The building and the rooms are a little faded, and the twin room I booked was a little bit too small. But everything was in place and functioning. The gym is small but adequate. The restaurant is nothing very special, but it doesn't let you down. The breakfast is more than adequate. What makes this hotel special is the suoerb service. I was there for 2 weeks with my wife coming and going at odd hours, and everyone was extremely helpful and understanding. All the staff, from the front desk, to the restaurant, to the cleaning staff, everyone was incredibly attentive and helpful. The hotel has a good location if you want to be in downtown Pereira. And the best part is the value for money...other hotels in the area don't match up.

This hotel is fabulous. The people who work there were beyond helpful. The rooms are fantastic. The sauna and steam room were spotless. It is located close to amenities. The Pereira Plaza mall is right there. The restaurant took a long time to bring food though.

Not sure what they mean when they call themselves a luxury hotel, but I wouldn't. Biggest problem was the room itself which was barely big enough to allow 2 people to move in it, and with nowhere for either of them to sit except the bed, plus and a tiny bathroom. If you need to work while here, don't bother...the lighting is minimal and there's no room to put even a laptop comfortably. On the plus side, bed and linens were fine, and a good shower; general cleanliness is good; and the breakfast buffet is of acceptable quality without being luxurious. But the biggest problem was noise.Our room opened onto a very busy street with 24 hour traffic, and next door are two popular bar/restaurants that play very loud music until the wee hours.Sleep was at a premium! Staff were generally helpful and efficient, but nobody seemed to have any English for the moments when my relatively functional Spanish failed. Altogether this place disappoints and definitely should consider removing the ”luxury” tag!

This hotel is amazing. It has security gate checking all guest. It’s a indoor outdoor hotel with several bars, a great pool, oversized chest boards, restaurants and overall amazing grounds. The food is amazing the overall food no matter the meals is delicious. This is a great place to stay. The rooms are top notch however some guest can be rude and loud after hours so I’m happy the hotel was willing to shutdown the loud party but only by request so TBD. They also do not have a large English speaking staff so Google translate is a must. This is far from downtown Pereira but very affordable in a taxi. I’d stay there again recommend getting a room with a view of the the poolside. Excellent hotel in the heart of Pereira. Strategic location and excellent customer service. Breakfast in itself is delicious with a variety of choices to choose from. Nothing to envy other 5 stars hotels in the area such as MOVICH and or SONESTA. Mayerli Coromoto Vitoria is indeed a unique employee of this facility. During our 5 day stay at the hotel we notice her excellent customer service dedication to each and everyone of the guests that walk into the dining room area during the breakfast hours. It’s indeed individuals such as Mayerli that make this facilities a 5 star hotel in the customer service area.
