The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and has good amenities. The rooms and common areas were kept tidy, and I appreciate the effort put into maintaining the property. However, my biggest concern was the Wi-Fi connection. I stayed for a week and experienced connectivity issues throughout my entire stay. As someone who relies on internet access, I ended up using my mobile data most of the time because the Wi-Fi was unreliable. I also found that some of the staff in the dining area were not very welcoming. While not everyone was unfriendly, a few crew members came across as dismissive and seemed to have an attitude when interacting with guests. Customer service is an important part of the hotel experience, and I hope management can provide additional training to ensure all guests feel welcomed and valued. Overall, the hotel has good facilities and cleanliness standards, but the Wi-Fi issues and inconsistent customer service affected my experience.

Our stay at this hotel during our recent Siargao trip was truly a wonderful and memorable experience. The hotel itself is newly opened, and it shows in the excellent condition and cleanliness of the property. The rooms were exceptionally clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, providing a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere after long days of exploring the island. We also appreciated the quality amenities provided, which added to the overall comfort and convenience of our stay. One of the highlights of this hotel is its stunning location. The breathtaking sea view combined with the beautiful view of Cloud 9 created a peaceful and scenic environment that truly captured the charm of Siargao. The pool area was also very well-maintained and provided the perfect place to unwind and relax. The food served at the hotel was excellent, with delicious meals that we genuinely enjoyed throughout our stay. Every aspect of the experience reflected the hotel’s commitment to quality service and guest satisfaction. Another major advantage is the hotel’s location, as it is conveniently within walking distance to Cloud 9, making it very accessible for guests who want to explore one of Siargao’s most popular attractions. Overall, we had an exceptionally pleasant stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Siargao. It offers the perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, beautiful scenery, excellent food, and outstanding hospitality. We would gladly stay here again on our next visit to the island.

Overall a very good resort, located on the main road close to all the action and night life. They provide a free tuk tuk to take you to a particular place on this road whether it is a restaurant or the Cloud nine beach. The resort has its own small beach. The villas have a fan and air con.. The bathroom has 2 showers, one inside and one outside which is nice.The shower heads though are due for decalcification to provide a good and comfortable shower. Be aware that villas that are located close to the road are quite noisy. Breakfast is buffet style and is served near the pool. If you arrive before the official check in time of 2pm and even if your villa is ready, you will have to pay an extra fee to get the key.

The hotel itself is truly luxurious — beautifully designed, pristine, and so comfortable. What made our stay even more unforgettable was the warm, kind, and always attentive staff who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The restaurant was a definite highlight — absolutely delicious food that we looked forward to every meal. And the views… wow! The scenery took our breath away and truly touched our hearts. It felt like paradise in every direction 🌅 Thanks to this wonderful hotel, our impression of Siargao as a whole is nothing short of amazing. It’s a place we already dream about returning to — we can’t wait to come back again and again! Highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Siargao 💞

We had a really lovely stay at Almont City Hotel. You can tell the building has been around for a while, and I loved that they kept the old-fashioned door — it gives the place a lot of character and charm. The suite was spacious and very clean, and the hot shower with a bathtub was such a nice touch after a long day. Everything was comfortable and well looked after. The location was perfect for us. We stayed Saturday night into Sunday morning, and the church was just a short walk away, which made things so easy. Service was friendly and good, with just a little room to be a touch more attentive — but it didn't take away from the experience at all. All in all, a comfortable and pleasant stay. We'd happily come back!

Amazing place as a solo traveler, got to meet such nice people! Big surfing vibe but even if you're a complete beginner like me (or even not surfing at all) you'll feel equally welcome

I had an incredible stay at this Hostel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was super friendly and made me feel welcome. The atmosphere was perfect for meeting other travelers, with plenty of social events and a great common area.

Amazing stay. There are daily activities for everyone to join too. Temperature of the rooms can be requested, but it does get a bit of a hassle coming down to the reception area for it. The toilet needs faster replenishment of tissue for better experience. Restau staff can get moody

The service staff is very friendly. It is inevitable that the floor will be dirty after surfing, and they are also promptly cleaned. The hotel is close to the sea, and you can see the sunrise, but there are sharp reefs and no beach. The dinner options are OK. If you don't want to go out for dinner, you can eat in the hotel restaurant. A huge pitfall is that I had never expected before: the hotel restaurant has always had a resident band and DJ, but the volume is very loud, and it will last until 11 o'clock or even midnight. Even if you are tired from surfing during the day, it is difficult to fall asleep at night. In just a few days there, I have encountered several waves of guests who were unable to bear the disturbance and had to move out early. But the hotel management seems to be ***** and is completely indifferent to the guests' complaints. The staff is also helpless, and they only dare to tell me privately that it was not like this before, and the newly replaced management ”has a very wonderful imagination.” In addition, the wifi is always available and not available.
