A traditional Japanese hotspring resort with excellent view and great breakfast. Staff are polite and friendly. The public hotspring has a wonderful view.

The room isn't huge, but there's enough space to open a suitcase. The Japanese guy at the front desk who spoke Chinese was a great help; he booked a New Year's Day restaurant for me, and the food there was delicious and reasonably priced. The service was excellent, and as a guest, I even got a 10% discount at the restaurant. The only issue was that the yukata provided had someone else's hair in it! It was all curled up in a clump, which was a bit disgusting.

Beautiful hotel with a moor onsen spa and sauna. However it is a 15-min walk from the station and shuttle service is limited. Lots of weddings and royal visit at this resort. Twin Room is spacious and comfortable. Walking distance to M fast food chain next door and Aeon shopping nearby. I would highly recommend it.

Located in Nakajima Park, it's easily accessible directly from New Chitose Airport via the airport shuttle bus, and the return pick-up point is conveniently right across the street from the hotel. The hotel breakfast offers both Japanese and buffet options, and both are delicious. Upon check-in, a bellhop escorted us to our room, helped with our luggage, and explained everything. Luggage storage is available, and for extended stays, our bags were already in the room upon our return. It really feels like you're staying right in Nakajima Park. Highly recommended!

Great location! Right downstairs are bus stops and the JR station, making it super convenient to get around. The hotel is quite new, and there's a drugstore right next door. The environment is nice, and the service is excellent. Plus, there's free coffee and hot water in the lobby, which is a nice touch.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, being close to JR station and within walking distance. It's right by the sea, with a seafood market just below, which makes breakfast convenient. There's also a convenience store nearby. The rooms are clean and tidy, with complete facilities, and offer beautiful sea views from the windows. The front desk service is great. My favorite part was the public indoor and outdoor onsen on the upper floor of the hotel, where you can soak while enjoying the sea view. Even the lounge area offers sea views – it's fantastic! Highly recommend this place! 👍

Right by Noboribetsu's Jigokudani (Hell Valley) volcano, our room had a sulfurous volcanic smell. You gradually get used to it – but if you absolutely can't stand the rotten egg smell of sulfur, be warned! Overall, it was a great experience. The sulfur hot spring water was very authentic, and there was a good variety of baths. We happened to visit during New Year's and the hotel even had a magic show 🎭 which added to the fun atmosphere! I'd definitely come again!

I've stayed here multiple times already. The main advantage is its convenient location, being close to both the JR station and Odori Park. The room size is decent, and the cleanliness is good. I'll definitely stay here again.

For three consecutive years, we've brought our kids to Sapporo for their December ski holiday, and each time we've stayed at Hotel JAL City Sapporo. The service from every staff member in the hotel lobby is top-notch. There's one person, in particular, who looks very Japanese but is Chinese, and her Mandarin is incredibly fluent, her voice is lovely, and her service attitude is simply fantastic! 👍 The hotel's Western-style breakfast is very rich and fresh, offering both Western and Chinese flavors, as well as Japanese options. The restaurant is located on the 35th floor, and the window view is absolutely stunning. It feels like you're looking down on everything from a great height, with our hotel nestled right amidst the mountains – an excellent location.

The hotel is conveniently located just minutes from the JR station. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. We particularly enjoyed the spacious and uncrowded rooftop onsen, which was incredibly relaxing. Our room was also very large and spotlessly clean.
