Initially thought it was good for the price. Friendly staff. Clean and tidy room. But there was a smell of musty dampness in the room, We noticed the next morning the base of the bed was mouldy!

OMG the place was just amazing! We definitely will come back again! Although the hotel was located quite far from city Center, i.e., an hour from Oxford University, half an hour from Bicester, but 15 mins drive from Waitrose, which was good enough for us (chill but enjoy the world class racing cars around). The facilities were new. The staff was friendly ( strongly felt it in the breakfast session), there was own car park just next to the apartment too. Free 15 mins electricity charging outside the reception. Free access to gym and swimming pool… everything just fabulous!

From start to finish we had an excellent experience at this hotel. Check in was super quick and easy and the hotel facilities were excellent and convenient. The highlight for us was the service we received by Lucy & Tetiana at breakfast, they were very chatty and polite and had genuine time for all the customers and showes is around all the breakfast options.The breakfast was superb! the best I have ever had as a traveller with plenty of choice and all very tasty. Our family room was spacious and was clean and very comfortable with plenty of amenities. Located centrally, right next to a trendy square which offers great food and drink options. An excellent hotel. Front desk staff are very helpful. The spa is very clean. The breakfast is delicious and has a very wide choice. The beds are super comfy!

there is no service except the front desk service for checking in. there is no telephone that I can report the desk lamp is not working or you have to go down to the front desk to tell them. the window view is facing just next to the hotel. overall, it's only good for one night

It was a standard hotel, you get what you pay for. The gym's tiny but the main fault was the heating didn't work and it was a fairly cold night. Breakfast was decent though. 3/5

The service was lovely My husband wanted to give me a surprise and hotel arranged it for him and received my flowers and put it in the room in advance Facilities was great. The gym got abit of everything and pool and sauna to use as well Would recommend for couple and family stay

Stayed here for a convention. It's an absolutely fine place to stay. The room was a little old fashioned but very clean and cool - the shower was great. It's not anywhere central, but fine if you don't mind ordering in for dinner or getting food there (it will be a bit pricey). Staff was pleasant, seemed a little understaffed but nothing that ruined anything too much. Breakfast was great quality and covers all the essentials to choose from. The choice of rooms for the convention is great, so much space in all the areas! Never had a problem with neighbor noise. Overall, recommended. Nothing spectacular but still a good choice.
