The water, instead of being crystal clear, is murky, raising concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. This aspect certainly detracts from the overall experience, especially for guests looking forward to a refreshing swim. On a brighter note, the rooms themselves are satisfactory. The air conditioning works efficiently, which is a relief in the tropical climate of Manado. It's a basic comfort, but in this case, it's done right. The hotel's breakfast buffet offers a wide selection, which initially seems promising. However, the taste of the dishes fails to live up to their visual appeal. Most of the items lack distinct flavors, leaving a rather bland experience on the palate. A significant issue we encountered was with the hotel's taxi service. Upon requesting a Kijang taxi to Gorontalo, we were taken aback by the pricing. The hotel charged us an additional 50% commission on the taxi fare, which felt exorbitant and left a sour note on our overall experience. In conclusion, while Aryaduta Manado has the framework to be a top-tier hotel, it falls short in several areas. The lack of cleanliness in communal areas, underwhelming food, and overpriced services are aspects that urgently need attention. For now, it stands as a reminder of faded glory, needing a rejuvenation to return to its former prestige.

A highly recommended place to stay, the rooms are clean, neatly arranged, especially when entering the lobby area, very attractive with an artistic touch. affordable prices and very good service. Located in the heart of Manado City, there are many restaurants around the hotel and a comfortable atmosphere.

I think this hotel is the best hotel in Manado. But the food(bolonaise spaghetti) was too salty. I couldn't eat it. But the hotel is connected with big shopping mall, it's convenient.

I was going on a jungle trip and this was the nearest hotel. I wouldn't have been attracted to the hotel, save for the location. However, it was a brilliant, friendly hotel with super staff. Breakfast was in the large restaurant on the ground floor with stunning murals. They were full of colour and vigour and clearly much thought had gone into the decor. Loved this hotel and would stay here again.

We had a wonderful week at Grand Luley. Very kind staff. Lovely people. Rooms need renovation but everything was working and it was clean. Nice walk to the jetty. Restaurant was really good but we had to wait before being served. Great balinese massage at spa. We had a very nice captain for boat trip to Bunaken or Siladen. Not from grand Luley. Much cheaper. Grand Luley is in a remote area but we had a wonderful week !

This hotel is located in a prime location in manado where you can easily find many restaurants and shopping centers. the room is not sound proof. I stayed in the upper floor but yet I still can hear traffic sound and music from the surrounding bars. Room is clean and the service is good. I’ve to mention they serve the same breakfast every day and it was so crowded during the eid holiday. One minus point for breakfast. Overall, a nice hotel in manado.

The food in this hotel are great ! Start from the room we got room facing totl the sea, so we can enjoy the sunset 🥰, than for the food are great aswell, lot of choice with local food and bread , fruit. And for The staff so friendly aswell.

Stayed for another night! The brand hotel chain is quite good. It is in a great location and has all kinds of food, drinks and entertainment nearby. It is suitable for vacation or business trip.

Everything is good, the breakfast is very yummy, the bed is so comfort, the toilet and the bathroom like in heaven, everything is very good for me, the employe is kind and nice. And dont forget before you check in please prepare money Rp.50.000 for deposite.

+ excellent breakfast. Very hearty. I left a lot each time! Super nice reception line who even found me transport to tangkoko and speaks very good English. A+ dive shop staff. Clean pool and perfect temperature to warm up when returning from dives. Clean and well-equipped rooms. - Cruelly deficient diving equipment, in need of replacement or serious maintenance! Octopus hoses cracked and dry. Overflow to the surface with a regulator... change of equipment... then o-ring dries... return to the boat again to change it... If this dive shop had been next to others I would not have dived there for the sake of security! If it was a question of evaluating the diving center I would have given 2 * for the friendliness of the staff and removed the other 3 because of the equipment. In addition we charge double the price of other dive shops in Lembeh for rental! King beds are actually 2 single beds pushed together so uncomfortable and hard crack in the middle of the bed.
