EEvdokimoffThe room is comfortable, the bed is comfortable, the air conditioning works great, there is a safe in the room.Cons: the hotel does not live up to its stated star rating, if it is 4 stars, then it is very old and unloved by the owner: the cows in the elevator require replacement or dry cleaning, the elevator itself falls in when you enter it, the second elevator almost always does not work. The toilet in the room is constantly running, you have to press the flush button many times, otherwise it flows without stopping. There are no disposable toothbrushes in the room, shampoo is added every day, and body lotion only once. All the dishes in the room, except for the kettle, are disposable, there are no forks or knives in the room. The TV is old, having turned it on once, we were unable to turn it off - it does not respond to the remote control, when you take out the card it turns off, but turns on when you insert it. In front of the central entrance to the hotel there is an old fountain, which is therefore turned on in the evening, as a result, even on the 4th floor you cannot enjoy the view from the balcony during a pleasant conversation - the fountain is so noisy that you can hear it even in headphones - my sympathy for the guests of the 2nd and 3rd floors. The pool is small and shallow, the umbrellas by the pool almost do not create shade, and the sun loungers are always occupied by towels and books thrown on them - this clearly demonstrates the poor work of the staff - in any decent place it is the staff that fights this in order to avoid conflicts. The staff at the reception is demonstratively reserved, the feeling is that you are at an official's reception, but not in your hotel. But the biggest disappointment is their beach. Firstly, it was not stated anywhere that it was paid for guests, but ok, they call it a beach club, and such establishments are usually worth their money, but not in this case - here for money you get an old sunbed with an umbrella and a paid shower, it seems there is no toilet at all. The umbrella is very small and almost does not provide shade. They have a system for guests - but it constantly hangs, at the reception there is an old cheap computer, which costs less than 1 day of their services. We tried to order food and drinks through their system, the first time it is difficult to do, you can change the goods in the basket only by going to the reception, which was what I had to do, after which I sent the order there, 19 minutes later they told me that the kitchen was closed, it was noon!!! The beach itself is more like a lake beach: black sand gets dirty easily, plus the pebbles are unpleasant for your feet, and it gets so hot that you can't go to the water without shoes, even the neighboring clubs have solved this problem and made decks, the Panorama Club doesn't care about guests, but you can smoke here, which is what mothers with babies do, not really reacting to comments. It is stated that the beach club is open until 8 p.m., but yesterday, July 17, a certain Vincenzo, in a red lifeguard T-shirt and cheap glasses, announced to the entire beach that the beach was closing at 6:15 p.m., explaining that he was tired of working. We already had a restaurant booked for the 19th, which Vincenzo will never get into, but it's not about the boy Vincenzo, it's about the disgusting management of the beach club. All the neighboring beach clubs worked until at least 20:00, and there were fewer people in them than before. All this splendor cost us €1200 for 3 nights, which of course does not even come close to what we got. In general, I do not recommend this hotel, and especially the beach club, I wish the owners to carry out a major overhaul and teach the staff to communicate with guests, and turn off the fountain at 6 pm!

GGuest UserI stayed at the Hotel Royal Continental and was very satisfied. The absolute strongest point is the location, simply excellent. The room turned out to be very comfortable, spacious, and equipped with every comfort to ensure a great rest. A positive mention also for the breakfast, which was really good. Definitely an experience to repeat.

HHu_zhennExcellent! This building houses a hotel, a hostel, and student dorms all together. There's a security guard at the entrance, and you need a key card to enter the hotel at night. There are two kitchens: a larger one for students and a smaller one for guests – don't get them mixed up! The front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful. The hostel rooms don't have hair dryers. Laundry and drying each cost 2.5 euros. Breakfast is around 10 euros, and it's a rich buffet with fruits, bread, coffee, eggs, and bacon.

GGuest UserThe campsite is very pleasant and well-maintained, but as always, there's room for improvement. For instance, the restrooms are too far from the main accommodation areas. It would be beneficial to have a toilet block closer to the tent pitches (or wooden cabins). The opening hours for the pool and beach are too short; I couldn't make use of them as they were closed early in the morning and after 6:30 PM. Furthermore, the bar with the sea view was closed, and reaching the other bar was inconvenient because it was located uphill from where we were staying.

GGuest Userthe hotel is wonderful, beautiful gardens, the staff is always friendly and at your service. the bed and pillow great. the view of the hotel is awesome!! the breakfast also good . we have dinner at the restaurant of the hotel great cooking , romantic seating, a bit more expensive than going out to capri center ( dinner for two only main course and a couple of wine glass 100 euros).
I would definitely highly recommend this hotel. price is excellent for what you are receiving. 5 stars hotel.

shuttle service excellent and free. write to the hotel so they will pick you up at the port. you can walk to the hotel but is a little tough with the luggage .

After confirming the booking and arriving are the area the owner disappears for hours, doesn’t answer texts or phone calls and doesn’t leave anybody in the property to check us in we had to plead with locals to help us get the owners phone number. In addition, when we checked us we had to deal with non English speakers (how do you rent properties internationally without being able to communicate?) and also demanded tax payment in cash even though they carried no change so we ended up paying more than needed. Property itself very nice and clean but I recommend to stay away.

AaurorayeThis is the biggest chain hotel in Sorrento, located halfway up the hill, about a 10-15 minute walk to the city center's pedestrian street. Transportation is quite convenient.
The hardware facilities are fine, and the breakfast is plentiful, with a chef making omelets on the spot.
However, the service is truly awful! Check-in was incredibly slow. First, they couldn't find my reservation, then they mixed up names. Just because Chinese people share the same surname, do they automatically assume we're the same person? Laughable!
Naturally, the room we were given had the wrong setup. We booked a triple room, but as photo 3 shows, the bed should have been made, and all the amenities were only for two people. We had to go to the front desk ourselves to get more. We tried calling, they said 'OK,' but nothing was delivered all night.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend it, unless the price drops significantly.

Even before check-in, I was contacted with all the instructions for getting into the room (everything was extremely easy) and all my questions were answered.
Finding the hotel was simple; just make sure to read the signs.
The room itself was bright, clean, and spacious. It was a comfortable refuge from the heat, with a rather quiet air conditioner.
Breakfast wasn't included for me, but snacks, juice, and milk were provided, along with tea and coffee. There was also a fridge, coffee machine, and kettle.
The room was cleaned daily.
The windows had mosquito nets and roller blinds.
Be aware that if your windows face the city, it can be quite noisy. I don't have trouble sleeping, so it didn't bother me.
The bathroom also had everything needed: shampoo, soap, towels, and a hairdryer. The water pressure was good, with both a rain shower and a handheld showerhead. There were no water supply issues.
There's an elevator in the building!
Right across the street is a small grocery store, and there are several others nearby, as well as a few cafes. The location is excellent:
- A few minutes' walk to the historic center.
- About 15-20 minutes' walk to the train station.
- 20 minutes by taxi to the airport.
- 30-40 minutes' walk to the promenade.

GGuest UserThe room was decent for a European hotel, and it was very close to Naples' central train and metro stations, making it convenient for getting to Pompeii or Sorrento. The young man at the front desk was very helpful and gave us sightseeing routes. The breakfast was also good; a €5 breakfast feels like a luxury in Europe. The young lady serving breakfast brought us our coffee, like a family-run hotel. However, please note that the check-in area and the accommodation are next door. We rang the doorbell for a while before someone came downstairs to tell us it was next door. I suggest the owner put up a sign or marker. Naples is definitely worth a visit.
