I am delighted 😍 honestly didn't expect 😜
Clean and newest hotel (shower, toilet, towel, coats, bed clean and cozy large bed with top) ✅
The food is delicious, especially babi potatoes 🥰✅
Staff welcome 🔥
We liked it)
//I was in Asia and Europe) really the hotel level is good 🔥
<< Only here in our room in the day could not make the ”absolute darkness” mode, the room was with a terrace that was big plus, but on the other side of the window without a dark curtain. If you can do please 🙂
Thank you for a class holiday 🫶
The apartment was very convenient. You could cook noodles, and there was a microwave. Downstairs, there were restaurants, and a supermarket wasn't far away. There's also a park nearby, and it's just one stop from the exhibition center, very close. The environment is great. However, the front desk didn't speak English, and breakfast was a bit basic. I'd suggest buying groceries at the supermarket and making your own meals. It's about a 15-minute walk from the subway station. One of the subway exits leads to three shopping malls.
During my stay, my towels were never changed, and no one cleaned the room. I initially thought this apartment didn't offer such services. But then I stayed at Ye's Technology Park branch, and they did offer cleaning and towel changes, and it was excellent. Here, when I requested cleaning, shower gel, and towel changes, they only changed the towels. The cleaning was completely skipped, and I had to go downstairs myself to get shower gel. Next time, I'll definitely stay at the Technology Park branch.
P.S. The food at the downstairs restaurant is quite good.
We booked this for one transit night and we really liked everything. The front desk staff were very friendly. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the design was minimalistic. We opted for the breakfast-included rate, and there were vegetables, omelets, sausages, cold cuts, cheese, olives, pickles, waffles, cookies, dried apricots, prunes, tea, and coffee. We took a taxi from Terminal C late in the evening, which cost 1000 rubles. There is no hotel shuttle service.
Was this an upgraded room, or are they all like this? It was incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated. The bathroom's fixtures looked a bit dated, but everything worked perfectly. The bed was really soft, so if you have back issues, be mindful of that – I ended up putting a towel under me. The hotel's location is unbeatable, right in the city center, making it convenient to get anywhere. The service was also excellent; they proactively helped with luggage and were very friendly. The front desk staff spoke fluent English.
Overall, it was good. We chose this hotel because of flight delays, mainly because of its high ratings, and it was the only one in the suburbs with rooms available. If you're not driving, the location is a bit out of the way, but it's a 10-minute walk to the terminus of Metro Line 2. The surrounding area is residential with plenty of fast food options, making transportation relatively convenient. We mostly took taxis. The hotel reception, rooms, and breakfast service were all good. The public areas are quite large, but the rooms are relatively small. The small garden outside is lovely, and there's also a huge parking lot. Our family of three booked two rooms, which were just about enough, and we were quite satisfied since it was just a short stopover.
A perfect staycation in Moscow: thank you Mövenpick for the celebration!
We decided to treat ourselves to a mini-break for my birthday without leaving the capital and chose Mövenpick Moscow. We were very pleased.
Check-in and Service
From the very first moments, we knew our stay would be great. The reception staff were welcoming and smiling. Special thanks for their flexibility: upon check-in, we were offered a higher floor. The service here is absolutely unobtrusive, yet very warm and attentive.
Room
The room has everything needed for comfort: cleanliness, nice amenities, and the bed is simply heavenly. The pillows, blankets, and mattress are perfectly soft; we slept like babies.
Spa and Pool
A huge plus for the hotel is its own spa complex in the basement. Everything is very hygienic; they provide slippers that are disinfected with a UV lamp – a nice touch for guest health. The 24-hour gym was also a pleasant surprise; you can work out anytime.
Birthday Surprise
Since we were checking in for a birthday, the hotel provided a wonderful compliment: they congratulated us with champagne and an exquisite pastry, and also offered a late check-out.
Atmosphere and Location
The hotel has a pleasant aroma throughout, and the location is excellent – all the best restaurants, cafes, and main attractions are within walking distance.
We managed to relax both mind and body, even while staying in Moscow. Mövenpick is a solid 'five-star' and a true oasis of calm. We will definitely return to recharge again.
This hotel, part of a business exhibition center built by a Chinese company, features a grand, brand-new lobby. The rooms are spacious, bright, and equipped with modern, pristine facilities, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet is arguably the most extensive among Moscow hotels and caters particularly well to Chinese palates. Directly opposite the hotel is a beautiful Chinese-style garden park, perfect for sightseeing and highly recommended for a leisurely stroll. The hotel is also conveniently located very close to BDHX Park, with a shopping mall and a metro station just across the street, offering excellent connectivity.
A wonderful hotel with a convenient location and excellent service! The room is very quiet, the bed is like a cloud, you sleep quickly. The bathroom has all the necessary amenities. I ordered breakfast in my room – it was delivered very quickly, and everything was delicious. The furniture I missed was a comfortable table to eat at – the one provided is very low, making it awkward to eat at, and there's no space to set up your bed. A mini-sofa (instead of an armchair and chair) would also be nice, so I could relax at the end of the day without having to go straight to bed. However, my suggestions didn't affect my comfortable stay in any way.
I stayed in the last week of December, and it took a long time to turn around and get back to the hotel from Smolensky Boulevard due to traffic jams, which isn't the most convenient access. During the pre-holiday period, I used public transportation; everything is close by.
Next time, I plan to stay at the Maidens Hotel again.
This hotel offers excellent value for money. It's clean, quiet, and comfortable, with a great environment and good service. Plus, it's pet-friendly, which is a huge bonus! I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again when I'm back in Moscow. I only stayed for two short days, but everyone I met in Russia was incredibly friendly. Loved it!

2206293****The location is quite good, right next to the subway station, making it convenient for getting around. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs building is right next door, and it's also close to the river. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient. The room is a bit small, but the cleanliness is decent. There's a full-length mirror and a dressing table. The only downside is that there's nowhere to hang laundry, and there's no place to put clothes in the bathroom. There's a water dispenser near the elevator with hot water, which is very convenient.
GGuest UserHuge thanks to everyone involved in running the hotel! Everything was wonderful and delightful! It was our wedding anniversary during our stay, and thank you so much for the lovely gift of Italian champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries. We were so touched and impressed by your thoughtfulness and kindness! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

SShariffah KhaddijahEverything at the hotel was great. We stayed there for 6 nights. Room and bathroom was clean. Staff at reception was friendly and helpful. Hotel location is great. Easy to access to metro and Arbat area is buzzling and nice to walk around especially during the evenings/night. My only issue was trying to get our taxi to locate the hotel. When we book the taxi a different address appears on the booking app and it will bring you at the back of the hotel and you will need to find the hotel yourself. Our stay was during Feb and it was snowing and cold, so that was not a great experience trying to locate the hotel with 2 big luggage. Other then this I would recommend this hotel.
ССветлана ИгоревнаExcellent accommodation option, we got a spacious room. Breakfast is available! Metro and a shopping mall are nearby. Responsive staff.
Aa.b.7I'm glad I choose this hotel to end my trip in Russia. The bed is so comfortable and really like the huge window. I have a quiet room and sleep really well. (quite true that also have to depend on your neighbour - next room) as you can sometime hear them. Since I was assigned the last. room so I only have one neighbour.. The registration is a breeze for foreigner. The only problem is if you book single room (duplex) and you are tall I will think you have bit uncomfortable to craw.into.the bed..😅. I'm Asian size and not tall (161cm) I need to craw carefully because two times I hit the wall. 🤣
JJamizaThe hotel has a good location, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Overall, the facilities met basic expectations.
However, the service—especially the airport shuttle—was quite disappointing. We were travelling in a big group that included elderly people and many bags. Even though there were no other guests using the shuttle at that time, the staff showed reluctance and were not very helpful, which made the experience uncomfortable.
If you are travelling with elderly family members, I would not recommend this hotel due to the lack of supportive and friendly service.
