We had a wonderful stay at Hampton Hotel in Cusco. The staff were very friendly and hospitable, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. A special mention to Wilma, who went the extra mile to accommodate our request to change to a room with a queen bed instead of two standard beds—her helpfulness made a big difference.
The rooms are new, clean, and comfortable with fresh bedding, and the breakfast was very good. Overall, an excellent experience and I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Cusco.
Very good hotel, the guy at the front desk is very helpful and can store luggage, the key is to leave the station of the small train to Machu Picchu very close, only a few minutes walk, breakfast fruit is also a lot
Very good hotel, with a sense of history, good service, beautiful restaurant, with a sense of history, and delicious steak 😋 If I have the opportunity to visit Cusco in the future, I will stay in this hotel again
The room was clean and beautiful and the space was comfortable. The lobby of the hotel is beautiful and personal. Very close to the weapons square, walk slowly for about 10 minutes. The location is excellent, all the attractions in Cusco can be reached on foot. The environment of the hall is elegant, especially the paintings on the wall are very good for the characteristics of Inca culture, but the early morning is too simple. There is a supply of boiling tea in the lobby, which is very convenient.
The bedding is not the soft quilt that the hotel usually uses, but the thick and hard bed cover blanket. Although it is clean but not used to it, it is not particular about the tired travel.
The service was very good and the staff were very friendly, especially the guards, who saw the guests coming in and opened the door.
The hotel does not have an elevator. Trip.com pay attention to communicating with the hotel. The windows of the back room type on the third floor of the old middle are very poorly lit by default. The window written in the selection room does not match the balcony bed stool and the area. After serious argue with the front desk, it was restored to the main room on the second floor.
The hotel is very well located, and the restaurant is unbeatable. I didn't give it a 5/5 because I went for my birthday and wasn't given any gifts, even though I specified them at check-in.

The accommodation is in a beautiful place and the Lord is charming, but we had some disadvantages: you forgot to book the transport to go to the station, which was very early, and we also had to remind you several times that he brought us the coat. However, the location and nearby treatment partly compensate for these failures.

Very Good
We stayed 1 night at this hotel. The food is delicious. Very friendly staff. Our room did not have a window and was a little difficult to breathe.
Highly recommended, I’d definitely stay here again Location is unbeatable: just a 3‑minute walk to Plaza de Armas, perfect for exploring the city on foot. Rooms are comfortable and clean, with a cosy bed and a heater available at all times. No TV in my room but honestly, with everything nearby, you won’t miss it 😄 Extremely helpful staff, genuinely some of the most supportive I’ve ever encountered. They were incredibly accommodating and even helped me multiple times late at night when Rappi wasn’t working and I needed to order food. If you have early tours (4:00, 5:00, 6:00 AM), just let them know in advance — they’ll happily prepare your breakfast earlier for you, which I really appreciated. They also decorated our room exactly as requested, which made our stay even more special.
This is the best hotel before or after your Machu Picchu experience! Not only they offered to pick us up at the train station (although it's very close walking distance), they also offered to send our luggages to the train station on our way out upon check out so we could enjoy Aguas Calientes activities without dragging around our luggages. Everyone working there was exceptionally kind, and answered our questions and requests very promptly. We so appreciated our lovely welcome plate left in the room, too! Breakfast (included) was amazing as well. The building is right by the river, and we enjoyed the view as well as the sound of the river flow from our room. Highly recommended! We would totally go back to this hotel and stay again next time.
