The stay experience in novotel is very beautiful and also delighted with the service of the staff. The rooms are very clean and neat and service is damn good from the staff and house keeping services.

The service, food, and decor were all excellent and very satisfying. However, I was charged a high price for snacks that were provided in the room. I wish they had informed me beforehand that there would be a charge for the snacks.

Hotel facilities/location, Staff's customer service and cleanliness/hygiene, and overall experience are excellent. One area that needs complete change is the buffet breakfast management. Morning buffet breakfast was very chaotic and staff managing breakfast lost control. To name a few areas for improvement, when you walk-in, nobody greeted and seated you, nobody served water or explained the buffet, several food bins were empty, breakfast area was very noisy, guests were coming in and sitting wherever they want, etc. So, I recommend that Manager and team be present at the door, control the entry, staff decide which table to seat them, ask if they want water, coffee, etc., monitor and refill bins timely. In ONE word BF team and manager take control and implement smooth discipline.

Located in the heart of vijaywada. Huge spacious rooms. Good room amenities and quality. Cleanliness can be improved a little.

Cleanliness could have been improved bathroom were slightly dirty and dust on surfaces. Staff were very polite and friendly however quite forgetful on what we ordered with food. Overall good stay could be improved with more attentiveness from staff.

My first visit to Wijayawada..3 nite stay at Vivanta Hotel.. Excellent services , clean, top hospitality..easy to move around in city centre. Appreciated to all the staff very easy to communicate and helpfull The front desk ***ager.. Mr. Pritam and staf, The restaurant ***ager Mr Sanjib n Staffs..Sourav, Ripul, Rajesh, Ritu and Kalyania..very helpful and friendly...Security Supervisor Mr Sunil and staf Sivashanker..done great job ..almost lost my ZFold phone but they ***age to get..Kudos to ViVanta..next visit on April 24..meet you all then..Thank you..

Always good our second time i lost my wallet somewhere but I got it back i forgot that for 24 h but i got it back that's wonderful hotel ☺️

Grand Vijayawada by GRT is an excellent Hotel, beyond my expectations. Location : Excellent, walkable distance to all shopping Hotel Room : Excellent, with all facilities like a five star hotel, provided complimentary fruit basket Staff : well trained , very good behaviour, never experienced in any star hotel across the world . Also very polite and helpful. Excellent ambiance. Provided complimentary Foot massage for both Very low priced and value more than what we paid. Food is very good.

This hotel boasts a truly excellent location, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the surrounding area. The service provided by the staff was consistently good and very helpful throughout our stay. We found the general ambiance to be quite pleasant and welcoming. However, it is worth noting that an update to the air-conditioning systems in the rooms would greatly enhance future guest comfort. Overall, we had a positive experience and would consider returning.

Covered parking needs to improve. Can't have bird droppings over my car due to open air parking. The hand soap, shampoo dispensing system needs to change from the” squeeze” to something better. I'm Not satisfied with the towels (clean but probably are not being replaced with brand new towels for quite a long while). Expected the experience to be much better from a Marriott bonvoy group hotel. The reception , cleaning staff were attentive and responsive.
