Place has been refurbished to a higher standard bathroom and room outlook. The bathroom was very clean, bedding also very clean ironing crises on linen. Downside could hear every flash of the toilet and talking. Also my room was on a top flight of the stairs by the time l got to my room l was breathless. I did mention to reception that l had been unwell so could’ve done with a lift. Others may differ in opinion. Overall 8/10 Ample parking which is really lovely. Will stay again.❤️

The overall experience of this hotel is very good, the process from check-in to check-out is very smooth. The service staff is kind and courteous, the room is clean and tidy, the facilities are complete and well maintained. The location is convenient and the surrounding life functions are also very convenient. The overall accommodation environment is comfortable and relaxing. It is a pleasant stay experience. I will have the opportunity to visit again in the future.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the center of Reading. It's incredibly convenient, with shops, department stores, restaurants, cafes, and Reading train station all within walking distance. The hotel's decor is outstanding, and the facilities are brand new. The staff are very friendly and polite. However, a downside is that the hotel doesn't have a lift, and the staircases are quite narrow. If you have large luggage, it would be better to choose a room on a lower floor.

After a long journey, from landing to clearing customs, and then struggling to find the bus stop, we were freezing while waiting for our transfer 🥶. We finally arrived at the hotel past 11 PM. The front desk staff were super friendly and helped us check in smoothly, also giving us all the details about breakfast 👍🏽. The hotel is clean and tidy! Our room even had a heater, which was a real lifesaver for us after arriving so late and being out in the cold for so long. It felt incredibly warm and welcoming!

A beautiful estate and so much to explore nearby. It's quite close to Windsor center and only a few min drive away from Windsor Castle. The layout of the hotel was a bit confusing at first because the main hotel reception is a little hidden, but easy enough to find after one or two attempts! The room is reasonably spacious for two and fairly clean. I only wish there was a fridge! One of our curtains fell on the second day of our stay. We were out when it happened and found it fallen when we got back. We went to reception to let them know (this was around 1pm) and they said they'll send someone over to take a look. We waited in our room until 6pm, called reception again, and no one came. We went down to reception the next day to inquire again and were told that maintenance had left for the evening, but that they will be sent to our room straightaway the next morning. We went out the next morning, came back, and found the curtain completely removed!! No replacement. We asked reception if someone was going to come replace the curtain and they basically said they couldn't fix it at this point, and that they could change us to a twin bed room (we were originally in a double) that was much, much smaller. Not the kind of situation I would expect from a hotel that flaunts its customer service. We also asked for room service on all three nights and not once were our bedsheets/duvet changed (we had an orange juice stain in the middle of our bed that was still there every day). Overall the location is great and the hotel is super aesthetic, but we didn't like the fact we had to stay in a curtain-less room for 2 nights with no compensation or alternative (and had to chase them to even do something about the fallen curtain).

My stay at Easthampstead was a very great experience! This was my second time staying and I love their hospitality, service, breakfast and most of the amenities available. They always remind me of my style. It was my person’s birthday that week and I had to bring her there for the weekend to get her away from home a bit and we were welcomed with a birthday card for her and a cake to celebrate her. She was really excited and she loved the stay. The receptionist during the weekend were absolutely outstanding with their work. Checking in and out was as smooth as always. Am really glad I came and I hope to see you next time. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay or for any occasion. Thank you.

Stayed here ahead of a flight from Heathrow which was the second time. Modern, clean, and comfortable with good quality food and service in the bar. Made the mistake of staying at Holiday Inn nearby on the way back which was awful, spend your money here instead.

IIanFrom beginning to end of our visit the staff were the ones the shone through. Impeccable level of service and general friendliness made our stay very pleasant indeed. The hotel couldn’t be better situated within the ancient old town of Windsor. We only went to the restaurant for breakfast and this was also at a very high standard. Would recommend to other families

GGuest UserAfter picking up our rental car at London Airport, we drove straight here to check in. There's parking available in the courtyard; you just need to register your license plate at the front desk and pay £5. All the rooms are on the ground floor. Breakfast was decent and perfectly sufficient before heading out for the day's activities.

NNaliyouxiaoyuBooked the family room and was incredibly satisfied! It was surprisingly spacious. I was traveling alone with three kids, and there was a big bed and a sofa bed that could sleep two. I was worried it wouldn't be enough for four people and had even asked the hotel to add an extra bed in advance, but it turned out to be more than enough space. It's also very close to the hotel, about a ten-minute drive, which was great.

SShuizhizuoyouThe hotel was great! The staff were warm and attentive, and the room was clean, hygienic, and comfortable. There's also a paid underground parking garage available. It's not far to walk to Windsor Castle from here. I'll definitely be back next time!

GGo MissPriddyIt was a nice comfortable room and stay. Cost effective with breakfast. Systems were down so checking was delayed and held us up. Room was too far for my sister to walk as she suffered with a leg injury and found it difficult to walk to and from the room. Accessibility was not considered despite noting it on the booking so she couldn't have the desired shower room as expected. Could be because of the system issue. The room was spacious and nice, hall a little bland, hall carpet a little tarnished possibly due to footballers and co footfall as it's connected to the stadium so perfect for footballers and families at match time. Entrance clean and inviting. There are 2 floors ,no lift so this must be considered if you cannot walk far. Lobby and breakfast hall was clean, and buffet breakfast was nice. Staff were friendly. FYi- my uncle received complimentary benefits for the long check in issues and delays. My sister and I didn't although it would have been nice too, since we waited long also. Overall it was nice but and I would stay again.

GGuest UserThe hotel very close to slough market, also it is 5km from windsor market i went there on foot, if you enjoy natural views and rivers there are many places to enjoy, the rooms in the hotel are clean and they provide all that hotels should prived, but the should put good isolating window to keep the noise from the outside unheard, also they should lower the floor of the toilets to prevent the water pooring into the room at shower time. Despite the room of improvements i mentioned earlier i enjoyed my stay with them and i will visit them again.

PParadigmMCThe best hotel in the UK tour left me a very good first impression of Windsor. The location is right next to the riverside station and it is very convenient to come from London. Next to the Thames (this is a river much more beautiful than the Thames in London) and the bridge connecting Windsor and Eaton, there are various swans, ducks, pigeons and other birds around the river, the scenery is very beautiful. Looking up is Windsor Castle, not far from walking, not far from Windsor & Eton Central station on foot, there are many restaurants, supermarkets around the station, and you can take the bus to Slough to transfer to Oxford and other places. In addition, there are several good restaurants around (recommended Indian cuisine next door mango longue). The hotel looks old-fashioned but the room is very new, the area is suitable and the living is comfortable. The view of some rooms is also good, such as my room window is facing Windsor Castle. The staff at the hotel are very friendly. It is worth mentioning the hotel's breakfast. The breakfast content itself is still mainly English breakfast, but the content is richer than the hotel I stayed in London, with more traditional blood pudding and fried mushrooms. Outside the meal, the window of the breakfast restaurant is facing the Thames. It feels very good to enjoy the beauty of the Thames while dining in the morning. It is a rare breakfast experience outside Japan that I am worth mentioning. Overall, this is a hotel that is very suitable for a leisurely two-day stay in Windsor, and it is also very suitable as a stronghold for western England attractions, and the experience is much better than the London hotel with the same price.
