Really a nice place for relaxing. Perfect service professional, helpful and friendly staff with a warm smile. We stayed in Naruto Room which is really amazing. Kids are super excited for the free gifts and Naruto , Sasuke clothes. Your can enjoy free drink, snacks and welcome fruit providing in the room. Dinner and breakfast are included which is really high quality and delicious. Awaji beef is a MUST try. If you like watching stars, GRAND CHARIOT is a wonderful for you. The only disadvantage is the transportation. We went there by public transport. All information and instructions are unclear and we spent plenty of time to get there. Also, hotel is far away from the park entrance. You must contact the hotel at the information centre from park Exit F for the pick up when you arrived. Other than that, everything is perfect.

Fantastic view of the harbor from the hotel room, which is located next to a water front park. The hotel is a bit classic but clean and reasonably comfortable. It was a pleasant stay for my family on our one day visit to Kobe.

Facilities: Dry and wet separation, very clean, the hotel is very new. There are two washing machines and two dryers. Note that they are not coin-operated. You have to download the app to pay online. However, the process is very simple. You can use the app to see how long it will take to complete. I like the drink bar in the lobby. There is a coffee machine to make your own coffee, as well as ice, coffee sugar, etc. It’s also nice to drink coffee while waiting for laundry. Location: It's very convenient for driving. There is a parking lot downstairs with plenty of parking spaces. The hotel will give you a piece of paper recommending what delicious food is nearby. There is a cafe among them that opens at 7 or 8 o'clock in the morning (more famous for its pork chop rice), which is very delicious. Aeon is just a few minutes drive away, which is very convenient.

The room was clean and the breakfast was good. It was a long weekend so the hotel's parking lot was full even though it had a lot of spaces, and it took quite a while to find a vacant spot. Other than that I was very satisfied.

Location is really good 5 - 10 minute walk from the train station (sannomiya) and ikuta jinja. Their is also a matusya right next to the hotel that is 24 hour, so it is perfectly for breakfast and dinner. There is also a lawsons 30 seconds away which is very convenient. The room was very clean and the amenities were very good too. The staff at the front desk also spoke some English, which made the check-in and check-out much easier, plus it was 24h too. I didn't have any issues but if you do the staff will be able to help you.

It is directly connected to JR Amagasaki Station, so you can get there without getting wet in the rain, and there is also a shopping mall called Q's Mall, so it is very convenient for shopping. The room was cleaned nicely. There were also facilities such as a coin laundry. The breakfast also had a ”local cuisine corner”, and on the day I went there were some unusual dishes such as soba meshi (a combination of yakisoba and fried rice), which was interesting. The food corner was a little small, but they were well-organized and had a decent selection of items. I will definitely use it again when there is an event in Amagasaki

I recently stayed at the Kobe Sannomiya Tokyu Rei Hotel during my visit to the Kobe Exhibition, and I must say it was an excellent choice. The location is ideal, just a 15-minute subway ride to the exhibition center, with a direct line making the journey straightforward and hassle-free. The hotel's proximity to the subway is a major plus, offering seamless travel around the city. Notably, there's only one line change required to get to Osaka, making it convenient for day trips or additional business meetings. Surrounding the hotel, you'll find a plethora of restaurants catering to all tastes, ensuring you won't go hungry. Additionally, there's a massage center nearby, perfect for relaxing after a long day of activities. For those traveling by night buses, the station is conveniently close, making late-night travel plans easy to manage. While the hotel amenities were generally good, I did miss the availability of free coffee, which would have been a nice touch. However, this was a minor issue in an otherwise excellent stay. Overall, I highly recommend the Kobe Sannomiya Tokyu Rei Hotel for its prime location, convenience, and the abundance of nearby facilities. The location is mentioned to be about 5 or 7 minutes from the station, depending on where you read about it. I think it's more like 8-10. It's not far, but not close enough to walk luggage comfortably. I want to give the place 5 stars, but I also want to give it 2 stars. The service was good. They helped shuttle us around through the rain. The lady that served our dinner was very patient and helpful. Unfortunately, there is a big problem. The room we received has no view of the Maruyama river or garden, although it is advertised as such in pictures and descriptions on website. Our rooms had a view of the parking lot and the road, which the front desk referred to as a ”mountain” view. I'm sorry, but this just isn't a good practice. You MUST make this as a different type of room with different price and let customers decide the value. I would not have booked if I had known this. There is also another small problem. The dinner was overall quite good, but I saw some other customers received different dinners with the full snow crab and sake. We received part of a snow crab and cheap white wine. I am confused. It would help to have an explanation. Otherwise I can't help but feel these problems are because I am not a Japanese customer.
