RRICK CHVery good, the facilities are a bit old, others are OK, breakfast is good. Room service is also very good, every service staff is very polite. The room card of their hotel is very special, the gorilla, just tracked the mountain gorilla in the volcano park.

TToudingxiaowuyaIt is really like a paradise, surrounded by the original rainforest and the continuous tea garden, the scenery is very shocking. The clouds and mist flowed between the valleys in the early morning, very dreamy. Hotel service is professional, the overall experience far exceeds expectations.

EEMMANUELTrès bel endroit. Lorsque vous êtes dans votre lodge, vue magnifique sur le lac Kivu. Les lodges sont simples mais joliment aménagés. La douche est étroite.
A partir de 18h la nuit noire s'abat sur le site et vous avez le plaisir d'entendre seulement les oiseaux. Très reposant excepté la nuit du jeudi au vendredi car il y a un marché aux bestiaux qui se tient chaque vendredi à 1 km. Toute la nuit on entend les cris des animaux (notamment les porcs) amenés la veille par les éleveurs.
Mention spéciale au personnel très gentil et vraiment serviable. On vous prépare des plats simples mais excellents à petit prix.
Suggestion: ajouter l'option glace aux desserts proposés.
Enfin, une réparation du ponteau pour la baignade serait vraiment nécessaire avant qu'un accident grave n'arrive.
