The staff were welcoming, greeting us with refreshing drinks upon our arrival in the lobby. However, I was disappointed to find that we were assigned a room facing the kids swimming pool, lacking the promised sea view that was stated in my reservation. Apart from this, the overall stay was satisfactory.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, and the service was excellent. A special mention for the breakfast—it was truly awesome! We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel still under renovation, swimming pool cannot be used and hum temporarily move to 18 floor. Overall the service is still ok eventhough the first room given which was upgraded has human odol smell and we requested changing to new room which fine

This hotel is right in front of the famous Kuching landmark - the 7 cats. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The toilet also comes with bidet and shower was good. Breakfast buffet was also good with a decent selection of Sarawak food as well. Nearby Carpenter street too! Overall even though its a little dated it is still a very good choice to stay.

The facilities are excellent as it's a newly built hotel. I was especially satisfied with the king-sized bed; it was spacious enough for a family of three. We added an extra bed for our child, but it probably wasn't even necessary. My only minor regret is that the large guest room I stayed in didn't have a bathtub. The pool view is superb, and with a roof overhead, you can use it regardless of the time or weather, which is great. The water is a bit cold, though. The indoor showers at the pool were incredibly convenient. You can even get towels from the gym, so you can shower there before heading back to your room. My only slight disappointment is that some staff members didn't quite deliver the 5-star service expected of a hotel like this. Despite that, if you're ever in Kuching, I highly recommend staying here.

Hotel room is clean but a bit noisy at night as the room is facing the main road. Front desk is efficient during checked in and housekeeping service is good. Staff is very polite and courteous.

Nothing fancy but very practical and strategically located hotel at the riverside. Good for business or couple. The room is clean, mattress is solid and the shower pressure is so far the best over my years of travelling. The rates are the better one as compared to other neighbors. The reception is also friendly. 7-11 convenient stall located opposite hotel entrance.

I stayed at Astana Wing Riverside Hotel during a recent business trip and found it to be a comfortable and practical choice. The service provided by the staff was acceptable; however, I believe a warmer and more welcoming approach would further enhance the experience for business travellers. Overall, the hotel offers good value for business trips, with comfort, space, and accessibility as its main strengths.

A comfortable stay at Impiana by Roxy Hotel. It offers a great location, clean rooms, and good service. The renovated facilities were top-notch and the value was excellence.

The staff are very friendly, room is clean, just that the utilities like water a bit slow & fog. Since it is December raining season, so not much time can play around at the beach. The breakfast is delicious & quite a lot of choice. Overall its a nice place to spend with family.
