"The property location is very easy to go. From tatanagar station by share car to mango, by auto to chepapul. Food was so good and on time. They provide room service well, people are very helpful. If i face any issue they are just a call away. Overall 10/10 for me. I will visit again."

Guest UserAs this is a 5-star hotel, our expectations were quite high. The hotel has an excellent location, beautiful structure, very good cleanliness, and impressive amenities. However, there are a few areas where the overall guest experience could be improved:
1. Luggage service at check-in: Our luggage took more than an hour to reach the room. We had to call the reception twice before it was delivered. At a 5-star property, luggage assistance should ideally be prompt and proactive.
2. Toiletries: The room was prepared with toiletries for only one person, although our booking was for two guests. We received the additional set only after requesting it.
3. Swimming pool service: Towels and drinking water should be readily available or provided when guests arrive at the pool area. We had to request these items separately.
4. In-room dining payment: We were asked to make the payment immediately after the food was delivered, and the staff also took a picture of the payment confirmation. In my opinion, the charges should ideally be added to the room bill and settled conveniently at checkout, as is generally expected at a 5-star hotel.
5. Collection of used utensils: After finishing our meal, we kept the used utensils outside the room for collection. Unfortunately, they remained outside the door overnight and were still there the following day. This should have been noticed and cleared much sooner

Overall, the property itself is very good, but the service and attention to detail need improvement to truly match the standards and expectations associated with a 5-star hotel.

Ranchi doesn’t have too ***y top tier hotels. This hotel is actually underrated and for the price per night offers a really comfortable stay. I stayed for 1 night and found the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. It’s located about 20 minutes from the airport. For anyone looking for a decent stay on a budget, this is a great option in Ranchi!

Hotel was nice and the manager is also very helpful. Its very near to the Nucleus mall and the shopping street upper bazaar is also walking distance. I would tecommmend this hotel if you want to stay in the city centre. Also, all rooms have lake view.

All were good, but they at the time of check out they made bill in excess. 3 bottle mineral water per day are complimentory. I stayed 2 days and i took 8 bottles out of which 6 are complimentory. But they charged for 4. I onject but they did not correct the bill. This is pure case of cheating. Even when there govt of india directed that not to take more than mrp, they did not bothered. This is my complaint against the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at hotel imperial heights. My room was spacious clean and welcoming. The staff were courteous, polite and helpful. I strongly recommend this hotel. It is value for money. The food in the restaurant is also good.

李There are no mosquitoes in the room, the breakfast is quite rich, the service is well trained, the environment in the hall is very elegant, and the scenery can be seen while eating, listening to the piano accompaniment.

The hotel is new. as such, its interior looks nice and pleasing.
pros
Location, amenities, food quality, housekeeping, room service, supportive staff, and front desk.
cons
Distance from Temple is about 2 km. you need a vehicle to go to parking and walk about 600 m to reach the temple.
Corridors are not at the same level; as such, one needs to be careful while walking to avoid falling.
Restaurant staff found struggling to manage adequate provisioning of items to guests during Buffet breakfast.
