"This hotel was a very good option for a budget stay , Muhannad Alshaer was a great person and helped me check in and provided everything he could , the location of the hotel is in a decent area with the mall 15 minutes away and you can uber for 1.5£ to the bus station that takes you to Petra and Dead Sea , the hotel was clean and big for solo or couples , would stay again"

Callum TAn overall enjoyable stay at the Ritz-Carlton Amman, but there’s certainly room for improvement.
Pros:
- Rooms are enormous, and incredibly comfortable, with a good modern TV that allows streaming from your phone and a lovely rain shower. This really is the major highlight.
- Legend’s bar is very fun. Cocktails may be a bit lacklustre, but the massive screens, live music, and golf and racing simulators more than make it a great bar.
- The Lebanese restaurant was delicious, and definitely a great choice for dinner.
- Breakfast when available is very solid but not amazing (see the cons for more info).
- Hotel location is far from downtown, but next to all the other major hotels with good access to restaurants.
- Staff are courteous and helpful for the most part.
Cons:
- The breakfast restaurant is far too small for the size of the hotel. I had breakfast paid for, but missed it twice due to the restaurant being full. This really needs to be amended because the hotel itself was not even full. If you cannot attend the capacity of your hotel, this is a deep issue. Breakfast was solid, but still it was small compared to other 5 star establishments.
- New Year’s Eve was due to be the highlight of our stay, but we were left massively underwhelmed. We booked a table at Roberto’s, but despite being seated by 22:20, it took until 23:00 to get our appetisers, and we had not even had our main courses by the time the New Year came. This is unacceptable.
- A small but necessary point, in general the cleaning was fine, but one day we returned to the hotel at 16:40 to find we still had not had our room made up. We had to request this. I expect far more from a 5 star establishment, and the fact that I’m not sure we would have received a cleaning without our request is concerning.
Overall, I’m happy with my stay. I still think the Ritz-Carlton Amman is probably the best hotel choice in Amman, but it leaves a lot to be desired. My review and rating reflects how I feel based on competing hotels in the area.

MR101Great stay with excellent service I recently stayed at the Mövenpick Hotel Amman and was thoroughly impressed with the level of service and overall experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, attentive and always ready to help with a smile. The reception team were efficient at both check-in and check-out, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free.
The room was well-appointed, clean and comfortable, offering a great blend of modern amenities and a relaxing ambience. I particularly appreciated the quality of the bedding, which ensured a restful night's sleep. The housekeeping team did an exceptional job of maintaining the room throughout my stay.
Dining at the hotel was also a pleasant experience. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of international and local dishes, all freshly prepared and beautifully presented. The restaurant staff were courteous and attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable.
The hotel's location is another strong point - convenient for both business and leisure travellers. In addition, the facilities, including the fitness centre and swimming pool, were well maintained and added to the overall positive experience.
Overall, the Mövenpick Hotel Amman is an excellent choice for anyone visiting the city. With its exceptional service, comfortable accommodation and convenient location, it certainly lives up to the Mövenpick standard. I would be happy to stay here again and recommend it to others.

Managed by Marriott, this hotel boasts an excellent location, making it very convenient for getting around. The hotel's design and decor are new and stylish, and both the facilities and services are top-notch. The staff are enthusiastic and friendly. Taking a taxi to Rainbow Street or Jabal Amman is usually around 1.5 JD, and it's also very easy to get to the North Bus Station. The hotel also offers many activities and feels very safe.

Guest UserDuring my business trip to Amman, I stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Residences and had an excellent overall experience, deserving a five-star rating.
Prime Location: The hotel is situated in Amman's central Sheikh Zayed area, surrounded by a vibrant commercial atmosphere, making it incredibly convenient to reach business districts or historical attractions.
Warm and Attentive Service: The front desk staff were professional and efficient, quickly handling my check-in and clearly explaining the hotel's facilities. Room service was also very prompt.
Comprehensive and Thoughtful Amenities: I stayed in an apartment-style room, which was incredibly spacious. It featured a fully equipped kitchenette and a separate living area, making it extremely convenient for long-term stays or families.
Good Dining Experience: The breakfast offered a rich variety, balancing both international and local flavors. The lobby lounge was a comfortable spot for meeting clients or enjoying a drink.
Overall, this DoubleTree hotel perfectly blends the convenience of a business hotel with the comfort and freedom of apartment-style accommodation, making it a reliable and welcoming choice for business or leisure travel to Amman.

Mamunur Rashid NTVOverall experience is fantastic. The room was very clean, washrooms are good with hot waters. In some rooms there are no hand shower, so be careful about that 🤪 one problem I found was the dental kit, they don’t provide toothbrush / dental kits, so don’t forget to carry them with you.

Guest UserThe room is very spacious and located right next to a shopping mall. Be aware that there's only one entrance, which is right next to the mall's main entrance. If you're driving, pay close attention to this as Google Maps is inaccurate; there's no entrance facing the mainland side. Adib and Exxx (apologies, I forgot the name) from housekeeping were exceptional; they even brought a whole pack of water when asked. There are many restaurants nearby, including Korean, sushi, Chinese, and pubs. There's also an import supermarket not too far away, and another supermarket in the mall's basement if you can't find something specific. Plus, there's the best Chinese restaurant in town nearby.

The hotel was great, the rooms were very large and clean, the bed was most comfortable. The pool service could not be better, and the hotel food was great, the terrace bar was phenomenal, 100% recommended. I would go back with my eyes closed. On weekends they have pool parties during the day, both for children and adults, with a DJ included. And with a lot of security, so you feel at home.
