It must have been destiny! Here's the gist: I initially planned to stay just one night and then move on, as my business clients are scattered all over the place 😊. But now I've extended my stay for four more days because I simply can't leave! Honestly, after traveling through nearly 10 African countries, this Chinese-run hotel is the only one I've been truly satisfied with. The price is reasonable, they offer airport pick-up and drop-off, but what really sealed the deal is the food – breakfast, lunch, and dinner are absolutely amazing and so nourishing! Every meal is different, with at least 8 delicious and appetizing dishes 😍. Don't compare it to China; this is just a recommendation for Chinese travelers visiting Lagos, Nigeria. To be honest, I truly hope our future trips will lead us to similar Chinese hotels. The general manager is hands-on, attentive, and incredibly accommodating, and the head chef, a friendly young man from Dalian, is so welcoming and hospitable. In short, the setup gets full marks, and the quality of service also gets full marks from me – you can decide for yourselves! Check out the pictures! I was seeking accommodation in Lagos, traveling from London, for a two-night stay. The hotel proved challenging to locate due to an imprecise address provided on their website. Upon arrival, I encountered a front desk attendant who did not speak English, necessitating the use of a translation application for communication. My assigned room was well-maintained; however, it lacked television channel subscriptions. Furthermore, the absence of an in-room intercom system meant that any service requests required a two-floor descent to the reception area. It became apparent that the hotel's primary clientele likely consists of Chinese or Asian visitors to Nigeria, suggesting a potential oversight in catering to a broader international guest base. On a positive note, the hotel offered complimentary Wi-Fi, a swimming pool, and a lounge area. The check-out process was exceptional, as the hotel arranged for a driver and vehicle to transport me to the airport, a service I rate highly. Despite the somewhat elevated pricing, I would consider utilizing this hotel again. The hotel is situated within a tranquil residential estate, offering a peaceful environment free from noise, though also lacking in ambient music. I recommend that management consider implementing television viewing options, employing a local staff member proficient in English, and diversifying their menu to include local cuisine.

The room is very nice, the decoration of the lobby and restaurant is also very good, the grade is very good, mini bar, swimming pool, Chinese restaurant are all available. In short, I am very satisfied and will stay here again next time.

This apartment hotel is located in the GRA villa area. The overall environment is very clean and the surroundings are very safe. There is a Chinese supermarket inside, and shopping is also very convenient. It is not far from the airport. Many suites are equipped with kitchens, so you can cook your own meals. I will stay here again next time I come.

The Sichuan chef at this hotel truly deserves special praise! What impressed me most during my stay was the restaurant's Sichuan cuisine. From the cooking time and flavor profile to the presentation, everything showcased a professional level. The chef's dishes were layered in spiciness, rich yet not overpowering, and every dish was perfect with rice. The boiled pork slices, Sichuan-style chicken, and Mapo tofu were especially authentic, satisfyingly spicy without being overpowering, with the spicy, numbing, and broth flavors perfectly blended. The chef was also very particular about the ingredients, ensuring high freshness and meticulous cutting, showing his dedication. The service was also very warm and attentive, proactively adjusting the spiciness according to the guests' preferred level, which was very considerate. It was wonderful to be able to enjoy such authentic Sichuan cuisine at a hotel.

The hotel is very nice inside, clean and the facilities are also OK, but the outside of the hotel is a completely different scene, the contrast is obvious. I dare not try most of the breakfast, but the milk bread is still five days old.

On the day of arrival the receptionist told me that they can’t see my name on their system :( after waiting for long seating there at the reception, I decided to pay them for one day just to check in refresh and rested after a long trip from overseas. Then they allowed me to pay for one day, the next day they refunded me and said they later received my confirmation from trip.com. Which I stayed with them the 3night. Finally trip.com should send them travellers information as soon the customer book in and paid.

The hotel is fantastic, clean and in a good safe location. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel if you want a comfortable and safe place to stay alone or with others. They offer a buffet meal three times a day and an airport pick up and drop included. Probably the best hotel experience I have had in 10 years of travelling to Nigeria. Thanks to all the staff for a wonderful stay, will definitely be returning. See you in March.

The house is humid during the rainy season, and the temperature of the air conditioner outside is too low, so that the room is very cold without the air conditioner; the hotel has a swimming pool, and the restaurant is not high-grade; the room itself is good.

Swiss Hotel services are very out standing. Serene and classy.. The services is much more than their rate. When I first heard of the hotel,didn't believe what a heard about the awesomeness and hospitality. Until I visited the first time,I was surprised their services was much more cooler than I expected. Since then I don't ever use anywhere else whenever am on holiday or leave. Swiss Hotel is one of the best guys! It is a place to be.. Give it a trial.
