GGuest UserJust come back from a 4 night stay here with my 3 children. Absolutely stunning resort and it was more than i was expecting. The staff are so friendly and can't do enough for you, the resort itself is amazing and so clean. The atmosphere was fantastic and me and my children had the best little get away here. Im so glad I changed my mind at rebooking this place, we can't wait to return.

WWenWen HoHotel very close to Rome Terminal, straight at the middle exit, after the bus terminal then cross the traffic light and that you will see the open-air restaurant, just all the way in that can see the hotel!
Everything seems good, just a bit weird of the toilet in the room, maybe we are 3 people, the trible room that at ground, the toilet not suit for us, though the idea which for olderly people and wheelchair user…. perhaps, its a throughtful idea!
Staff very nice, helpful and friendly. They would provide the map for you and point to you how to get to the attractions. There have free suitcase storage service!! When we check out, the nice staff gave us the hotels snack and postcards! Thanks!

GGuest UserEn general, la ubicación del hotel es muy buena y tienes prácticamente todo cerca. Sin embargo, hay algunos aspectos importantes a tener en cuenta.
El ascensor es bastante viejo y tarda muchísimo, especialmente en determinados momentos del día.
Además, tuvimos que cambiarnos de habitación porque en la quinta planta hay un restaurante. Cuando cierran por la noche empiezan a mover mesas, limpiar y hacer bastante ruido, lo que hace muy difícil descansar. Imagínate después de pasar todo el día caminando por Roma, salir a cenar y volver a tu habitación con ganas de descansar para el día siguiente, pero no poder dormir hasta aproximadamente la 1:30 de la madrugada, que era cuando terminaban en el restaurante.
Por suerte, comentamos la situación y el hotel nos cambió de habitación, así que el problema quedó solucionado. Sin embargo, si el hotel está lleno, quizá no tengan la posibilidad de hacerlo. Por eso recomiendo tener muy en cuenta este detalle, especialmente si les asignan una habitación cerca del restaurante.

AAnonymous UserI recently stayed at this hotel and while there were a few positives, the overall experience was disappointing due to a series of overlooked details and frustrating issues.
To start with the good—the staff were great: friendly, helpful, and informative. They made an effort to assist whenever asked, and that hospitality was appreciated. The location was decent, about a 30-minute bus ride to the city center. It’s not exactly central, but manageable if you’re okay with the commute.
The room was reasonably clean upon arrival, but the quality of housekeeping declined quickly. A lotion stain I accidentally left on the shower floor was never cleaned, and instead of actually scrubbing the area, housekeeping simply placed a mat over it—as if to hide it. Initially, the room came stocked with two sets of towels, but after the first day, only one of each was replaced. While the booking was for one person, maintaining the original quantity would have shown a bit more care and consistency.
There were several small inconveniences that added up. For example, the room phone had no directory, so I had no idea how to contact the front desk or reach any services. On top of that, the air conditioning didn’t work for the first two days, which turned out to be because the previous guest had asked for it to be turned off, and it was never reset. It took me that long to realize I had to ask the concierge to enable it again. In a properly managed hotel, the AC should be reset and ready for the next guest without needing to make a request.
The continental breakfast was another letdown. The scrambled eggs were dry, lumpy, and had a strange grey tint. The bacon and sausages were cold, and orange juice was served in plastic cups. There was very little fresh fruit, and to top it off, they had a random speaker on the floor playing radio ads during breakfast—a strange and unpleasant ambiance for a morning meal. I’m glad I didn’t pay for breakfast for my entire stay, because it definitely wasn’t worth it.
The Wi-Fi was by far the worst I’ve encountered in any hotel. It disconnected constantly and, when connected, barely reached speeds of 5 Mbps. For a hotel in a tourist-heavy area, this is unacceptable and suggests a clear lack of awareness of guest needs—especially for travelers who rely on Wi-Fi to plan outings or stay in touch.
Noise was another major issue. The elevator makes a blaring siren-like noise when it opens, which woke me up every single morning. The walls and doors are paper-thin, making it easy to hear people walking or talking outside, and the doors slam shut loudly, adding to the disturbance.
Finally, while not the hotel’s fault, there were a few homeless individuals living around the property, which might make some guests feel uneasy, particularly at night.
All in all, while the staff were excellent and the location worked, there were just too many frustrating and avoidable issues—poor housekeeping, unusable Wi-Fi, subpar breakfast, noise problems, and a lack of attention to guest experience basics. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless the hotel makes significant improvements across the board.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located just a 10-minute walk from the metro station, making it easy to connect to the historic city center.
We stayed for 2 nights and chose the standard room. It was small, but it had all the comforts we needed for a pleasant stay.
The buffet breakfast was superb and the perfect way to start the day with the right energy for long walks and exploring beautiful sights.
I would also like to highlight the use of Davines products in the shower, which was a lovely touch!

GGuest UserGenerally had a nice time in Rome because of the strategic location of the hotel to the Vatican, the Vatican museums, the bus stops going everywhere. But there are still lots of room for improvement.
Pros:
1. Near the Vatican museums (just have to cross)
2. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby
3. Fast check-in at 3pm. Can leave luggages at storage area if you arrive early.
4. Room is clean and quite spacious.
5. I purchased some items online and had them delivered to the hotel. Lady at the frontdesk gladly gave the package to me.
6. Can request toothpaste with toothbrush and front desk gave us plus additonal toilet paper and slippers.
7. The lady at the front desk helped us book our hotel to airport transfer (70 Euros using a BMW).
8. There are clean toilets near the elevator and we used it while waiting for our ride going to the airport. The lobby is also relaxing and only a few people around.
9. They also have a storage room where we left our luggages when we checkout before 10am.
Cons:
1. Walks ways can be crowded due to many tourists nearby
2. Hot water at the bath area was not available during the morning after our first night. Forced to take a bath with very cold water during winter time so you can just imagine the discomfort we had to undergo. Very disappointed with this considering we paid a lot for our stay. They should have regular check-up and maintenance to avoid this situation.
3. People at the front desks are not really welcoming and rarely smile. But they finally smiled when I gave them coconut chips as token of our appreciation.
4. Bottled water only available on the first day of stay. Should be daily. But can request from the cleaning ladies who were very friendly.
5. Room cleaning is only in the morning before 12noon. Our room was not cleaned on Jan. 1 because we left our room at almost 12. No one informed us.
6. When we booked the airport transfer with a lady at the front desk, it looks she did not endorse our airport transfer to the other lady staff who replaced her at the front desk and we were quite alarmed because the driver came in a little past 330pm. The other lady was even saying that her colleague might have not booked the airport transfer because it should be requested two days ahead of schedule. Anyway, our ride arrived on time but was not able to get in immediately to the hotel because of lack of parking space in front of the hotel. We had to cross to get to the black BMW.
