Overall it's average. I chose this hotel based on the pictures, but the hygiene and service are average. I won't stay there next time. The breakfast is also average. The overall feeling is not very good

From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, warm, and genuinely welcoming. A special thanks goes to Mr. Mustafa at the reception for his continuous support throughout our stay. His professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to assist at every moment made our experience seamless and memorable. He truly represents the high standards of hospitality that the Four Seasons brand is known for. The hotel itself is magnificent. The restoration and decoration beautifully reflect an authentic Moroccan touch, blending traditional craftsmanship with refined luxury. From the intricate details, elegant colors, and artisanal elements to the serene atmosphere throughout the property, every corner tells a story of heritage and sophistication. The architecture and interior design create a sense of calm, elegance, and cultural richness that enhances the overall experience. Overall, the Four Seasons Rabat at Kasr Al Bahr is a remarkable destination that combines exceptional service, stunning design, and a deep appreciation of Moroccan culture. The hotel is in a very good location for business. The staff are very nice and quick to respond. The main thing that was a little uncomfortable was that there aren't very many restaurants near the hotel. Apart from that, my trip ended with because of them.

The location is a bit far from the old town, but the resort hotel covers a large area and the environment is very good. From Spain, the enthusiasm of the service staff has improved a lot.

While the hotel itself was nice, their failure to honor confirmed reservations was unacceptable. Due to overbooking, several of our group's pre-made bookings were shifted, causing significant inconvenience and disrupting our plans. Confirmed reservations should mean exactly that — confirmed. Overbooking is a poor business practice that shows a lack of respect for guests who plan ahead. Management needs to address this issue before it damages their reputation further.

- Friendly helpful staff but expect slow service as is the case generally around Rabat. - Brilliant room and the hotel but not all amenities are live. The hotel very much is under construction. Not great for a pricy hotel. Was disappointed. Steam room was not on and you had to walk through construction to get to the spa. - The Spanish restaurant in the hotel was superb. - Location wise you are away from the centre but great if you want the beach.

This program was great to take.a.trip to Atlas mountains and an edge of Sahara desertt.in a short period. Even take to Fes as.an end point. Riding a camel was a.big and memorable fun. The one night hotel accommodation and its food was good. Spending one night at a camp was good. Whilst the tent was not an old style I had expected but a today's cheap one, it was acceptable. Only regret was the guide and driver had a weak voice cause fatigue.

We chose the hotel because of its location - just in a few minutes walking distance from the Rabat Agdal Gar. The room was small but cosy. We really enjoyed our staying for a night there - had a good rest to continue our journey. We liked the breakfast very much - good combination of traditional English breakfast and local specialties. Msemens were hard to beat!

The location is convenient and close to attractions, but in the old area, the hotel facilities are old, the food is average, and the service staff have good attitudes. If you want to save money, a hotel is definitely a good choice.

The hotel is very conveniently located. There are several museums nearby, and the train station is a 5-minute walk away. The room is spacious and spotlessly clean. But...the cigarette smell! That's a major drawback for us. No amount of fragrance can get rid of it. The soundproofing leaves much to be desired. You can hear pedestrians talking from the street. We really enjoyed the breakfast. The hot drinks were served warmly, with a wide selection and everything was delicious. The reception staff was friendly. It's possible to leave your luggage after check-out. Overall, we recommend it.
