The hotel was old, but maintained. The area is excellent with the main station next to it. If you're coming by plane, prefer to come to the hotel by the Lufthansa bus., which stops outside it. The breakfast nothing special.

The Hotel has great staff and fabulous location to the airport! The staff are without exception professional and friendly! Very impressed! The spa pool area with a bar and food service onsite is world class. In fact that facility is worth the visit and I certainly will be back! The restaurant also fabulous and a Michelins star restaurant is part of this great hotel! The one thing I do not understand, why not give one free bottle of water to the vary world traveller paying top dollars to stay. There is zero water unless you pay 6euro for a bottle! We stayed here during Oktoberfest and the hotel was full but the only time you would notice was at breakfast. Big kudos to the staff who kept the breakfast area stocked and clean, they deserve a bonus because it was super busy. Breakfast was way better quality than what we get in the U.S. Our room was on the second floor and our view was the train yard. The windows are very good at keeping out the city noise and the hotel is designed well to reduce noise from other patrons. Room was clean except for some stains on the sofa upholstery and desk chair. Not sure why hotels used upholstered furniture that is tough to clean. Shower was good, plenty of hot water. Towels were too thin, they cheaped out on the towels. Location is good. Metro, tram and bus are very close by. Stephanie at the front desk was very helpful at checkout.

Excellent location, pubilc transport just outside the hotel, staff is helpful, rooms are quite big, beds are big and comfortable. Check in and out quick and easy. Wi fi signal can be better. Overall quite nice accomodation for reasonable price.

The B&B HOTEL Nürnberg-Hbf was a great choice for my stay in Nuremberg. Its prime location right next to the main train station made it incredibly convenient for arriving and departing, as well as exploring the city. With numerous tourist attractions within easy walking distance, I was able to effortlessly immerse myself in Nuremberg's rich history and culture. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. While I didn't have the opportunity to experience breakfast and the hotel's amenities, its unbeatable location alone made it a standout choice.

The hostel is so near to the Ostbahnhof. You can go to the city center and all touristic must-see places via subway, underground or buses in a very short time. The hostel has a very good, peaceful location. You can watch wonderful Munich city view from the window of your room. It is a so clean, comfortable, well-designed hostel. The room I stayed was clean and comfortable. My roommates were respectful, kind people. Staff working at the hostel are so kind, understanding, smiled-face and helpful people. I thank them all. As a solo traveller, I am really happy to stay such an amazing, comfortable place in Munich. I strongly recommend this beautiful hostel.

What can you expect from a hotel where in the presentation photos there are only vases, well nothing. I would take away one star from the hotel because it has more than a star, it is more of a hostel than a hotel. Everything was broken or damaged. The breakfast was painful, we had to go buy things to have breakfast since there were four basic things. Soft bread, a little sausage, three different pieces of fruit, water and bad coffee. The rooms did not have a tap in the cold water sink, only boiling water came out, they had curtains instead of screens. The beds had no sheets, bottoms or blankets, just a duvet to put over us. Thank goodness the heating worked well because if it hadn't it would have been even worse. We asked them for some sheets to leave us and they said yes but when we arrived at night they didn't leave us anything. The hotel reception closed at 10 pm and you had to have your own key to enter the building. The women who ran the breakfast buffet were very stupid, they didn't pay attention to you and they just screamed and waved their hands at us to get us to leave their side. The only thing that was good is the location next to the train station and about 10 minutes from the city center. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. When we left our suitcases until the afternoon because our flight didn't leave, they left them at the same reception without being stored in a room like in other hotels.

Letztendlich gelang es mir mich mit der Rezeption zu verbinden, welche mir zunächst erklärt hat, dass sie mich nicht reinlassen können, da es ja keine Plätze mehr gibt (rotes Lämpchen ist dafür der Indikator - das muss man scheinbar selber wissen). Große Alternativen gibt es draußen aber nicht, da man sich direkt an einer Parkplatzlosen Straße befindet, direkt neben dem Bahnhof. Letztendlich wurde ich reingelassen, und siehe da.....2-3 Parkplätze frei und noch 4-6 weitere Behindertenparkplätze. Schlechtes Management auf ganzer Linie! So möchte man nach einer langen Reise aus dem Ausland nicht begrüßt werden. Der Eingangsbereich und die Rezeption, sowie die Bar, sehen sehr nett aus. Der Check-In erfolgt recht zügig und man kann sich schnell auf sein Zimmer zurückziehen. Mein Feedback bezüglich der Garage wurde allerdings beinahe gekonnt ignoriert, wenn auch angehört. Immerhin. Minibar gibt es keine, die darf man sich im Eingangsbereich selbst auffüllen. Da musste ich einfach nur lachen. Da kann man gleich mit seinem Rucksack zum Supermarkt gehen und sich alles billiger auf das Zimmer schleppen. Ich glaube das Hotel hat den Sinn einer befüllten Minibar auf dem Zimmer nicht ganz verstanden. Das Zimmer selbst war sehr nett, auch relativ ruhig, wenn man bedenkt in welcher Gegend man sich befindet. Alles war sehr ordentlich und sauber, auch optisch sehr nett dekoriert finde ich. Eine Freundin von mir hatte ein Zimmer in einem anderen Stockwerk. Leider kann man mit seiner Zimmerkarte, welche für den Lift notwendig ist, nicht in andere Stockwerke fahren. Super mühsam hier 3-4 Stöcke die Treppe auf und ab zu laufen. Dann die nächste Überraschung (auch wenn das eher ein ”erste-Welt-Problem” ist). Netflix ist auf dem Fernseher gesperrt. Ein kurzer Besuch bei der Rezeption sollte zwar für Licht in der Sache Sorgen, aber vielmehr schuf es Verwirrung, nachdem mir erklärt wurde, dass Netflix nur in den Junior-Suiten oder aufwärts freigeschalten ist. Das W-Lan ist zwar gratis Im ganzen Hotel (was bedeutet dass Netflix am eigenen Handy funktioniert), aber am TV-Gerät wird es bewusst gesperrt. Wo ist da die Logik? Der Essensbereich ist leider etwas ungünstig positioniert, allerdings war das Buffet ganz gut, sowohl von der Qualität als auch von der Auswahl. Nur die warmen Speisen könnten etwas wärmer sein, aber das scheint heutzutage in der Hotelbranche schon normal zu sein. Es ist am Wochenende eher schwer ein Platz zu finden, um 09:30 Uhr waren nur noch 2 Tische frei (bei mehreren dutzend vorhanden Tischen). Check-out war schnell und unproblematisch. Basierend allerdings auf den oben beschriebenen Erfahrung finde ich das Hotel zu teuer! 2 Nächte mit Parkplatz und Frühstück machten fast 300€ aus. Ich glaube dieses Hotel hat

It is amazing! It was held the event in Messe, however price was very economical and reception arranged upgrades room for me because I am a diamond member of Trip.com!!! I should come back to the hotel very near future. Breakfast is also incredible!! I have to say thank you for the staff of the hotel’s.

I booked this hostel last minute, and I've never stayed in a hostel before, so I can't really compare it to other places. Despite reading reviews on Hostelworld about the single rooms being hot, I have no complaints about the room. I stayed in Munich when the temperature had a low of 20 Celcius and a high of 30. I had no issues with the room. I did have a large fan on in the room, which kept it cool. My room also had its own balcony and I sat outside to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. Perfect for those who love their own space or couple. My only gripe was that the WiFi was slow at times, so I couldn't even search the website to test internet speed. I had a data roaming plan, so this wasn't that big of an issue. I would stay here again if I'm back in Munich. A Lidl at the end of the street and the Train station is a 2-minute walk away. It couldn't get better.

We had a fabulous time visiting this I believe newly opened hotel! As the lounge is only opening later this month we have received alternative offerings in the bar which were delicious. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Looking forward to come back once the lounge has opened!

The front reception staff were amazing. They helped to ensure that my family and I had settled in well into the hotel. They provided tips on travel around Munich and the key spots to visit in our short stay in the city. The room was very clean. Everything was working well. The housekeeping staff were always smiling, and providing help when required. We needed extrat pillows, and it was provided within minutes of our request. Excellent service standard! The location of the hotel at the doorstep (10m) from the Train statin, made it so much easier to move around the city with various transport means. Short walk to the main shopping and christmas market spots. Excellent choice. We will be back again. Cheers!

great staff, very friendly, multilingual! Very clean, I loved the breakfast, fresh fruit, tasty eggs, a lot of different bread. I loved as well the laundry room where I could clean my cloth. Location very comfortable, face to the metro, well-cared and friendly staff and with excellent English. I suggest a few improvements, since the client is also business. The hostel was probably full during my stay, so the bathrooms were not clean as I would expect them, and two only toilets for men on the floor seem to me few, because I had to stay in the coat. I would like to have a more choice for breakfast, especially for the sweet but also for the salt.

I’ll start with the positives of this hotel: we were really happy with the location! Access to the tram literally right outside the front door was perfect. We also found it was in walking distance to the Christmas Markets, an Aldi and a coffee shop! Some short comings for us were the self checkin for after hours, in theory this would be excellent…BUT the touch screen was horrendous, after our flight being delayed we did not arrive until about 3am instead of 11pm so we were already tired and then having to spend at least 20 minutes trying to type in our reservation info was extremely aggravating. The keyboard kept disappearing and then reappearing, adding/erasing letters on its own… again great in theory but the execution was just not there. The room appeared to be clean however for the few days we were there we noticed a strange smell from the shower portion of the bathroom and it just didn’t seem to be the cleanest. There was also a stain on one of the comforters in the room upon checking at arrival, with no one at the desk at night we just had to not use it. We’ve stayed at B&B hotels and are generally happy with the experience given the price. I’m sure it was just that particular room however, we probably wouldn’t stay again unless only for a night at a low price. Again, the location was great but overall experience was a bit lower than usual, hopefully was just a one off due to the busy time of year.

We only booked this hotel as we were away on business and attending Biofach at the exhibition centre nearby. Of course prices went through the roof as an exhibition was on, my company £364 for a basic twin room per night / for 3 nights - over £1000 in total! When I arrived, yes the room was clean but I was suprised at how basic it was for the price, plus the fact it looked nothing like the pictures on trip advisor. I also looked on booking.com to see there was rooms available for that night for less than half of what we paid. I went down to reception and asked if there was any other rooms available as I felt our room was very poor quality for the price, and we overpaid compared to the current price for available rooms. I’ve never seen someone at reception seem to offended at such a standard question. She asked me ‘what my point was’, and insisted there were no rooms available except those that hadn’t been renovated. Answering my question if an available better room was available seemed impossible and she said I should speak to the manager the next day. However there was a very helpful woman who checked me in. Before I even got round to speaking to a manager the next day we decided to go the gym. Of course the gym isn’t signposted anywhere in the hotel, why would a key facility be? I asked the woman at the desk (who was on her mobile phone) where it was and she pointed ahead of her and said the door on the left after the glass door. There were 3 doors, of course none said gym on and they all looked the same. I picked one and ended up in the stock room. I went back and asked her to confirm again but she just pointed again as it must have been too much effort to walk round from the desk and show me. Of course I eventually found it, no air con, music or lights but not suprised. When we first arrived the lady at reception recommended booking for the restaurant as it gets busy, we didn’t book that night and we were asked by the waiter if we had a reservation but luckily there was space. We decided the next day to request a booking to which the response was ‘you don’t need to book there’s lots of rooms’, to which I confirmed what the waiter had said and so she reluctantly wrote my room number down on a piece of paper. I never even complain, especially when away on business, but only 1 night in I felt I needed to The plus side is the food is good, and the location is 10 minutes from the exhibition, shame it was taken over from the Hilton and the customer service is beyond poor.

Positiv: Zimmer war gross und sauber,Bett war gut,Bad war super,Küchenzeile ist im Sommer sehr gut,mit Kühlschrank und MW. Safe.Klimaanlage konnte selbst eingestellt werden. Nach hinten eher ruhig. U Bahn in der Nähe,Innenstadt in 10min.erreichbar. Supermarkt gegenüber,Bäcker auch. Rezeption 24h. Negativ: Konnte mein Zimmer nicht mit Debitkarte bezahlen. Kissen schlecht,nachts Lärm durch den Kühlschrank.Gleiche Fragen an versch.Rezeptionisten wurden stets anders beantwortet. Regendusche fehlt. Reinigungskräfte sprechen kein Deutsch.

Stayed 2 nights while in Nuremberg at the Hampton and found it to be perfectly fine. It's a short 5 minute walk if that from the station past all the other hotels - Motel One , Leonardo, Novotel and Premier Inn so the area is well lit and very safe. The U2 train from the airport to Nuremberg Hauptbahnhof / station service is excellent. Checkin was quick and allocated room on the 5th floor facing the street - there was no noise during the night so the sound proofing must have been good. The room was a good size, compact yet functional. The bed was clean and actually very comfortable , nice and firm , I had a great night's sleep. The bathroom was fine, again it was compact but it did the job. Easy to use shower, toiletries fixed to the wall as seems to be the case these days. Towels were a little thin but that's a minor issue. Wifi was free and easy to connect , the complimentary bottle of water was a nice touch and overall a pretty decent room , well appointed and clean. Wardrobe space was limited but sufficient for a short stay. The free Hampton breakfast wasn't too bad - as many Nuremberg sausages as you could eat with scrambled egg and some beans or potato squares. Nice selection of bread and pastries. The cold meat and cheese selection was poor quality but the highlight was the easy to use waffle maker , a hit with everyone. Machine coffee and juices were so so but considering it's a budget hotel it was better than I expected. The coffee machine is available all day long so grab a cup after a day sightseeing in the city. Staff were excellent , always cheerful and happy to help. A fellow guest wanted a 10 minute hard boiled egg as the ones in the buffet were only cooked for 6 minutes - not a problem ! The location is perfect , walking distance to the old town or the #8 tram to the rally grounds , a great budget choice if visiting Nuremberg.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Novotel Nuernberg Centre Ville, which is an excellent choice for Nuremberg. The hotel is just a couple of minutes walk from the train station and also very close to the Old Town. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and immediately offered to send us complimentary capuccinos as the coffee machine in our room did not work. The room was spacious and the layout worked well. Everything was clean as one would expect. Although small, the swimming pool was also a pleasure. All in all, we had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel and in Nuremberg.

Due to limited check-in timing, we need to rush back to hotel to check-in, would be good be more flexible to allow us check-in and collect room key first for guest who arrive earlier. We booked queen bed, but was given 2 twin beds which is placed in one corner and another corner, reason from front desk is queen bed room is all taken-up..In that case what’s the purpose of guest room reservation with specific requirement. Glad that front desk is willing to change back the room we booked. No toiletries provided, overall room is clean and comfortable and location is great just opposite the HBF.

Lighting was very nice and well-arranged too. Little gummibears from Haribo on the pillows was a nice touch. Parking was paid (8 euro a night), but easy to access and use. The only glitch was that according to the hotel info, checkout time was 11am, while the lady at the reception desk insisted very much we check out at 10 instead. Also, it would be nice to have something warm to drink in the evening, but there were only cold drinks available at the machine downstairs and no kettle in the room.

Der Check-In erfolgt recht zügig und man kann sich schnell auf sein Zimmer zurückziehen. Mein Feedback bezüglich der Garage wurde allerdings beinahe gekonnt ignoriert, wenn auch angehört. Immerhin. Minibar gibt es keine, die darf man sich im Eingangsbereich selbst auffüllen. Da musste ich einfach nur lachen. Da kann man gleich mit seinem Rucksack zum Supermarkt gehen und sich alles billiger auf das Zimmer schleppen. Ich glaube das Hotel hat den Sinn einer befüllten Minibar auf dem Zimmer nicht ganz verstanden. Das Zimmer selbst war sehr nett, auch relativ ruhig, wenn man bedenkt in welcher Gegend man sich befindet. Alles war sehr ordentlich und sauber, auch optisch sehr nett dekoriert finde ich. Eine Freundin von mir hatte ein Zimmer in einem anderen Stockwerk. Leider kann man mit seiner Zimmerkarte, welche für den Lift notwendig ist, nicht in andere Stockwerke fahren. Super mühsam hier 3-4 Stöcke die Treppe auf und ab zu laufen. Dann die nächste Überraschung (auch wenn das eher ein ”erste-Welt-Problem” ist). Netflix ist auf dem Fernseher gesperrt. Ein kurzer Besuch bei der Rezeption sollte zwar für Licht in der Sache Sorgen, aber vielmehr schuf es Verwirrung, nachdem mir erklärt wurde, dass Netflix nur in den Junior-Suiten oder aufwärts freigeschalten ist. Das W-Lan ist zwar gratis Im ganzen Hotel (was bedeutet dass Netflix am eigenen Handy funktioniert), aber am TV-Gerät wird es bewusst gesperrt. Wo ist da die Logik? Der Essensbereich ist leider etwas ungünstig positioniert, allerdings war das Buffet ganz gut, sowohl von der Qualität als auch von der Auswahl. Nur die warmen Speisen könnten etwas wärmer sein, aber das scheint heutzutage in der Hotelbranche schon normal zu sein. Es ist am Wochenende eher schwer ein Platz zu finden, um 09:30 Uhr waren nur noch 2 Tische frei (bei mehreren dutzend vorhanden Tischen). Check-out war schnell und unproblematisch. Basierend allerdings auf den oben beschriebenen Erfahrung finde ich das Hotel zu teuer! 2 Nächte mit Parkplatz und Frühstück machten fast 300€ aus. Ich glaube dieses Hotel hat

Location very comfortable, face to the metro, well-cared and friendly staff and with excellent English. I suggest a few improvements, since the client is also business. The hostel was probably full during my stay, so the bathrooms were not clean as I would expect them, and two only toilets for men on the floor seem to me few, because I had to stay in the coat. I would like to have a more choice for breakfast, especially for the sweet but also for the salt.

I’ll start with the positives of this hotel: we were really happy with the location! Access to the tram literally right outside the front door was perfect. We also found it was in walking distance to the Christmas Markets, an Aldi and a coffee shop! Some short comings for us were the self checkin for after hours, in theory this would be excellent…BUT the touch screen was horrendous, after our flight being delayed we did not arrive until about 3am instead of 11pm so we were already tired and then having to spend at least 20 minutes trying to type in our reservation info was extremely aggravating. The keyboard kept disappearing and then reappearing, adding/erasing letters on its own… again great in theory but the execution was just not there. The room appeared to be clean however for the few days we were there we noticed a strange smell from the shower portion of the bathroom and it just didn’t seem to be the cleanest. There was also a stain on one of the comforters in the room upon checking at arrival, with no one at the desk at night we just had to not use it. We’ve stayed at B&B hotels and are generally happy with the experience given the price. I’m sure it was just that particular room however, we probably wouldn’t stay again unless only for a night at a low price. Again, the location was great but overall experience was a bit lower than usual, hopefully was just a one off due to the busy time of year.

We only booked this hotel as we were away on business and attending Biofach at the exhibition centre nearby. Of course prices went through the roof as an exhibition was on, my company £364 for a basic twin room per night / for 3 nights - over £1000 in total! When I arrived, yes the room was clean but I was suprised at how basic it was for the price, plus the fact it looked nothing like the pictures on trip advisor. I also looked on booking.com to see there was rooms available for that night for less than half of what we paid. I went down to reception and asked if there was any other rooms available as I felt our room was very poor quality for the price, and we overpaid compared to the current price for available rooms. I’ve never seen someone at reception seem to offended at such a standard question. She asked me ‘what my point was’, and insisted there were no rooms available except those that hadn’t been renovated. Answering my question if an available better room was available seemed impossible and she said I should speak to the manager the next day. However there was a very helpful woman who checked me in. Before I even got round to speaking to a manager the next day we decided to go the gym. Of course the gym isn’t signposted anywhere in the hotel, why would a key facility be? I asked the woman at the desk (who was on her mobile phone) where it was and she pointed ahead of her and said the door on the left after the glass door. There were 3 doors, of course none said gym on and they all looked the same. I picked one and ended up in the stock room. I went back and asked her to confirm again but she just pointed again as it must have been too much effort to walk round from the desk and show me. Of course I eventually found it, no air con, music or lights but not suprised. When we first arrived the lady at reception recommended booking for the restaurant as it gets busy, we didn’t book that night and we were asked by the waiter if we had a reservation but luckily there was space. We decided the next day to request a booking to which the response was ‘you don’t need to book there’s lots of rooms’, to which I confirmed what the waiter had said and so she reluctantly wrote my room number down on a piece of paper. I never even complain, especially when away on business, but only 1 night in I felt I needed to The plus side is the food is good, and the location is 10 minutes from the exhibition, shame it was taken over from the Hilton and the customer service is beyond poor.

Positiv: Zimmer war gross und sauber,Bett war gut,Bad war super,Küchenzeile ist im Sommer sehr gut,mit Kühlschrank und MW. Safe.Klimaanlage konnte selbst eingestellt werden. Nach hinten eher ruhig. U Bahn in der Nähe,Innenstadt in 10min.erreichbar. Supermarkt gegenüber,Bäcker auch. Rezeption 24h. Negativ: Konnte mein Zimmer nicht mit Debitkarte bezahlen. Kissen schlecht,nachts Lärm durch den Kühlschrank.Gleiche Fragen an versch.Rezeptionisten wurden stets anders beantwortet. Regendusche fehlt. Reinigungskräfte sprechen kein Deutsch.

Stayed 2 nights while in Nuremberg at the Hampton and found it to be perfectly fine. It's a short 5 minute walk if that from the station past all the other hotels - Motel One , Leonardo, Novotel and Premier Inn so the area is well lit and very safe. The U2 train from the airport to Nuremberg Hauptbahnhof / station service is excellent. Checkin was quick and allocated room on the 5th floor facing the street - there was no noise during the night so the sound proofing must have been good. The room was a good size, compact yet functional. The bed was clean and actually very comfortable , nice and firm , I had a great night's sleep. The bathroom was fine, again it was compact but it did the job. Easy to use shower, toiletries fixed to the wall as seems to be the case these days. Towels were a little thin but that's a minor issue. Wifi was free and easy to connect , the complimentary bottle of water was a nice touch and overall a pretty decent room , well appointed and clean. Wardrobe space was limited but sufficient for a short stay. The free Hampton breakfast wasn't too bad - as many Nuremberg sausages as you could eat with scrambled egg and some beans or potato squares. Nice selection of bread and pastries. The cold meat and cheese selection was poor quality but the highlight was the easy to use waffle maker , a hit with everyone. Machine coffee and juices were so so but considering it's a budget hotel it was better than I expected. The coffee machine is available all day long so grab a cup after a day sightseeing in the city. Staff were excellent , always cheerful and happy to help. A fellow guest wanted a 10 minute hard boiled egg as the ones in the buffet were only cooked for 6 minutes - not a problem ! The location is perfect , walking distance to the old town or the #8 tram to the rally grounds , a great budget choice if visiting Nuremberg.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Novotel Nuernberg Centre Ville, which is an excellent choice for Nuremberg. The hotel is just a couple of minutes walk from the train station and also very close to the Old Town. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and immediately offered to send us complimentary capuccinos as the coffee machine in our room did not work. The room was spacious and the layout worked well. Everything was clean as one would expect. Although small, the swimming pool was also a pleasure. All in all, we had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel and in Nuremberg.

We stayed one night, the room was well cleaned, the bathroom well-equipped, and the bed comfortable; there was no air con, but there was a fan instead which worked alright for us. Lighting was very nice and well-arranged too. Little gummibears from Haribo on the pillows was a nice touch. Parking was paid (8 euro a night), but easy to access and use. The only glitch was that according to the hotel info, checkout time was 11am, while the lady at the reception desk insisted very much we check out at 10 instead. Also, it would be nice to have something warm to drink in the evening, but there were only cold drinks available at the machine downstairs and no kettle in the room.

Hotel centrale ,comodo e bello.Camere spaziose e pulite.Una grossa pecca però,le stanze con vista sulla strada principale soprattutto durante il weekend,hanno il disagio del chiasso per strada di ragazzi.Urla ,risate davvero fastidiose. Discreta la colazione ma fastidiosa la presenza assillante dei camerieri che non ti danno il tempo di fare colazione in assoluto relax che già ti tolgono il piatto.Davvero snervante
