Room is very new and spacious, they put into a 3 beds room though I only booked twin bed room, the space for luggage is limited. Bathroom is wonderful. Cleanliness is sparkling, the cleaning team is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is excellent, they serve high quality food with great variety. Restaurant staffs are very friendly as well. One thing I would just hope they have the new slippers by request, the Japanese slippers are not that stable and for hygiene purposes.

Nice new hotel connected to subway station and a large supermarket on the Basement floor, food court is on the 5th floor, lobby on the 7th floor. Some staff talks in good English while others do not speak well - all of them are polite and efficient. clean and comfortable new room but a bit noisy facing the main road. We can see the Doshin/UHB fireworks on the 18th floor with some obstructions from tall buildings. I shall stay again in the future!

Former 々 I stayed for 2 nights with a high-rated review. The staff was very friendly, the facilities were substantial, the cleanliness, the breakfast buffet and the word of mouth were wonderful. I think it's a quality that's not surprising even if it's double the price. If I dared to be worried about only one point, there were group guests who seemed to be salaried men and students of sports club activities, but they talked loudly in the bathroom or sauna, and after the sauna, they didn't even hang water. I'm in the cold bath I saw several insane people, such as making noise in the hallway. I think this is not a hotel problem, but a customer problem, but on the assumption that some people are such insane, they should be warned especially to group guests at check-in. I hope you will write an easy-to-understand note in the bathroom. I will use it when I go to Sapporo again. Thank you very much.

I recently stayed at the Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo for three nights in a Standard Family Room on the 7th floor and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The room comfortably accommodated our group of four, and we were pleasantly surprised to find two separate bathrooms with bathtubs, which added a significant level of convenience for our family. While the room did not offer any particular views, the value for money was undeniable. The hotel's buffet spread was another highlight of our stay. With a wide variety of options, it catered well to different tastes and preferences, ensuring a satisfying start to each day. A couple of logistical aspects made our stay even more seamless. We were able to return our rental car directly at the hotel, having rented from Toyota Rent-a-Car. This saved us a lot of time and hassle. Additionally, we utilized the Airport Bus service from the hotel, purchasing tickets easily at the front desk on the day of our departure. This convenience allowed us to relax and enjoy our last moments in Sapporo without any stress. One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was the excellent service. We had purchased quite a bit of chocolate from the Royce Chocolate Factory, and the hotel staff went above and beyond by accepting and storing our delivery until we arrived a day or two later. This level of service truly enhanced our experience. The hotel's location is another significant advantage. It is about a 10-minute walk from Sapporo Station, making it very accessible. For those interested in exploring local shopping areas, Tanuki Koji is a manageable 30-minute walk away. Overall, the Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo offers excellent value for money with its well-appointed rooms, great amenities, convenient location, and outstanding service. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapporo.

Even through the hotel is a 3 star hotel, but the premium room is better than 4 star ones. The room is fully equipped, fridge, washing machine, kitchen. Two things surprised me are drip coffee machine with FOC coffee capsules and dryer machine, not commonly seen in hotel room. The front desk lady can communicate well in English. The carpark is automatic type, one staff assists on parking.

Everything was lovely. The grand bath was an eye opener and I love it. The breakfast spread was good too! We had ramen at one of the restaurants in the hotel at around 830pm after watching the demon show. We stayed there for 2 nights and did not utilise the grand bath on the 2nd night. I was charged the osen for 2 nights. My friend was not charged for the 2 nights as he did not utilize the onsen. The staff should have asked me before requesting payment of the 2 nights. - Carrine

Location is perfect if you are looking for a hotel near sapporo train station. It's just 3 minutes walk so very convenient. There are combini nearby (7-eleven and lawson). They clean my room every day. Change towels, empty the trash bins which is really good. The room size is bigger than tokyo. I just feel they can improve on food. I stayed for 4 days and the breakfast is the same menu every single day, nothing new on each day. Also, while they provide free coffee there's no bottled water given. Initially when I asked the receptionist, I was told I can drink from a cup on the 2nd floor (where food is being served and so as the free coffee) however on my 2nd night I went to the ”pantry” to get a water and there's none, when I went to the receptionist and ask, I was told to drink from the bathroom faucet.

Check in is easy and fuss free done by machine . Room is huge and clean . Hotel at a great location just opposite Sapporo station. There is an underground link from Sapporo station to the hotel with a lot shopping at the underground walkway. There is also bus that can travel directly from the hotel to New Chitose airport . Super convenient if you have a lot of luggages and with young kids. No need to drag your luggage to Sapporo station to squeeze the train with the crowd . Just board the bus and pay upon arrival at airport , fuss free and easy ! The hotel allow you to store your luggage if you are travelling out for 1-2 days to other places .Highly recommend.

Every time I visit Sapporo, I choose to stay at this hotel—it's the best Tokyu Stay I've experienced across Japan. Its prime location near Odori Park, offering views of the TV Tower, is a major plus. The staff are welcoming, the lobby is well-appointed, the cleanliness is unmatched, and one of the standout features is the inclusion of a laundry machine. Additionally, it boasts a proper chair and table setup, which is a refreshing change from the typically compact accommodations in Japan.

The bath looks beautiful new unit bath, but the drainage is packed with a lot of hair, and the flow is terrible, and I took a lot of hair with tissue. ２ On the day, when I returned to the room, the room was cleaned and towels were replenished. However, there is hair on the futon. .. .. It's different from my hair color and length, so it's definitely not mine. I don't think it's a purity, but I didn't like picking up the hair of a person who didn't know many times in the room. I think it's cheap and good if you just stay, but the people at the front desk feel bad, it's mushy, and I don't think I'll go again. I think the location is very good. The room on the road side can hear a lot of outside sounds in the middle of the night and the footsteps on the upper floor.

Hotel is directly across the street from the JR Hakodate train station and from the Hakodate morning market/right along the coast shoreline (see photo). Great location if you are arriving late or leaving early and still want to experience some of the town. Room amenities were very generous, they had a huge selection of free teas in the lobby. Along with complimentary afternoon coffee and coco.

I used JR INN for the first time. JR Tower Hotel Nikko Sapporo has used it. I stayed at a railway hotel for railway fans, but I was impressed this time. From the single room I stayed in, you can see all the vehicles coming in from the top of Hakodate Station platform. If you thought you could see Twilight Express and Hokuto Star in the time of running on the bed, Cassiopeia came in. In addition, the timetable is posted on the top floor bath, and the train is seen while bathing. There are many books related to the railway in the rest place, and you can know the history of the railway in Hokkaido. At the entrance of the hotel, there is a head mark such as Hokuto star, and the track is drawn on the floor, and it is a hotel that is not able to be caught in the railway mania from the moment when it enters. It is conveniently located in front of the station or in the station, and from the opposite room, Hakodate mountain can be seen, and I thought it was a good hotel other than railway fans.

I have booked 2 different rooms for 3 nights. I was told to check out on the 2nd day at 11am and come back to check in again for the new room but the check in time was unsure. On the day, when I checked out at 11am, the staff gave me the new room Key already - so the new room was already ready. It would Be much better if I was being informed in advance so that I didn’t need to carry my luggage’s to the lobby and go back up to the same floor when the new room was actually next to my Old one………

Hotel located at the transportation hub where Jr train and bus station and tram line was just across the road. Good size of room and bathroom for Japanese standard. I enjoyed the sunset with good view. Public bath was clean and good. Breakfast has good varieties. Only feedback is internet is slightly slow.Overall I enjoyed my stay.

We stayed at Century Marina for our first night in Hokkaido and originally chose it for its proximity to most of the sites we wanted to see in Hakodate. It's just a few minute walk from the train station with plenty of sidewalks so pulling our suitcases was no issue. The hotel also has a large parking lot if you choose to drive. It's also just a few minute walk from the warehouse district and the older area up the hill where a lot of historical embassies and churches are. The hotel's breakfast buffet is an experience itself with an extensive spread of both Japanese and Western food options. You will reserve a time slot when checking in, but even then you should expect a 10-20 minute wait in the morning to get your table, so its best to go up before your reserved time. This hotel also has one of the best rooftop onsen I've seen, with wonderful views of the whole marina and hill. When booking I didn't realize there was a hot springs so this was a nice surprise. Our room was right next to the elevator but very quiet and clean. This is a newer hotel too so everything felt very fresh and well-maintained. We checked in using Japanese, but the hotel has check-in info packets and signs in English so this is a good option for non-Japanese speaking guests as well.

I had a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation. However, the toilet was small, and there was no beverage corner for a quick refreshments. Family mart, sushi restaurant, ramen shop and cafe are conveniently located next to hotel within 5 to 10 minutes walk.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and offered a stunning sea view. Guests have free access to the hot spring facility, which was a delightful experience. The breakfast buffet was reasonably priced and offered a variety of delicious options. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near the morning market, making it easy to explore local offerings. Highly recommended!

I used it for the first time. A luxury hotel, breakfast is a special mention! We chose Japanese food in Azeria for the first night １ and Matsumae for the second night. At the buffet, there was a heap of salmon roe that I had never seen before, and I was able to make a super gorgeous seafood bowl, which was really amazing. ２ Matsumae on the night was also a very nice set, and I chose the salmon roe set, but this is also super satisfying. My friend was Hitsumabushi set, which looked very delicious! The room was large and well maintained, and it was good because it had a long-established style plus modern functionality.

One of the favourites hotel stay in Hokkaido for our family! The hotel is small but very neat and clean. We are a family of 5 and we loved the layout and the modern design of the room. The staff were very friendly. We managed to choose one of the shops at the seafood market for our breakfast. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

The location to Good eateries and local mall places and also Taxi, Chuo Buses to tourists spot are all walking distances by 200 metres from the hotel. So fo check it out when you plan your trip to Otaru.

　Amenity is a simple hotel that saves the waste to take next to the front desk, so I think it is not enough to ask for a 5-star or 4-star hotel. It's just a new and clean hotel that is much more calm than a normal business hotel. Some pack prices with breakfast are very reasonable depending on the site. The location is very quiet because it is located in line with the former Bank of Japan building, not along the canal. It is close to the mall shopping street, so it is close to the sushi shop, the cake house in Hanazono town and the shinkuraya. There is also Lawson next door. The parking lot can be deposited from 13:00 before check-in, so it is ideal for sightseeing such as the canal, the must-see Otaru Art Village, and the Otaru City Literature Museum. As soon as you leave the canal, you will see a local-priced shop that is not a tourist price, and I think the location is wonderful. In addition, the view from the hotel room overlooking the harbor was wonderful. We were in a smaller condition, extra bed, in a not large room, but we were very comfortable. I think it's also because the door is thick or I can't hear the sound of other rooms at all. However, the bath in the room is small. Instead, the large communal bath on the top floor is not a hot spring, but the view is good and clean. It is also a good impression that the lockers that can be used were restricted so that they would not be crowded, probably because of corona measures. Breakfast buffet does not include fish * or crabs that tourists to Hokkaido are looking for. Still, it is delicious with local vegetables and Alice Farm jams. The menu is more Western than Japanese, but there are many warm foods and it warms up even in snowy Otaru. Thickly sliced bacon and steamed vegetables were very delicious. Also, the staff was young and I liked it very much even though it was crispy. The front desk staff guided me in the snow when I entered the parking lot. It was also active at the breakfast venue, so it seems that it will help where human hands are needed. It is also advanced as a business hotel that can calm down with a lot of new indirect lighting. We recommend that the husband of the corner-style liquor store, which is located at the edge of the arcade after dinner, is the most friendly and friendly if you drink a glass of sake. Stayed for 2d1n as a couple. We had a comfortable stay in the room, which was spacious and even had a small sofa. The location is excellent, a short walk from Otaruchikko station. It is also directly connected to the large Aeon mall which we visited quite a lot. It connects directly to Wingbay as well, which was convenient for shopping, etc. It is about a 30 minute walk to the more touristy part of Otaru, which was fine with us since the prices in the surrounding area were also lower.

Let’s start with the Service staff. Customer facing warm attentive accommodating responsive smiling. Choose any positive word and it will be here in this wonderful onsen resort family managed with the son at the front to welcome you. Shiro San. Mother and owner father are both very active in the daily management Lobby evening cocktail hour is pleasant and relaxing. Sink into the warm ambiance of the lobby coffee beer area with eye catching decor n warm service. Cookies nuts beer coffee n wine are served here. Breakfast n dinner are a delight n foodie experience especially in room and whether in the different dinning areas western or Japanese. Such a delightful experience to have both like we did. Food n beverage is excellent and we totally enjoyed our 2nd and 3rd nights dinner in room. Onto the onsen now. There are 2 public onsen areas and I tried both. I was totally blown away by the evening session at the onsen located at the lower level. Out of this world is the description with Indoor hot pool Outdoor hot pool Outdoor cold pool Sauna n steam room n Fireplace The onsen on the lobby level is different as it has a high tech sauna room with a hot area where you can lie down to enjoy the heat on back or front. Car park is ample and a very very short drive to the lobby drop off pick up with a shelter should it rain. A must come n try

I almost always take care of Mr. Ocent when I go to Otaru. I usually book a twin room, but this time I used travel support, so I rushed to make it a deluxe twin. It was nice and awesome, but it's a little disappointing that a new hotel was built nearby and the view on the sea side was blocked. The staff at the front desk and lounge were also very polite. The cleaning staff passing each other through the corridor 々 and greetings are very pleasant (the same every time I stay) It is convenient to go anywhere for meals and sightseeing. You can go through the arcade to Otaru Station, so it's very helpful when the weather is bad. The food in the hotel is very delicious and it's a really recommended hotel.

This is a hotel I stayed for a family trip. The location is good, it's clean, and the staffs are nice and friendly. However, I was disappointed with the low ceilings and narrow bathroom in the room. The furniture lacks cohesion and appears mismatched. It seems like a room renovation is needed.

I have stayed once before at Kanpo no Yado. I stayed for the first time after the renewal with Asarigawa Onsen Hotel. The tatami mats and walls were nice in the room. The washing area of the large public bath is divided into two places, but there are not many seats, about 10. The hot water was warm and the temperature was good. The jacuzzi was narrow with about 3 people taking a bath, and the temperature was a little low. An open-air bath would be nice. Both dinner and breakfast were good with delicious food that is friendly to the elderly.

Fantastic location overlooking the canals in Otaru. Best thing about the hotel was having a separate bathroom and a separate toilet… Especially useful when travelling with families! Gorgeous stained glass window and you can see the amazing sunset from the top floor as well  Reception was large and the front desk folk were very friendly and helpful. Overall would highly recommend this hotel  

お部屋は大変綺麗でした。ツアーでしたので選べませんでしたが、新しい建物のほうで全てが新築で綺麗でした。でも歴史的建造物をリノベしたレストランがある方のお部屋も気になりましたが。窓の外の景観が全くなく、ダメ元でフロントに掛け合いましたがツアー客は変更できません、と言われ。。omo那覇さんはツアー客でもチェンジしてくれましたけどね。綺麗なお部屋なんですが、使い勝手が今ひとつでした。冷蔵庫が遠い。テーブルの近くにあって欲しかったです。あと、トイレ、洗面台、シャワー室は広々しているのですがあの広さがあればバスタブを作れたのではないでしょうか。omoシリーズは若い人向けだからバスタブは必要ない、とかでしょうか。お隣の歴史的建造物と中で繋がり、レストランへも行けます。そのレストランですが、予約制でディナーがあり朝食もそちらで食べます。朝食は豪華でした。かなり工夫されていてバラエティに富み美味しかったです。でも、トマムのニニヌプリの方が美味しかったですね。冷たいお惣菜がどれも今ひとつでした。それと高級感出し過ぎ。。ちょっと疲れます。ツアーに組み込まれていたので幾らだかわかりませんが、そんなに高価な朝食なのでしょうか？トマムと比べてomoシリーズには中国人がほとんどいないので少しホッとしますが。目の前にコンビニあり、小樽中心地にあり観光にも便利です。朝食はなくてもいいので、お安く泊まれたらまた行きたいですね。
