minute walk. Getting a taxi or taking the subway downstairs is also super convenient. Overall, whether it's the location, service attitude, room comfort, or value for money, this stay was a 99.9% success 😂. Next time I come to Qingdao, I will definitely choose The Westin again!

SShanyuhaiThe hotel has a very high-end European design, surrounded by parks, good room facilities, and a rich breakfast. It is an ideal hotel for business trips. What needs to be improved is the hotel's parking lot. The parking lot is large, but there are no specific parking spaces, so parking is a bit confusing, which is inconsistent with the hotel's positioning. It is recommended to improve.

LLaishichunzhishuangxuerongThis is probably the best hostel I've ever stayed in. It's located on a high floor, around the 10th-19th story, and has a large open-plan layout. The floors are clean and tidy, and the living room has fitness equipment. There's also a very spacious reading room (about the size of a classroom, where they show movies at night). The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a view of Daming Lake and Daming Lake Railway Station. To the west of the reading room is an observation deck, looking down onto the bustling Beiyuan Viaduct, but the soundproofing is excellent; once the door is closed, you hear nothing. The bunk beds are wooden and very spacious, equipped with a small table and air conditioning. The upper bunk has a small staircase instead of a ladder, making it easy to climb up and down. Each person gets a lockable locker, so your belongings are safe. The restrooms are larger communal facilities with multiple stalls, so there's no waiting. Additionally, there's a dedicated luggage room for storage. The hostel is staffed during the day, but the front desk might be unstaffed late at night. The owner is incredibly friendly and provides excellent food recommendations and travel tips. Jinan's subway isn't very convenient for travel, but the bus system is very well-developed. Right below the hostel is the Beiyuan Viaduct, with BRT (Bus Rapid Transit) and many regular bus routes. Beiyuan Metro Station is only about 500 meters walk from the hostel. If you're going to Daming Lake, there's a small path that goes under the Jiaoji Railway, leading directly to the north gate of Daming Lake. To get to Shandong Museum, you can take BRT 6. However, it can be a bit dark at night; during the day, it's recommended to take a bus from the Beiyuan Viaduct side to the main gate of Daming Lake. The owner is super enthusiastic. I had originally booked a K-train departing from Daming Lake Railway Station at 1 AM the next day, and the owner readily approved my request to stay in the reading room until early morning, providing heating and allowing luggage storage. In the end, due to a change in plans, I rebooked my train to depart from Jinan Station and didn't return. In short, I highly recommend this hostel, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Jinan if it's convenient!

MM599736****Five-star review! Crowne Plaza Qingdao Ocean Spring Resort is incredibly worthwhile. The room we booked was a delightful surprise. The balcony offers a direct view of Aoshan Bay, and watching the sunrise in the morning was absolutely stunning! It's just a hundred meters walk to the Ocean Bromide Salt Hot Springs, so you can enjoy both a relaxing soak and ocean views. The kids' water park kept my child entertained to no end. The window seats really set a wonderful ambiance. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and even proactively upgraded our room. The service was attentive to every detail. This is definitely our top choice for a family vacation, and we'll be back next time!

GGuest UserHuge shout-out to Elly, our butler! Her service was exceptional from check-in to check-out, promptly addressing every query with incredible efficiency. The room itself was spacious and spotless, featuring a modern, light luxury design. The 270° panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking ocean views right from the bed, and the complimentary minibar was well-stocked. The high-end bathroom with a separate wet and dry area further enhanced our comfort. My absolute favorite was the infinity pool on the 31st floor; the high-altitude views were unbeatable, and the water was crystal clear. It was incredibly relaxing to sunbathe on a lounge chair after a swim. The gym facilities were brand new, with clearly defined strength and cardio zones, and professional trainers were always on hand to assist, making it easy to stick to a workout routine. Elly's thoughtful arrangements made our entire trip incredibly smooth. Highly recommend!

ZZaochuanjianThe hotel's location is excellent, just one kilometer from the Zhanqiao Pier, an easy walk. It's situated right in a pedestrian street, making it part of the attractions itself. Getting around by bus outside the pedestrian street is more convenient than taking the subway. The hotel itself has a unique character; the courtyard-style interior is spacious and aesthetically pleasing, with all room windows facing the courtyard. The exterior corridor offers a very relaxing vibe. My bathtub king room didn't have the bathroom separated from the bedroom. The advantage of this was that the overall room felt spacious, not cramped. However, the downside was that the temperature throughout the room was uniform. After a bath, I didn't get that refreshing feeling and had to open a window beforehand to lower the room temperature, as the underfloor heating was quite strong. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and polite, doing their best to accommodate requests. They provided four bottles of water and two cans of Laoshan Cola daily, which was a thoughtful and satisfying touch. The water pressure for both the shower and bathtub was good, though hot water took a little while to come through. The minor flaws were that the bathtub drain plug tended to get stuck and needed manual unscrewing, and the shower drain was slow, causing water to accumulate easily. I reported these issues before checkout, hoping they will be resolved. Additionally, the toilet had a bidet function, food delivery could come right to the door, and the floor, lacking carpet, was a bit dusty. In the evenings, someone in the Dabaodao pedestrian street would sing with a microphone constantly; I'm not sure what event it was, but it was quite noisy, which was a drawback. As for dining, because Dabaodao is a scenic area, prices are relatively high. If you walk two blocks out of the pedestrian street, you'll find local seafood restaurants that are more affordable. Overall, for just 300 yuan in the off-season for a deep-soaking bathtub room, coupled with the convenience of getting to Zhanqiao Pier, it's quite an attractive option.

AAnonymous UserBefore leaving Beijing, I booked the Nishi Haitai Resort Hotel on Ctrip. Although the online review was only 4.1, I still firmly chose this hotel. Later, it was confirmed that my choice was absolutely correct. The hotel is good in all aspects and must be given 100 points. 1. The hotel is in a good location. You can watch the sunrise while lying on the bed, face the sea, blow the sea breeze and listen to the sound of the waves. The hotel has a private beach. The elevator goes to the B1 floor and you can walk to the lighthouse, Lily Bay, Children's Palace, Sakura Lake, Seaside Park, etc. along the beach. You can also take the bus No. 117 or No. 289 in front of the door. Bus No. 117 goes directly to Huaxing Bridge, a popular check-in place. 2. The hotel lobby is magnificent and unique, with the most distinctive various bear toys, which are posed differently every day. In addition, you can watch the sea from the public platform on each floor of the hotel, and there is a children's playground on each floor, which is suitable for walking babies. 3. The hotel has a variety of breakfasts, roasted tobacco potatoes, meat sauce buns, and fried dough sticks must be tasted, and different fruits are served every day. Lunch and dinner can also be served at the hotel, the dishes taste good and the price is reasonable. 4. There are churches, sun umbrellas, and rest cabins on the beach of the hotel, which is warm and romantic. 4. It takes 10 minutes by taxi from Rongcheng High-speed Railway Station to the hotel. I originally planned to stay for 3 days, but then I extended my stay for 2 days. I strongly recommend friends who go to Rongcheng to stay at Nishi Haitai Resort Hotel, which is definitely worth experiencing and you will definitely linger after the experience.
