GGuest UserHad a cosy, quiet and enjoyable 5-night stay at Herloom's one-bedroom premier twin room. Experienced some problems with the balcony door and bad odour from below the kitchenette's sink, and the support came to rectify the issues promptly. Breakfast was fantastic. All the hospitality staff were courteous and, without fail, asked for feedback for improvement. Kudos to the customer service team! Special shout-out to Ranti, who greeted us every morning with her bright smile and was prompt to help with all the requests we had during breakfast. Great service with sunshine smiles even on rainy days! Will definitely recommend Herloom Hotel and Residence BSD to travellers for a comfortable stay at BSD.
KKenneth kylbriStaying at the Aryaduta Lippo Village is a wonderful experience, truly feeling like a resort-like escape right in the city. The incredibly lush and expansive tropical gardens are immediately striking, creating a genuine urban oasis. A clear highlight is the massive lagoon-style swimming pool, a perfect spot for relaxation that reinforces the hotel's serene, family friendly atmosphere. The staff are exceptionally friendly and genuinely helpful, making the entire visit pleasant and welcoming. While the hotel has a classic charm, it is very well-maintained with all the modern comforts needed for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, offering the convenience of being within easy walking distance to the supermall and various restaurants. This hotel comes highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway without leaving the city conveniences behind.
GGuest UserThis is a very recomended hotel for leisure and winding down.
Supported with service and hospitality exceeding for the price.
Looking forward for another chance to stay at Novus Jiva Resort Anyer.
AAnonymous UserIt's quite a distance from the airport, but they do have a shuttle service. The only downside was a musty smell in the room, which definitely needs improvement. Breakfast was decent and quite varied, mostly Western-style, and mainly convenient.
FfuuyunghaiI stayed here the night before an event for BSD. I arrived much earlier than the check-in time, intending just to drop off my luggage. However, my room was already ready, and they kindly let me check in, which was a huge help. The event venue was right in front of the hotel, which was incredibly convenient. The hotel room was spacious, and the shower had hot water, making for a comfortable stay. The amenities were by Senseisha. It's also close to Aeon Mall, so finding food was never an issue. Breakfast was a buffet centered around Indonesian cuisine, and it was delicious. I'd definitely like to stay here again if I have business in the area.
TTheosofieQuick check in, good room size. I got good open view and near to a food court and convenient store just outside 2 minutes walking distance.
Easy check out with great choice of breakfast buffet. Free airport shuttle service and on time.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is right in Terminal 2, but there are two flights of stairs to climb, which is inconvenient with luggage. However, you can ask a porter for help, so the service is decent. The facilities are very basic, feeling more like a domestic guesthouse. It's probably the worst of the three terminals. I only chose it because I had an early morning departure from T2. The three terminals are connected by a free Skytrain, with stops about 5 minutes apart, but it stops operating at midnight.
GGan Yung ChyanThis airport hotel is actually named D'prima Wellness Center. It sells sportswear for golf and provides room and accommodation for tourists and passengers on transit. It is located next to Pelita Air check-in counters at Cengkareng Terminal 3.
To reach D'prima Wellness Center, enter Gate 4 to the Departure Hall after exiting the Arrival Hall, going up the external escalator and walking for less than a minute. Look for Yoshinoya Restaurant which is on the right of D'prima Wellness Center before arriving at the double-level airport hotel.
Toiletries are limited to toothpaste, toothbrush, towel, body wash and shampoo.
Breakfast starts at 6 am. Before that, breakfast packs are being prepared near the reception for guests who have paid for room packages with free breakfast. So, I eat breakfast at Bangi Cafe on the left of the hotel before I check-in for my Pelita Air flight back to Singapore by 5.20 am local time.
GGuest UserVery nice hotel, service is very good, we shifted from hotelroom 22m2 to a suite 47m2 with big balcony.
Minor remark if you ask to fixe the deposit box code you have to ask several times (normal in Indonesia).
Very friendly staff, especially Reza & Rully from the restaurant. My wife is gluten free and they asked the kitchen staff to prepare a special gluten free meal ! Thank you Reza & Rully.
The breakfast choice is great of course more Indonesian orientated but oké for us.
Menu card is sufficient and typical Indonesian but also have hamburger & pizza on the list. The sate I found dry.
Unfortunately Aston hotel has no Spa so no Pijit (Indonesian massage) mani- & pedicure facilities and we had to go to another hotel. We advise the hotel to have the pijit & mani- pedicure in-house .
The area is not very interesting but staying at the hotel was very nice because of the beach and swimming pool.
Overlooking everything it is fine for a stay for 3 or 4 days because limited interesting things to see and shopping facilities.
Vv8989I had another pleasant stay at this hotel, and it remains one of the best options near the airport. The staff are consistently friendly and genuinely helpful, which always makes a difference. Its location, just a few minutes from the airport, is incredibly convenient, especially for short stays or transit. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and I also tried the spa this time, which was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience.
On the downside, I noticed the bedding had a slight fragrance scent. It wasn’t a major issue, but I would have preferred a no-fragrance option if I had known in advance. Compared to my stay two years ago, the property is also starting to show a bit of age.
Overall, it’s still a very comfortable and reliable choice, and I would gladly stay here again.
