The hotel views are absolutely stunning! You get beautiful scenery outside the window, with snow-capped mountains visible from both the front and back, plus a nearby stream. It's incredibly therapeutic to just relax and take in the views. The staff were all incredibly warm and attentive throughout my stay, always quick to respond to any requests. Their service was both thoughtful and professional. The room was clean and comfortable too. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I highly recommend it!

The room was spotless and well-equipped, making for a very comfortable stay. I accidentally left my backpack behind, which contained some fragile items, and the hotel owner thoughtfully packed and reinforced it before shipping it back to me. Their attention to detail was exceptional. The service was meticulous and responsible—a full five-star recommendation!

Our family of four stayed here and absolutely loved it. The hotel has a charming little garden with a fish pond, which was a huge hit with the kids. Near the restaurant, there's also a cozy corner where children can read or play with toys. The front desk area is incredibly picturesque – perfect for photos! Upstairs, there's another small garden bursting with colorful hydrangeas and a swing, making it a lovely spot to relax and chat. Our room was spacious and spotless, with everything we needed. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful; they even assisted us in transferring some of our luggage to a hotel we'd be staying at later in our trip, saving us from having to take all our bags to Jiuzhaigou. There are plenty of dining options, convenience stores, bakeries, and pharmacies conveniently located near the hotel. My child wasn't feeling well, so we just popped over to the pharmacy across the street – super convenient!

The hotel's decor is very gentle and comfortable. They offer free laundry (wash and dry) and breakfast. The location is convenient, with a convenience store and restaurants nearby, and it's also within walking distance to Chunxi Road. However, the lighting in the hotel room is a bit dim, making it a bit difficult to see things clearly.

It's incredibly romantic and beautiful, blending Japanese Wabi-sabi aesthetics with Chinese garden beauty – definitely worth a stay. It's right opposite Wuhou Temple and Jinli, offering a peaceful retreat in the midst of a bustling area.

A very good and comprehensive hotel with a great environment and convenient smart home features. I was particularly pleased with the breakfast and laundry and drying services. For someone traveling alone, this hotel is a great choice with excellent value for money.

Excellent! The front desk called me around 10 AM, even before the standard check-in time, to confirm my room. Check-in was super fast once I arrived. They also gave us a complimentary upgrade and breakfast. After a day at Jiuzhaigou, they thoughtfully prepared foot-soaking tubs. Our butler was very attentive; hearing we might encounter rain at Huanglong tomorrow, they even provided raincoats, which came in handy. It was truly a great experience, and I'll definitely recommend this place to family and friends next time!

This is my second review because we booked two rooms, and I apologize for all the trouble I caused due to my leg injury. Last night, when I needed scissors, the housekeeping staff waited outside for me to finish using them before taking them back, and they were incredibly polite. I also used a hotel chair to shower, and a staff member brought it up for me. When checking out, I even walked away with the hotel slippers, and they didn't charge me for them. So, I absolutely have to give this hotel a huge thumbs-up. I wish you all the best and continued success!

Traveling solo, I decided to stay in Shuangqiao Town due to a slight altitude sickness and booked this hotel that same night. Shortly after, the hotel proactively contacted me via WeChat, providing various helpful details. The next morning, feeling much better, I took a taxi to the scenic area entrance. Thanks to the hotel's concierge service, I was able to pick up my backpack at the hotel and start my leisurely tour early, feeling genuinely cared for and well-serviced right from the moment I booked. The room was also incredibly clean and odorless, which I was very satisfied with. My only minor complaint is that the breakfast selection was a bit lacking.

We stayed for two nights in a suite at the Hyatt Regency Chengdu (the review mistakenly says Chongqing), and since we were on vacation, we really indulged in food and drinks – a big thanks to the housekeeping staff! The dining table in the suite was large and very convenient, and the staff were incredibly patient, bringing us plates and glasses whenever we needed them. The living room was also super spacious. The hotel's overall design is simple yet refined, blending modernity with comfort. Every detail showcased quality and thoughtfulness. The bedding, in particular, was exceptionally comfortable; we slept wonderfully and didn't want to leave. I've stayed in many five-star hotels, but this one definitely has the most comfortable bedding. We were on a high floor, room 3336, which offered panoramic views of the bustling city. The view was expansive during the day and dazzling at night, truly invigorating. The hotel's location is excellent, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. What's even more commendable is the hotel staff's warm and professional service; their attention to detail made us feel right at home from check-in to check-out. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Chengdu!
