Friendly staff, great location, and a super breakfast. Unfortunately, the coffee machine in room 1708 wasn't working, the sink needs replacing, and the paint is peeling.

The parking situation was genuinely awful. There weren't enough spaces for guests, and the nearby multi-storey car parks were quite expensive. To make matters worse, there seemed to be an event happening, and it would have been helpful to be notified in advance, especially since parking is already so limited. The rooms were extremely small, and the toilet area was so cramped that a man practically had to back in to use it. On top of that, the beds were incredibly uncomfortable, and there was no air conditioning.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic—it was so easy to get around and explore the city. The best part, though, was the peaceful atmosphere. I slept incredibly well, which is always the most important thing for me when I travel. The staff was also top-notch, always friendly and ready to help with anything I needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Exceptional Stay at Hilton Garden Inn, Leiden! I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Garden Inn in Leiden, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and professionalism. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-appointed with all the modern amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a long day. Housekeeping did a fantastic job maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast—fresh, delicious, and with a great variety of options to suit different tastes. The on-site restaurant also offered quality meals, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again in the future!

With a last minute decision to visit Rotterdam with my son, we chanced upon Art Hotel. Modestly priced and right next to Maashaven, it took less than 10 minutes to reach from Rotterdam Centraal. Even we arrived late after 10pm, there was nothing to worry about as the hotel is right next to the Metro station and brightly lit! The reception was fabulously served by Nadia who upgraded us to a 4 bedder in 2 rooms. Room was clean, set at the right temperature and shower was hot and at the right pressure. Nothing to complain about!

The layout of the room, the bed and the desk are a bit strange, and the shower in the bathroom has no curtain. However, the Dutch can't play by the rules. It's on the 91011th floor of a building. The 12th floor is the front desk, which is also the reception for the spa, but some rooms are not in the elevator location of the front desk. It's a bit difficult to find it by going to the 10th floor. The building is next to the train station, which is convenient for travel. Leiden is like a fairy tale kingdom, very unique. It's worth a visit.

Rooms are relatively small. Staff are helpful. Very close to the beach and lots of restaurants and casinos nearby. Parking is super expensive (around 49 euro)

This is such a nice hotel to stay no matter you are a business traveler, solo traveler or with a family. The lounge and workspace suit all these types and help you to relaxed! A very central location with walkable distance to the Rotterdam Centraal Station, The Market and the harbour side. You will be surprised that they have a nice exercise area! Their breakfast is also nice for those who have tight schedule in the morning or simply wanna chill at the lounge. If you are a person who cares for saving our planet or a design lover, you will love this hotel. USUAL cares about the impact of their building materials and daily products on the environment and do good job in recycling as well. You can tell from their interior design of their entire hotel. And it’s fun to find out how many “U” they hide in all the design details! Have fun and enjoy your stay there like me!

The room was a decent size and comfortable for a short stay. Check-in was quick and easy, which made the arrival experience smooth. Overall, a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

The hotel was excellent. You could see the Windmill Museum from the window, and it was super close to the train station, just a stone's throw away. The room environment was also great and very quiet. The front desk service was fantastic; the ladies were warm and attentive, and even with poor English, communication was perfect. We stayed for five consecutive days.
