Nice new hotel in ipoh. Service was awesome. Staff listened to our feedback . We had some issues but it was quickly rectified. Definitely will come back

Hotel is just a 5min walk to ipoh parade! Close to airport too (about approx 20mins) housekeeping was good! The hotel staff were friendly too. Shoutout to the malay guy in charge of the eggs station at the hotel buffet location as he really put his heart into frying every single omelette!

We had a lovely stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Damai Laut 🤍 The resort is peaceful and surrounded by nature perfect for a short family getaway to unwind from city life. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, and waking up to the greenery and sea view was truly refreshing. What we enjoyed most was how kid-friendly the resort is. The kids had so much fun with the pools and outdoor spaces, and we could actually relax knowing they were happy and occupied. Breakfast was good with a decent variety, and the staff were consistently warm, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience for both adults and kids. A great choice for families looking for a calm beach resort vibe. We’ll definitely consider coming back

Newly renovated room on 8 floor. Very decent room and breakfast for the pricing. Parking outside the hotel . Good location near to airport and petrol station. Hotel is under renovation but still is decent enough. 41 RM for breakfast for 1 pax seem cheaper than booking online which is for 2 pax and higher price.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The room furniture is slightly old but still ok to stay. The staff are friendly & helpful. The location is great, surrounded by mall & eatery. There is a market behind the hotel. Walkable to Taiping Lake. Hotel very near to sightseeing places.

hi tui haven, my first time visiting here n see about tui haven. . book 2 hour before arriving ipoh because my husband just remembered about the haven so i checked and got room here. . really nice lakeside residence. . the receptionist is really friendly and done fastest services upon check in and checkout time. .(indian lady)so nice of her i forgot to ask for a name. . the landscape and the view was amazing. . room also so nice and clean. .the toilet is very clean and i love the conceptsof the toilet. .i love the view from room. .i got lake view n sunset view. .which is so nice. .the room really spacious for us and got free snacks and drinks. . the amenities are perfect and complete. . and we got free refreshments at the restaurant. . breakfast buffet also has various choices. .pool are really big. .adult n kids pool and has jacuzzi. i love everything here include easy parking and got so many activitiesto do. .wo many ootd spot to take good picture. .

My stay at the resort was amazing! If I could give it 10 stars I would. Hospitality was top notch, ambience was perfect. Maybe reduce Buggy wait time during seasonal time as we almost had a rift at the beach with an Asian family who were rude to us, acting like we didn’t belong there. Literally acted like they had the right to tell us not to get on one because they were a group. We didn’t know that as there was no visible queue and profiling bunch of random Chinese people to infer they are in a group would be stereotypical. I understand the resort cannot control the kind of people in their space however I brought it up with our guy at the receptionist who apologized for the situation. I will definitely be back here as I had an amazing time

Location Located at the quiet corner of Jalan Che Tak, it is just opposite the popular 2 dishes old coffee shop Chee Wah - Claypot Lou Shu Fun and fried chicken wings. We took about 10 minutes using Grab from Ipoh Railway Station to here. Room It is a small family-run hotel that won many accolades. We booked 2 nights - Duplex Family Room. One King bed on the ground floor and a very steep staircase to the second room where there are 2 single beds. A flat screen TV is also provided at this second room too. We slept very well on the soft pillows and bed. The normal amenities of a hotel are provided. There is even a hot and cold water dispenser in the room. Cleanliness of the room is acceptable. Aircon is quiet and in good working order. Bathroom Clean with strong pressure of hot and cold water. Hanging hooks are provided. Breakfast It is served in the dining area on the ground floor. Very simple of local food but adequate. Service Friendly and warm. There is a lift at the lobby.

We had our own natural hot spring tub… soaking in warm water under the trees, just talking, laughing, and sometimes saying nothing at all. It felt intimate, real, and healing. 🧘♀️ The caves — Meditation cave was so quiet, we could hear our own hearts. Steam cave felt like a reset for the body. We didn’t rush anything. Everything there teaches you to slow down. 🍽️ Jeff’s Cellar dinner — This was the highlight. Fine dining in a 260-million-year-old cave — just wow. Romantic, calm, and full of little surprises from the chef. We’ll never forget it. 🌿 The overall experience? It’s not just a resort. It’s a space where two people can really reconnect — without noise, without distraction. Just you, your person, and peace. ⸻ We came here to rest. But we left with something more. A calm heart. From KTM station to hotel grab cost rm6. Foodcourt besides hotel building is non-halal. Room is spacious with comfy bed. Cloth hanger only 2pcs. Opposite to hotel is Taiping Sentral Mall & Lotus Hypermarket.
