Conveniently located near the airport, making it a great choice for those who need to travel the next day and want to relax beforehand. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was in good condition. Soundproofing could be better, but fortunately the guests were quiet throughout the night. The hotel's real gem is the swimming pool. It is large enough to accommodate many guests and was exceptionally clean. The only area that could be improved is the communication regarding the free shuttle service, including its schedule and the pick-up location at the airport. There was no information available in the app or on the hotel's website. In the end, we gave up and took a Grab instead. For this reason, I am sharing the shuttle schedules and pick-up location here to help future guests.

I had a very pleasant stay at Sama-Sama Hotel Sepang. The hotel is extremely convenient, especially for anyone travelling through KLIA or spending time around the Sepang area. From the moment I arrived, the place felt welcoming, organised, and well-run. One of the highlights was the convenience of the hotel buggy transfer service, which made moving between the airport and hotel very easy. This is especially useful after a long drive or before catching a flight. The hotel lobby and entrance also gave a good first impression — spacious, clean, and comfortable. The room was comfortable and suitable for a proper rest. After a long day, it was exactly the kind of hotel where you can settle down, recharge, and feel at ease. The overall environment was quiet and practical, with the right balance of airport convenience and hotel comfort. I also liked the unique setting of the hotel, with views of the KLIA control tower nearby. It gives the stay a distinctive airport atmosphere, which is quite special compared with a normal city hotel. Overall, Sama-Sama Hotel Sepang is an excellent choice for travellers who want comfort, convenience, and easy access to KLIA and the Sepang area. It is reliable, well-located, and very suitable for both transit stays and short getaways. I would happily stay here again.

Stayed in this hotel a few times but this is the first time I booked the premier room. The room was extremely cold even at maximum temperature if 30 degree. I had to switch off the aircon. The lighting outside the room is too dim. Likewise for the room as they used purple light for the front if the bed. Time to upgrade your hair dryer. I had short hair and usually need less than 5 minutes to blow dry my hair. With this hairdryer even at maximum speed, it takes forever to blow dry the hair. Looks like paying extra for room might not always be the best deal.

I booked the Superior King Room for a solo staycation and really enjoyed my time! I arrived around 2:20 PM, and they allowed me an early check-in with a fast and smooth process. The bed was spacious and comfortable, and the room came with two large complimentary bottles of water. The TV wasn’t a smart TV (no YouTube, etc.), but surprisingly there were quite a lot of programs and channels available during my stay. The location is great. You can easily stay within the area without going out far. There’s a 7-Eleven for quick purchases, and a mall just next door with Lotus, Watsons, and more. The onsen costs RM28 for walk-in guests, with 45 minutes per session. Slippers and disposable underwear are provided, but you can also bring your own swimsuit. I went during a non-peak hour and was lucky enough to have the entire onsen to myself. They even allowed me to stay longer than 45 minutes. After the session, they served free hot tea and a sweet snack (dorayaki), which was a nice touch. The hotel also has two restaurants: Birch and Sora. I had dinner at Sora SkyDining, it’s a romantic spot with a great ambience. Prices are quite reasonable for a sky dining experience. I ordered the yuzu iced tea (RM16) and Tiger Prawns Spaghetti (RM38); the portions were generous and the food tasted good. If you’d like to burn some calories after dinner, there’s a beautifully lit garden right beside the hotel. Perfect for a romantic night walk. Breakfast is served from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM, with a wide variety including noodles, nasi lemak, pastries, halal dim sum, and various drinks. Everything tasted good. Check-out is at 12 PM and parking is only RM1 per entry!

Pros: The room comes with a balcony, great for enjoying the views and taking sunset photos. There's a garden downstairs for walks, and the air is very fresh. Toothbrushes, toothpaste, and bottled water are provided, and the cleaning staff are very efficient. The hallway is relatively quiet, and the service is excellent. There's a golf course, perfect for those who enjoy playing to pass the time. Cons: The overall room decor is a bit dated. There's no overhead light; lighting relies solely on floor lamps and bedside lamps. It feels a bit like an older 4-5 star hotel in China. The shower is in a bathtub, which can be slippery. Upon check-in, they requested a 250 MYR deposit plus a 'tourism tax' of 7 MYR per night. I've stayed in many hotels in Malaysia, and this is the first time I've been asked for a deposit and this particular tax. Tips: Bring your own slippers. The central air conditioning is very strong, so you might want to bring a long-sleeved pajama top. The front desk informed me that check-out takes 15 minutes (first time I've encountered such a long wait; I was a bit emotional during the interaction, but it ended up being processed in less than 5 minutes. Still, I recommend allocating sufficient time). I wouldn't specifically book this hotel again unless it was for convenience to UKM.

Checked in on the 9th late afternoon and without a hassle, the room was on the 7th floor , side by side 2 x twin guestrooms which were comfortable and spacious that can fit up to 4 people per room. the stay for 3 days and 2 night were amazing and the bed was very comfortable and soft. The only issue was the air-conditioning was a bit hard to control, even after setting it at the lowest temperature, it took way longer to cool down the entire room and kept jumping up to normal room temperature. However, the location was convenient as I was able to move in and out of the hotel with ease. The parking had ample space at certain times but in the morning it was packed. Per exit with validation from the concierge was only RM3, only had to provide your room number or room key. Even though we didn't have any meals there, the options for breakfast were quite costly starting from RM75 for simple breakfast options. But overall , was happy with the room and space - would definitely stay there again if I have the choice.

Overall, a pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and all the basic amenities were provided. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The location is convenient, with good local facilities nearby. The breakfast selection was decent and met basic needs. Overall, it met my expectations and was a satisfying experience. I would consider staying here again in the future.

Overall stay was very good with excellent location and amenities. Important with functioning room fixtures and maintenance. Front desk upgraded us to corner golf view room which was unexpected. We were very happy as hotel is just next door to the mall. The best breakfast spread with the live teh tarik crew. Also we enjoy the live relaxing music @ lobby after the day shopping ended.

The hotel is new and the lobby is beautiful. The room was okay, but the linens felt a bit old despite being clean. The front desk service was excellent, and the snacks and cookies were absolutely delicious! Overall, the environment is great with no unpleasant odors, and the view of the amusement park is perfect for photos. Both the room service and front desk staff were very helpful. It took me a while to find the bathroom curtain button – it was by the sink! Both the elderly and children will love it here! 🥳

The hotel is quite clean and nice. I booked for a night king bed room. The room is spacious and clean, quite nice. However, there is no plug point besides the bed, only have usb port where not all electrical charger is fit and cannot be used. For the toilet, the water draining system is bad, cannot drain water at all during showering. For the access card given, one cannot open the door. I went to reception and inform the issue, the receptionist checked and asked another staff to assist me to my room and help me open. We walked till my room and the card cannot open as well. The staff then told me is because of the lock has running out of battery, need another 10 minutes to go down and get physical key to open the door. He then brought the manager comes and she could open the door with her card. So eventually is the second access card problem. I not sure the problem is with the receptionist or the lock got problem. Not a pleasant experience to kee me waiting standing outside my room for them to sort the issue
