"As far as I know, I didnt hear any explanation about cleaning time and who will be in charge of cleaning the room or toilet. During my stay, there were male cleaning the toilet and the dormitory room, if I am correct. It was a bit shocking for me. I was wondering what if females were changing.
The privacy issue was my only concern during this stay.
Overall, other users in the same room are quiet, but some of their stuffs are put near their bed space that block the aisle sometimes. The baggage area is so big. I hope the other users can stop their selfish behaviour and put their things in designated space. I strongly recommend users to follow the instructions of the hostel. If not, please do not use hostel."
PPAPI MARKLively Osaka was very cozy & very friendly staffs who all spoke decent English. Their hospitality was definitely one of the best I’ve been to in 🇯🇵 also a good size room for BIZ traveller (wish they offered 1 King instead of 2 twins). Bfast was acceptable but if u stay more then few nights might get tired of them since it’s the same daily! Overall was a nice experience & will for sure try their sister hotel chains in other cities!

GGuest UserRight next to the busiest tourist area in Osaka and with access to large number of facilities., Spaworld is surely a top choice to stay. But actually, the day ticket only costs 1500 yen and overnight staying fee is 1300 yen, which means you don't really need to stay in the hotel to use everything and stay for a night, kind of like a SPA net cafe. The plus for using the hotel is that you allow yourself to enter anytime you want.
GGuest UserSeriously, this is my favorite hotel in Osaka. Even though it's a bit older, it's super convenient for getting anywhere. Shopping is a breeze since you don't have to worry about the weather – just drop your bags off at the hotel and keep going! I'll definitely be staying here every time I come to Osaka. The breakfast is also delicious; it's a small space, but they have a great selection of food, including some really tasty Kuroge Wagyu beef.
JJuexiaodiThe hotel is a 10-minute walk from the subway station and consists of two buildings: the main building and an annex. The rooms aren't huge, but they're a good size for hotels in the same price range. They offer 24-hour hot water, coffee, drinks, and a microwave for heating food, which is great. Free luggage storage is also available. There's a Chinese-speaking staff member at the front desk, so communication was seamless. Breakfast was decent too. The only downside, if I had to pick one, was the constant stream of tour groups. It's also just a 5-minute walk from the main shopping street in Shinsaibashi.
KKrisyyieExit 18 at Honmachi Station has an elevator, but it's a bit of a walk. If you don't have luggage, Exit 14 is closer. I saw some reviews complaining about the inconvenience of having to go up to the 16th floor every time, but since I wasn't in a rush, it wasn't an issue for me. The triple room was very spacious, and we could open all three suitcases. The only minor point is that it would be better if the bathroom door was frosted glass. That way, it wouldn't be awkward if someone was showering while another person was using the toilet.

GGuest UserWe really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was small, as is common in Japan, but it had very large windows and a beautiful city view, which made it feel more spacious. Overall, the room was comfortable.
The hotel has a convenient and well-designed common area on the ground floor. The staff were pleasant and friendly. The location is good — the nearest metro station is a short walk away, and it was easy to get around Osaka from the hotel.

AAnonymous UserCons: The room was a bit small.
Pros: They have hot springs, and they're quite good. The breakfast was also decent; I just wish the hours were a little longer. The transportation is fairly convenient, with the subway station a few hundred meters away. There's a convenience store downstairs, which is great for picking up essentials.

DDoriskThe hotel location is very convenient, near Rinku premium outlet and Trial supermarket.
It is also walkable to Rinku Pleasure Town Seacle. It has free shuttle bus to KIX airport from 5:00 AM to 11:00 AM and round-trip departures begin in the afternoon to AEON MALL Rinku Sennan.
Their onsen has outdoor and 21st floor breakfast view is amazing. Excellent customer service at the front desk too!
But they do not provide water bottles for hotel guests and there is no phone in the rooms.
We were told by staff if need to call for anything, have to use the phone which is just outside our room near the lift.
I will stay in this hotel again when I travel to Osaka next time👍
AAnonymous UserWhenever we're in Umeda, the Hanshin Hotel is always our family's top choice. The rooms are spacious, and they even come with a decent-sized entryway. The cleanliness is consistently excellent. Its location is incredibly convenient, with JR and Hanshin lines right outside the hotel. Just two right turns from the hotel entrance, there's a fantastic ramen restaurant with a very noticeable sign. Highly recommended!

Great
GGuest UserThe hotel is clean and the location is pretty convenient, just minutes away from the nearest station - Nishi nagahori line.
However, I think it’s pretty weird that you are only entitled for 2 500ml water bottles for one night. Would suggest that they install a tap at the lobby so that all guests can refill whenever.
Overall a good stay for its price!
