How disappointed was the last guest who had stayed in this room before me . He/ she must be speechless and did not leave any feedbacks or recommendations for improvement For a hotel under the Thistle brand, this is unacceptable. It really shows that management does not care about upkeep or guest comfort. Basic cleanliness and maintenance should not be negotiable. Do not sell any room not worthy of your brand . The room felt like it had not been used for a long time - there was a strong, stale, musty smell the moment we walked in. The pillows also had an unpleasant smell and did not feel fresh at all. The maintenance is very poor: The fabric on the chair was stained The air-con temperature could not be controlled at all - it was freezing and uncontrollable, we eventually had to turn it off completely The tap was not working properly Even the curtains were not hung properly Overall deco is very dated and tired

The location is beautiful and peaceful. The hotel is gorgeous and very family friendly. I really appreciate how helpful and kind the staff are. The food was delicious too. Lurve! Love the kids' pool coz it’s safe and shallow, so the kids can enjoy the slide and swim on their own without parents having to carry them all the time. The only thing is the rooms and furniture could use a bit of an upgrade as they feel a bit dated. But overall, I loved my stay here. The staff really made the experience special❤️

We had a wonderful family stay at Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson. A very special thank you to the team for the generous complimentary upgrade from our Premium Pool Sea View Villa to the Panorama Pool Sea View Villa. The panoramic view was absolutely beautiful and made our stay even more memorable. We enjoyed the private pool, facilities, food and the overall resort experience, and truly appreciate the warm hospitality from the team. We are already planning to return, this time with a larger group, and hope to book one of the bigger or even the largest suites available. Thank you Lexis Hibiscus team for making this such an enjoyable and memorable getaway. We will definitely be back! ❤️

Had a pleasant stay with my family. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The facilities were good and suitable for families with children. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back again.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my visit. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist whenever needed. The location was convenient and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The breakfast was good, although it would be even better with a wider variety of food options to choose from.

Excellent marina/sea views, especially at sunset. Recent guests repeatedly praise the scenery. * 🏊 Pool and family facilities are a plus; the property is generally considered family-friendly. * 👨👩👧 Spacious rooms and a generally peaceful environment. * 😊 Staff are consistently praised for being friendly and helpful.

Everything else was satisfactory, but the cleanliness of the bathroom was a bit disappointing. Same goes for the plates and cups; we had to pick through several to find clean ones. Also, it would be great if the hotel could add more hooks in the bathroom for hanging wet clothes after swimming, as we noticed some rooms have clothes hanging on the balcony which spoils the hotel's view. The pool was great, but the kids' pool water was cloudy and smelled like feces. The slides weren't maintained. The shower was very powerful, which was good. The mattress and pillows were fine. We stayed in rooms 101 and 206, and they were comfortable. The cafe staff were friendly. The air conditioning was an older style but could be turned off if it was too cold. There was a good variety of food for breakfast. Toothbrushes were not provided in either room; we had to call and request them from the hotel.

There were many small holes in the room door, and mosquitoes kept coming in. We shot 30 mosquitoes that day. When I checked out at 11 o'clock the next day, there was no one at the counter, so I had to put down my keys and leave.
