The Hotel is super good .. Everything are amazing.. But we face a scamming that we opened our safe to arrange some documents and cash then the housekeeping team arrived to cleanup … So i let them enter the room for cleaning but I didn’t close the safe since we are in the room in that time. The safe located inside the closet the one you can walk in .. After they finished the cleaning We find 200 USD from our cash in the safe .. The cleaning team put the new laundry bag right on the top of the safe (in that time it was open) and now body noticed us that the safe is open …!!! I submitted a complaint to the front office of the hotel …!!! And i I described the cleaning staff to them exactly, and who was the person who entered the wardrobe containing the safe...!!! They said they would investigate the incident, and after two days they contacted me again saying they had questioned the cleaning staff, who denied taking anything from our safe...!!! And of course, we didn't find anything... which is obvious because no one would confess in this way without being pressured. And here's the question: why didn't the cleaning staff warn us that the safe was open when they went in to put the new laundry bag on top of it?

the location is very convenient, it is near to the train and subway. There are shopping malls nearby, and some famous site viewing. The hotel is nice, rooms are big, food are quite good. Service is very good!! The lounge is good for chatting and business meeting too.

I recently stayed at Swiss-Belinn Medan and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Medan, making it easy to access nearby shopping areas, restaurants, and local attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities provided. The bed was cozy, and housekeeping did a good job ensuring everything stayed tidy throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to assist with any requests, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Breakfast was quite good, offering a decent variety of local and international dishes. The dining area was also clean and well-organized. One area for improvement would be the Wi-Fi connection, which could be a bit unstable at times. Additionally, the room size might feel slightly compact for longer stays, but it is still sufficient for short trips. Overall, Swiss-Belinn Medan offers good value for money, especially for business or short leisure stays. I would consider staying here again on my next visit to Medan.

We love our stay here. The room was spacious, clean and spotless. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was also clean and well maintained. Shower gel and lotion with lightly lavender scented were our favorites. Breakfast was very delicious with western, asian, and local cuisine. We also love the service that all the staff provided. Especially the receptionist that helped us had a smooth check in. Overall we have a great stay here and will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Medan.

The environment is good, located in the heart of Medan, close to shopping malls and not far from the Medan city rail station. Taxis are also convenient. It's worth noting that Medan Airport is quite a distance from the hotel, about a 1-hour taxi ride.

After my flight arrived in Medan, I took the airport train to Medan Station. From there, I was able to walk to the hotel. Just a heads up, you'll need to cross a pedestrian overpass, and there are lots of small stalls underneath it. The hotel breakfast was good, and it's very close to Tjong A Fie Mansion.

Had a very pleasant stay overall. The concierge team truly stood out—they were professional, attentive, and always ready to assist, making the entire experience smooth from arrival to departure. The lobby is beautifully presented with a welcoming ambience, creating a great first impression. Breakfast offers a wide and varied selection, which is commendable, though there is still some room to further enhance the taste. The bed is comfortable, ensuring a good night’s rest, and the property is well maintained throughout, reflecting good upkeep and attention to detail.

This was my 6th nights stay with separate subsequent bookings due to unknown situation of our mum's conditions who was in nearby hospital. Everything of this hotel was good and convenient, especially the staffs. Not using the other facilities in the hotel at all apart from sleeping and breakfast.

Great hotel and great location. Best service from the Front Office during my check in and check out. Suggest to provide butter instead of margarin for the toasts during breakfast.
