GGuest UserBooked and paid online for two rooms, arrived and rooms were ready but I was made to pay again claiming they didn’t receive payment from trip.com. I complained to trip.com who wrote me to say they confirmed the payment and I will be refunded immediately. However till I chexked out I did not receive my refund
