Room was large and had all you would want. Took a deposit for mini bar but mini bar wasn’t actually filled, which was odd- but deposit was returned. Great breakfast, lovely outdoor pool area and decent sized gym

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lavitor Hotel, and overall, it was a highly satisfying experience that I would gladly recommend to other travelers. From the moment I arrived, the hotel’s welcoming atmosphere and attentive service set a positive tone for my stay. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with friendly staff who were eager to assist with any questions. Their professionalism and warm demeanor made me feel comfortable right away. The lobby itself was clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, creating a great first impression. My room was spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was particularly comfortable, allowing for a restful night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the room, as housekeeping clearly maintained high standards throughout my stay. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring modern fixtures and a good supply of toiletries. One of the highlights of Lavitor Hotel was its convenient location. It provided easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, making it an excellent base for both business and leisure travelers. Whether I wanted to explore the city or simply enjoy a quiet evening nearby, everything was within reach. The hotel’s amenities added extra value to the experience. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was particularly useful for staying connected and planning daily activities. Additionally, the common areas were well-kept and comfortable, offering a relaxing environment to unwind. Breakfast was another positive aspect of my stay. The selection was varied enough to suit different tastes, and the quality of the food was consistently good. It was a pleasant way to start each day before heading out. If I were to mention a minor area for improvement, it would be that the hotel could expand its dining options or provide more variety in certain services. However, this did not significantly impact my overall experience. In conclusion, Lavitor Hotel offers a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay with excellent service and well-maintained facilities. It strikes a good balance between affordability and quality, making it a great choice for travelers seeking a reliable and pleasant accommodation experience. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

The worst experience ever in my life. I am willing to bear all legal responsibility for the facts I have stated. At approximately 2:30 a.m., an unknown man entered my room without authorization. This is an extremely serious security breach. Had I been a female guest sleeping alone, or had I been asleep with valuables exposed, the consequences could have been far worse. If my belongings had been stolen while I was asleep, what protection or recourse would I have had as a Wyndham guest? This incident occurred in the middle of the night, when guests are most vulnerable. I consider myself fortunate that nothing worse happened. However, I was unable to sleep for the remainder of the night due to fear and anxiety. Even today, I do not feel secure leaving my belongings in the room. I have had to carry my laptop, passport, and all valuables with me because I no longer trust the hotel’s security procedures. What further disappointed me was how the situation was handled. When I rushed to the reception immediately after the incident, the only response I received was a brief verbal “sorry.” There was no explanation, no reassurance, and no immediate action taken to address my concerns. Additionally, my keycard had been revoked without notice, forcing me to return to the reception again. As of today, no manager has reached out to me in person to provide a formal apology or explanation. The absence of proper follow-up makes the situation even more concerning. If hotel management considers this a minor mistake, that is frankly alarming. As I wasn’t able to sleep at all due to the hotel mistakes And they reject to refund me for the first night’s accommodation fees. And until now, I don’t receive any official apologies from them. Be careful, what happened to me might be happen to you as well.

The breakfast was varied and well-chosen. As a traveler, I felt comfortable and safe. The reception was always staffed and friendly. It was a bit noisy in the hotel room due to outside fans, but I was able to change rooms. There's a supermarket and several cafes across the street. I'm very satisfied!

Resting here is not the first time, the management of the hotel youth service level and the quality of the hotel improve and make our rest pleasant) you can see that the hotel is not standing on the spot but developing. Rooms are clean, towels, neats, The slippers are all necessary in the room. Thermal sources, Hamam, Sauna, Russian steam on wood, cold bath and large pool all necessary for excellent rest is present. The forces have a bar area now you can order food and drink without going away from the pool. There is everything for a comfortable rest in general.

The Novotel Bishkek City Center is easily one of the top international chain hotels in the area. Its location is absolutely superb – you can walk to the city center's shopping district and parks, and there are plenty of currency exchange spots right on the street, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. The entire building is brand new and modern. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and have no strange odors. All the bathroom and office facilities are comprehensive, and the WiFi is stable and fast. The staff are fluent in English, and their service is warm and efficient. The hotel also boasts an indoor pool, gym, and spa, perfect for both business and leisure. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety, covering Western, Chinese, and local dishes. Downstairs, the restaurant serves a full menu of Western and Central Asian cuisine. This is definitely my top choice for business or leisure trips to Bishkek, and I'll be staying here again.

I really loved this hotel; I only had positive impressions. The room was clean, cozy, and spacious, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet and pleasant to be in. I'd especially like to highlight the staff—they were very polite, friendly, and attentive, quickly assisting with any questions. The location is also convenient, with shops, cafes, and other necessary amenities nearby. Overall, the hotel left an excellent impression. Everything was comfortable, clean, and well-organized. I stayed at Avant Hotel for a whole week and honestly it became one of my favorite stays in Bishkek. The location is perfect, literally right in the city center and super close to everywhere, which made everything so easy during my trip. Restaurants, cafés, shopping, and attractions were all nearby. What made this hotel really special for me was the staff. Every single person was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Since I stayed for a week, they even started recognizing me, always smiling, saying hello every time I walked in, and making me feel really comfortable and at home. Their hospitality felt very sincere and warm, not forced at all. The service was amazing from beginning to end, and whenever I needed help, they were always ready to assist with kindness and professionalism. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bishkek.

Extended my stay for an extra two nights and the staff has fixed the issue of the bidet not working the night before. The hostel staff were extremely kind and helpful qnd did not hesitate to assist or advice with any questions. Thank you for the wonderful service and I truly enjoyed my stay here!

We initially planned to stay in a yurt, but with temperatures dropping to -5°C at night, the hotel kindly upgraded us to a more comfortable room — one with a queen bed and another with three single beds. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped, including a bidet in the bathroom. Overall, our stay was very pleasant, and the staff’s flexibility and attention to comfort made the experience even better. Highly recommended!
