Will ErnestThe rooms were clean and activities were fun. We were left at the airport with no communication that the shuttle we booked from them broke down. The hotel is also very strict about the food and drinks you bring in.

The only thing I'm not clear about is that we were charged a commission of over 100 dollars before checking into the hotel, and I see that when we paid through Trip.com, we were also charged a commission. I'm not sure if it's the same charge? Aside from that detail, everything else was very nice.

Guest UserEverything was fine, but the room was missing a lot of things. There's no iron (they offer an ironing service, but it's quite expensive per item), no hairdryer, and no air conditioning in the room I was assigned. I feel these are basic amenities that a hotel of this type should have, and which I've always found in every other hotel I've visited around the world.
