Good location and facilities But maybe there's a lot of nightlife around. There are many tattoos in the hot springs. Breakfast was good too

The view is great, the food was great and the room was good. The only small things would be the staff could do better explaining things to families checking in, some explanations were vague. While in the rooms they are very clean, but you must be careful bringing any food or drinks in the rooms or the ants will invade the room. Tattoos being accepted for the large bath would be appreciated as well, they are currently very strict on any tattoos that are easily visible.

I stayed at the capsule hotel. The location was great, and I was able to walk to the Ruri Five-Story Pagoda. The staff were very helpful, even at night, and I was provided with a work kimono (work clothes), two towels, slippers, and other amenities, and I could even choose my own pillow, so I was very satisfied! Absolutely perfect!

The room is small, only big enough to open a 24-inch suitcase. The bed is on the hard side and the pillows are soft and collapsed. There are spare pillows available in the lobby (hard or soft), but there is a smell of cigarette smoke on the pillows near the smoking room. The room is very clean and tidy. Guests who continue to stay can use the magnet provided on the door to inform them whether it will be tidied the next day. If not, new towels and garbage bags will be hung on the door handle. The breakfast tastes okay, but the items are less compared to ordinary restaurants. It's okay to eat full, but you may want to consider eating wisely. The overall stay is quite comfortable!

Located in front of Tokuyama Station, there is also a convenience store in front of you from the entrance and exit. Parking is also close and convenient. It is opposite to the station where there are relatively many restaurants, so if you have such needs, it is recommended to book a hotel on the opposite side.

Iwakuni Kokusai Kanko Hotel, which was in the top 3 out of 15 trips to Japan 👍 The open-air hot spring overlooking Kintai Bridge is healing itself. I'm going to do it 3 timesㅋ. For dinner, the course kaisaki cuisine overlooking Kintai Bridge is endless, and you can enjoy it with draft beer and sakeㅎ Breakfast was also very satisfying 👍 The staff was friendly, clean, and the comfort and healing make me want to visit again next time. Arigatou gozaimasu ^^

The location was convenient, less than a 5-minute walk from Shin-Yamaguchi Station. There were restaurants and convenience stores near the station, which was very handy. The room was clean and it was a shoe-free room (*´∀｀*). While there were few cosmetic amenities, there was tea and coffee in the room, and two bottles of water. Breakfast was a buffet, and there was a wide variety of delicious food. The front desk staff were also very kind and helpful ･:*+.\(( °ω° ))/.:+

A well-balanced hot spring hotel. Excellent location, right in front of the bustling downtown area. Both the indoor and outdoor hot springs are very pleasant. The rooms are a good size, a mix of Japanese and Western styles, and not cramped. Clean. Overall, a highly satisfying hotel.

guy at the front counter was the nicest man i’ve ever met, he drove my friends do the convenience store and laundromat at 10pm and was super hospitable 10/10 i would give my life for that guy
