Hotel with a beautiful air conditioning, a comfortable room and a great breakfast. However, the fact that they do not have several sizes of coat is a fault to correct, which can condition a good night sleep.

Old vineyard of its wines are co-produced by enologists of the brand Neeport. Very large own cultivation area. The buildings are partly still renovated. The rooms are largely located in the former farm building. The air conditioning works well and heats the room in the winter months. The room is equipped with a medium standard. The rooms offer fresh water and a water cooker for tea. Breakfast is delicious and breakfast eggs are freshly prepared on request. The dinners offered are also very delicious. This is a house-defined 3-G-wide menu. Cost item 45 €, with wine sample (4 wines) 60 €. The owner of the wine is the host and will be happy to give information on all the questions of wine farming, as well as on attractions in the nearer and further surroundings. Different port wines, red and white wines are offered for expension and purchase.

Well, the bathroom facilities are improved, the washing machines are too dangerous if you try to stick to wash your face.

Big hotel in great location. Staff very friendly and good selection for breakfast. Decent sized room with nice view of the river and park. We had dinner every night of our stay at the hotel restaurant as it was reasonably priced with a good choice.

The hotel has a very pleasant location with beautiful, distressed views. Clean and comfortable rooms with large private terraces. Experience to repeat!

Beautiful hotel and great service. Unfortunately, the air-conditioning broke down and we were not offered an alternative room. It is regrettable given that it would have otherwise been a perfect stay.

The hotel is beautiful with the mix of old and new architecture. Plenty of FOC parking inside the fortress(hotel) and outside. Walking distance to the town and everything you want to see in Chaves. For EV cars, there is a chargeable charging station inside the hotel’s parking.

Hotel location is great, right in the center. Room is a bit outdated, but clean. Parking is free. Breakfast is simple but ample, come with scrambled eggs and bacon's, cornflakes and different breads. Rception staff was helpful

Very good and pleasant. Very comfortable hotel with excellent facilities. Great for relaxing in nature. We loved it and recommend it.
