WWill ErnestThe rooms were clean and activities were fun. We were left at the airport with no communication that the shuttle we booked from them broke down. The hotel is also very strict about the food and drinks you bring in.

EElvia CabezaThe service was very good. The rooms are also very nice. The only thing I'm not clear about is that we were charged a commission of over 100 dollars before checking into the hotel, and I see that when we paid through Trip.com, we were also charged a commission. I'm not sure if it's the same charge? Aside from that detail, everything else was very nice.
