AAnonymous UserExcellent stay! Great value for money. Although the rooms are a bit dated, they are well-maintained, clean, and tidy. The shower had great water pressure and temperature, and the hairdryer was powerful. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. There's a convenience store and a pharmacy right downstairs, so everything you need is readily available. The hotel also provides a free shuttle bus to and from Narita Terminal 1 and 2, and Terminal 3 is easily within walking distance.

MMay CinHad a great stay here! The room was comfortable and spacious for two people. One of the highlights was the small foot massage machine provided in the room, which was perfect for relaxing and relieving our tired feet after a full day of walking.
The hotel also provides a shuttle bus to Disneyland and DisneySea, which was very convenient. Another thoughtful service was that the reception team helped send our luggage to our room before check-in time, so we could go out and enjoy the day without having to carry our luggage around.
There is also a Lawson convenience store right in front of the hotel, which made it very convenient for us to grab sandwiches and other food for breakfast.
Overall, we had a very good experience and really appreciated the thoughtful services provided by the hotel. Would definitely consider staying here again!

KKing Young JoeMain 2 things need to mention.
1. Welcome from reception is very poor. They like very tired. They need to smile and Welcome the guests.
2. Food. California International Buffet breakfast is very poor. Specially for Vegetarian and Vegans doesn't have choices at all. Very food mix with Pork, Eggs, Beef, Chicken but only 2 main food available for Vegetarian. Which is Rice and Vegetable curry. That's not International buffet should serve. At least Friedrice or Noodles should have for Vegetarians. All are mix with meat.
Another main thing is I was accommodate for few weeks and all the weeks are same exact menu doesn't change anything.
Buffet staff are with good manner.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious enough to fully open a 29-inch and a 20-inch suitcase, which, for Japan, speaks for itself in terms of value. It's very close to Maihama Station, making travel convenient, and it's a hundred times quieter than the Hilton across the street. The first floor of the Hilton was like a noisy flea market by comparison.

1. **Convenient Airport Commute**: Easily accessible from the airport by bus. Just buy a ticket on the 2nd floor of the airport and catch the bus on the 1st floor, which drops you directly at the hotel entrance. There's a Lawson convenience store a short walk to the left from the hotel exit, making shopping very convenient.
2. **Quiet Location & Spacious Rooms**: The hotel is situated in a quiet area, and the rooms are generously sized with comfortable bedding. There's a free shuttle bus service directly to Disneyland and Shin-Urayasu Station (where you'll find an Aeon supermarket with plenty of dining and shopping options – great for trips to central Tokyo). Getting around is easy, but do check the shuttle schedule.
3. **Excellent Service & Breakfast**: The hotel staff are friendly and efficient; check-in was quick, and their English proficiency made communication seamless. Breakfast offers a good variety of options at a reasonable price, though it can get busy, so it's best to go early.
4. **Well-Equipped Rooms**: The room facilities are good, with everything you need. The shower pressure is excellent, perfect for washing away the day's fatigue.
Cons:
1. **Limited Nearby Shopping**: The closest shop is a Lawson, which is only good for daily essentials. The nearest major supermarket is quite a distance, at least a 30-minute walk (depending on your pace).
2. **Housekeeping Needs Improvement**: Room cleanliness could be better, especially in corners and on the top edges of furniture, where dust accumulation suggests it hasn't been wiped down in a while.
Summary:
Overall, it's a good place. The price is affordable, offering great value for money, and the room facilities are relatively new. Although the location is a bit out of the way, the free shuttle bus service makes it very convenient for getting to nearby attractions. Just remember to keep an eye on the shuttle schedule. I would definitely stay here again for future Disneyland trips. Highly recommended.

We were assigned a room in the annex building, which seemed older than the main building. The walkway leading to the rooms was rather dimly lit.
The room's furniture was also quite low, even for someone of average height, which made it less comfortable than expected. However, the water pressure was excellent!
A big shout-out to the airport shuttle bus service! The transfers to and from the airport were very convenient and definitely one of the highlights of our stay.
The breakfast was great, with a good selection, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Having a Lawson convenience store on the ground floor was another big plus, making it easy to grab snacks and other essentials.
Overall, the hotel has some areas that could benefit from refurbishment, particularly the annex rooms, but the excellent shuttle service, good breakfast, friendly staff, and convenient Lawson store made the stay worthwhile.If you prefer, I can also make it shorter and more direct for Google Reviews or ***********.

999jinmeirenAn absolutely perfect hotel stay! The service from the front desk, restaurant, concierge, and even post-stay was excellent. They offer a free shuttle bus to Disneyland (which also serves as a tram stop), which is very convenient!
The hotel doesn't provide any beverages in the rooms, but there are two very convenient convenience stores downstairs (within the hotel itself)! The pool wasn't open due to the season. If you need to go to the airport (Narita & Haneda) from the hotel, make sure to book at least one day in advance!
I'll definitely be back next time!

The hotel offers a free shuttle service to and from Narita Airport and JR Narita Station, which is incredibly convenient for travelers with early morning departures or late-night arrivals! The room is significantly more spacious than typical hotels in downtown Tokyo, allowing two large suitcases to be fully opened. The environment is clean and tidy, and the bed is very comfortable. There's also a 24-hour FamilyMart convenience store inside the hotel, making it super easy to grab food or snacks. The value for money is exceptional!

ひひ〜坊If you can overlook the hotel's aged exterior, which is understandable given its proximity to the sea, you'll find it to be a highly recommended stay overall, thanks to its exceptional cleanliness, excellent in-room bathroom, and attentive staff.
I stayed in a Premium Floor View Bath Large Room with two others for one night at the end of June. The exterior does show its age, likely due to its seaside location. However, the interior, including our room and the entire facility, was impeccably clean. Besides the large public bath, our room also had a spacious and very clean private bathroom.
The staff's service and demeanor were consistently polite and left a great impression. Even the international staff members were just as competent as their Japanese colleagues, reflecting high training standards. Another nice touch was the availability of toilets not just in the rooms but also throughout the building. Having two bath towels per person was also very convenient, making it easy to bathe twice, in the evening and morning.
My only minor suggestions would be these three points:
1. There are only two elevators available for guests. Considering the total number of guests, this felt insufficient. While there are elevators closer to the center of the building, they are marked for staff only, and there's no explanation as to why guests can't use them.
2. I wished the showers in the public bath had stronger water pressure and more volume.
3. The dinner buffet operates in two sittings, with the second starting at 7:20 PM. However, this effectively means less time than the first sitting, and I would have appreciated being informed of this at check-in.
Additionally, we were told that during peak times, we might have to dine in the lounge outside the restaurant. However, the downsides of using the lounge (e.g., the distance from the food stations to the seating, along with steps and small stairs) were not explained, making it unclear why this particular arrangement was emphasized. (While there are carts available to carry trays, they are prioritized for the elderly and those with disabilities, and their availability is limited.)

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's location is great, very convenient. The room size was decent, but as soon as I entered, there was a strong smell of disinfectant. I stayed for 3 days and didn't get a good night's sleep once. The people upstairs were constantly running around, making thumping noises from the afternoon until the early hours of the morning, making it impossible to sleep. On the last night, I couldn't take it anymore and called to complain. The hotel staff confirmed that it was indeed the guests upstairs running around and said they had already spoken to them, but the problem was never resolved! I'm truly impressed with the hotel; their solution to feedback about not being able to sleep due to noisy upstairs neighbors was simply, ”we've already told them several times.” The breakfast buffet offered quite a few choices, but the taste was just average.
