BBensellamWe stayed here for one night before our connecting flight, and for that purpose, this hotel was truly excellent. Its location is ideal for a stopover. The service was friendly and professional. We were also allowed to check out an hour later, which was very nice and gave us some extra peace of mind before heading to the airport. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all amenities. All in all, an excellent choice for travelers looking for a comfortable overnight stay before continuing their journey. Definitely recommended!

GGuest UserHad a cosy, quiet and enjoyable 5-night stay at Herloom's one-bedroom premier twin room. Experienced some problems with the balcony door and bad odour from below the kitchenette's sink, and the support came to rectify the issues promptly. Breakfast was fantastic. All the hospitality staff were courteous and, without fail, asked for feedback for improvement. Kudos to the customer service team! Special shout-out to Ranti, who greeted us every morning with her bright smile and was prompt to help with all the requests we had during breakfast. Great service with sunshine smiles even on rainy days! Will definitely recommend Herloom Hotel and Residence BSD to travellers for a comfortable stay at BSD.

GGuest UserAlways love staying here for a staycation, because it doesn't feel like I'm in Tangerang haha. Unfortunately, the bed is a bit hard and the water heater is no longer usable. Hope they replace them soon.

MmoonindayExcellent! It's very close to the airport and offers a shuttle service. Rooms on the right side facing the road can be a bit noisy, as Indonesian motorcycles are loud from morning till night. So, from my second stay onwards, I always requested a room on the left side, which is very quiet and ensures a good night's sleep. The breakfast also has a wide variety of options suitable for Chinese palates. I really hope I can come here for a vacation someday instead of just a business trip. Even for business, it's great, perfectly avoiding city center traffic, and the hotel's ambiance makes you feel like you're on holiday!~ (￣▽￣～)~

IIchakamilEverything was absolutely great! The location is strategic, and the food was delicious. However, I do have one complaint: the room had a bit of a musty smell when we first entered. I hope this can be looked into. Also, during breakfast, there were some black bits in the orange juice. Even after changing glasses, it was still there. We informed the staff, and they immediately responded and offered us complimentary watermelon juice. All the best, Hotel Santika!

AAnonymous UserCannot praise the service in this hotel enough! The transfer from the airport to the hotel was smooth. The driver (Yuda) was very responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The front desk (Salsabila) cannot be more friendly. There was a construction near the hotel, so the traffic was really bad, but this has nothing to do with the hotel itself.
