GGuest UserOn the day of arrival the receptionist told me that they can’t see my name on their system :( after waiting for long seating there at the reception,
I decided to pay them for one day just to check in refresh and rested after a long trip from overseas.
Then they allowed me to pay for one day, the next day they refunded me and said they later received my confirmation from trip.com. Which I stayed with them the 3night.
Finally trip.com should send them travellers information as soon the customer book in and paid.

Yyanny9418This is truly the ultimate 'all-inclusive' experience! The room has a great view, and every morning I woke up to a delicious, hot meal waiting for me. The landlady is not only welcoming but also a fantastic cook. While the dishes aren't luxurious, they're incredibly fresh and hygienic. The best part about staying here is not having to worry about what to eat; just trust the landlady with your stomach, and you won't be disappointed.

Mmoshood shittuThe hotel is situated in an excellent location close to the airport. It is a modern hotel that is clean and has excellent facilities. However, the services at the reception desk and Koriko & Co restaurant are 4-Stars. The reception is always crowded, and you spend much time waiting for the staff to attend to you. However, they are apologetic and friendly about keeping you waiting. The food in the restaurant and the varieties are excellent; I mainly ate the local dishes (I ate breakfast daily and ate dinners on several evenings with friends and relatives), and my Lagos taste buds can detect the days when the food tastes superior (must be the different chefs) compare to other days—the meals were warm and delightful. I must recognise the hospitality of the Intern Pastry Chef (Deborah) and ? Food ambassador (Nimi); both checked how the customers enjoyed their meals and hotel stay. They did their job with beautiful smiles and engaged well with everyone. Deborah is a true gem and will add immense value to the hotel brand; her puff-puff is a perfect 10/10.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in a very nice, safe, and gated area, with lots of shops nearby. As someone who enjoys going for walks, I found the area particularly interesting and enjoyable to explore. The staff were very courteous, polite, and welcoming. I also loved the Chinese-style décor throughout the hotel. One of my favourite details was the dining area, where there were lots of cute little handbags and other beautifully crafted items hanging on the wall. My room was very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable and cosy, with luxurious sheets and a lovely duvet. I slept like a baby! I also really appreciated the airport transfer service. Getting a taxi from the airport can be quite daunting, so having the hotel arrange the transfer made things much easier and less stressful. Overall, I had a lovely stay and would definitely come back.

ZZwajeThe hotel workers are friendly, hardworking and accommodating. The hotel was located in a very catchy area with ease access to shopping mall and supermarkets . However from personal experience point of view, the hotel Wi-Fi was very poor. In addition the hotel wifi can only connect to single device, maximum of two devices is not allowed. I had to use my personal mobile data for the total of 7days that I stayed in the hotel.

GGuest UserMy experience at the Guez Intercontinental Hotel was excellent. Its prime location makes it incredibly convenient for getting around and taking care of business. The rooms are spacious and spotless, with complete amenities and stable internet, which was perfect for getting work done. The staff is warm, professional, and responsive, and the food selection is rich and delicious. The hotel also boasts excellent facilities like a swimming pool and fitness center. Staying here on my business trip in West Africa was both comfortable and reassuring. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose to stay here again next time.

The room was a sanctuary of comfort – spotlessly clean, modern, and spacious. The plush bedding, sleek bathroom, and skyline views from the floor-to-ceiling windows made it hard to leave! Perfect for both work (great desk setup) and relaxation.
The staff here truly shines! Special thanks to the staff who greeted me warmly and sorted every request with lightning speed. Housekeeping kept the room immaculate, and the concierge offered spot-on recommendations for exploring Lagos.

GGuest UserFour Points is a good hotel and location for a business trip, and it met my expectations. Internet stability and connectivity in my room was good enough for basic use and calls, but I was involved in some more intensive work during my trip and found I could not access functions which required more bandwidth as easily as I would have liked. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, although the shower wasn't always hot in the morning. Staff were excellent, and very helpful, although the ATM machine was not reliable and had run out of cash when I needed to pay for a cab. Overall, it's a dependable and pleasant hotel and I'd be happy to stay there again.

AAhmed LarroIn overall, i score “A” for the hotel, in term of location and security. I booked for standard room, but sold out and they upgraded me to deluxe, appreciations that gesture!
The only snag about this hotel is that they need to work on their breakfast. It’s like they impose what they like on lodgers, which should not be so. IIn addition, they need to work on some of their gadgets I.e obsolete tiny refrigerators with molds sorrounding the fridge. The internet, forget it, it’s not something to home about, flunctuation is the order of the day. Staffs are courteous. Great team👍👍👍

Hotel facilities: Look at the pictures for yourself, they were taken when I checked in that day. Look at the pictures for the bedding and linens, the bed is quite comfortable. Hotel decoration: Look at the pictures for yourself. Toilet: It is separated into dry and wet areas. Breakfast: Look at the pictures for yourself, it is ok. Hotel service staff: I personally think they are very service-minded and were quite nice during my stay. The pictures of the hotel match the pictures of the room I actually stayed in.
