Hotels With bar in Punjab, Pakistan

We attend the hotel with outside temperature of 45 degrees after a long journey on the 3rd day of Eid after having stayed a nice hotel in Multan with fully functioning facilities. The reception was well maintained and nice and cool, we were given our rooms and the porter led us to a door and to our dismay, which went outside to the unfinished shopping mall so we could access the second lift on the other corner of the building as the lift in reception area was out of order. The lift took us to the second floor, where the decor reflected the reception area , however they had turned off the air conditioning for the building there excuse was that the building engineer was on eid holiday only he could turn on the corridor ac ? we were shown our rooms which were hot as they had just turned on the Ac in the rooms we had booked the large deluxe rooms , however had to change both our rooms about 4 times as issues with inaffective ac units, this didn't get resolved until midnight. The restaurant was closed even though the staff were there , the other parts of hotel were not accessible as the air conditioning was turned off. In the morning the staff immediately apologised as there was no buffet or active kitchen so the breakfast which was out sourced was a option of eggs and paratha and toast. There was 4 of us and after a 10 minute wait we were given one cold old paratha cut into 4 pieces it seemed like it was a left over. I complained and we then received some paraths which were reheated old and hard. Why accept customers if you don't have fully functioning hotel, it could of been a good stay if everything was functioning as the hotel has nice decor.

The hotel was great Only thing is you should have complimentary Spa not to charge 3200 rupees to use the sauna and steam room That’s is not good I have stayed in Serena hotel Defence raya, pc, and avari hotel None of them charge for this service I was put off because of this

Located in the city center, it's convenient for business trips. Although the facilities are a bit old, the overall experience was great. This will be my top choice next time I visit Lahore. As Chinese guests, we needed to register at the gate when leaving the hotel, and security personnel always had to accompany our vehicles.

Overall experience was good. I have been going to this hotel since I was a little boy in the 90s. The good: Quality service. Amazing breakfast buffet with local and continental options. Breathtaking view. Consistency across 3 decades. The bad: Facilities are very outdated and need a big upgrade. My 4 year old played on the same swings that I played at his age. Great for nostalgia and recreating old pics. However, shows how outdated things are. In fact, some were just broken. Table tennis and squash rooms that were freely available for guests years ago are closed and replaced with some 4D entertainment which wasn't functional. Not much for recreation for a resort-type hotel. Room TVs were not smart TVs.

The location was great, making it easy to visit various shops, which I really appreciated! Trip.com mentioned complimentary welcome fruit, but there wasn't any. I'm not sure if that's because I booked last minute or if it's an issue with Trip.com itself.

amenities can be improved. frequent short power outages observed at different times during the stay. soap and shampoo bottles were way too old and a hassle to pump. finding the light switch and dimmer was a real struggle. housekeeping was slow and had to be reminded twice to make up the room.

Absolutely excellent time and stay at the Ramada the room was stunning and excellent guest service. But the swimming pool was extremely cold in the winter and gym too small ....no salon massage available and only one tiny shop. There should be more shops in the hotel and a small office where people can change current.....no international cash pointi Lile standard chartered. But other than that it was lovely and clean enjoyed our time there it was very well spent

Despite it's an old hotel and facilities are a big old, the design are quite impressive! The service is good, especially the counter staffs are friendly and efficient, security man at main door are also friendly and nice! Highly recommended!!!

The hotel's location and cleanliness are great. It's a bit of a shame that the gym is quite small. However, with a sauna available, the facilities overall seem good.

The rooms are nice. Wooden flooring. Housekeeping staff is friendly and took particular of my room as I am very finicky about cleanliness and do no want even a speck of hair around. The understood my needs and cleaned the room thoroughly. Reception staff are ok. Had a few issues in the beginning but then were sorted. Mr.Bilal was helpful and nice from the front office. The restaurant La Messa breakfast needs revamping. Staff are very slow and needed to be reminded about things many times. They need to pay more attention to cleanliness and ensure replenishment of food done. The GRM Mrs Khalida was great. She tries very hard to make things better and takes feedback proactively. She was always on the move and helpful. I would like to thank her. Please also commend the housekeeping staff on the 2nd floor who looked after my room. They were awesome. I forgot their names but they were always on the 2nd floor in the day time. Look forward to my next visit to this hotel in a week's time.
